Went impressed with bafna brand n a total disappointment. Too much waiting , dirty plates , have to ask for almost everything , tissue paper , spoons , salt , etc . Almost everything we ordered was either average or poor quality . Even dahi bada and daal were tasteless . The cashew was uncooked as was the gravy n to think they promoted cashew masala as their special. I feel the problem is lack of training , planning n execution . Just because one is extraordinary in sweets n namkin, doesn't make then good or even average restaurant by default. Overall , complete wastage of 800 rupees , fortunately for the last time as I don't intend to visit it again . Barring an young person , the management was ill prepared n unsympathetic n a lot cost conscious in their behavior , even at the cost of quality .

I wish there was an option to give negative rating here, for that's how disappointed I am with the food and the service. Bad food can still be tolerated if accomapnied with considerate service. Tried Cheese Chilly Garlic Naan which had neither cheese nor garlic in it, and when complained about it to the manager, he disappeared for 15 minutes. I never imagined pav bhaji to be this distasteful, and then Bam, I decided to try it here. The response from the staff was truely disappointing. Never going again, and would not recommend this place to any of my acquaintances either.

Food is not good. Still if you want to try. Just order 1-2 item. Pav bhaji (Bhaji is simple aloo ki sabji) even plain aloo ki sabji is better than this. Paneer paratha tried. Not even like to call it paratha. Very less stuffing & also just served it plain (No chutney, ketchup or anything). Only pickle on the table with no negligible masala Service is poor. Behaviour was unresponsive or considerate either. Highly not recommended !!!

I was surprised to see so many positive reviews. Then I found that people are giving a good rating considering the famous bafna namkeen of the city center. This place does not live up to the standard of original bafna. This will spoil the name of bafna if this kind of poor quality tasteless food & service continues. It's not recommended today !! Hope to see it improve in the future.

Every day there are lot's of restaurant's opens and closes. Learn to Respect your customers first. I was visited with my family today, there was no response from the hotel staff. After calling them several times they are not ready to response. After sitting some time we decided to move and started walking towards exit, but they still didn't show any response after passing by them. They were just looking towards us but didn't ask a single question. This type of behavior shouldn't happened to anyone. It's very shameful act. Customers happiness should be your first goal. I have given one star because there was no option for negative marking.

Bafna restaurant Ujjain's all famous and pure vegetarian and Jain food is very good and tasty, we were very happy to eat this food

Excellent taste. We had the local dal baffla, whic was just exquisite. Lovely people. Very good hospitality. Good interacting with Dipak, who works here. He gave a good description of the local cuisine. We enjoyed the afternoon meal

Bafana Restaurant is known for his quality food and prompt service. They have big dining hall and variety of food to serve. No compromise on test and this is value for money.
