Disappointing
Experience
I
recently
organized
my
anniversary
celebration
at
Shuddh
Shree
and
unfortunately,
I
was
left
extremely
disappointed
with
the
overall
experience.
While
the
seating
arrangements
were
adequate
and
the
food
was
okay
considering
the
price
point
of
Rs
260/Plate,
the
numerous
issues
we
encountered
overshadowed
any
positive
aspects.
Firstly,
the
decorations
provided
were
overpriced
and
we
later
found
out
that
we
could
have
sourced
the
same
decoration
at
a
lower
cost.
Additionally,
the
hall
was
supposed
to
accommodate
50
guests,
but
the
air
conditioning
and
fans
were
not
sufficient
to
cool
down
the
room,
making
it
uncomfortable
and
humid
for
our
guests.
The
owner
only
turned
on
the
AC
upon
multiple
requests
and
kept
switching
it
off
after
a
few
minutes,
causing
further
inconvenience.
The
music
system
was
outdated
and
ineffective,
charged
at
Rs
200/hour.
The
sound
quality
was
poor,
and
the
owner
kept
reducing
the
volume
and
getting
irritated
when
we
asked
to
adjust
the
song
selection.
The
service
was
extremely
disappointing,
with
only
one
staff
member
available
to
attend
to
our
requests.
We
had
to
repeatedly
remind
them
to
fill
the
food,
empty
used
plates
and
ensure
the
hall
was
tidy.
The
food
quantity
was
kept
intentionally
low,
causing
delays
and
leaving
many
guests
dissatisfied.
Finally,
the
food
itself
was
mediocre
at
best.
The
soft
drink
was
nothing
special,
and
we
had
to
remind
the
staff
to
refill
it.
The
Veg
Machurian
was
good,
but
the
Paneer
Preparation
and
Veg
Kothe
were
disappointing
after
only
two
rounds
of
filling
the
dishes.
The
papad
was
frequently
empty,
and
the
rice
was
small,
wet
and
tasteless.
The
Shreekand
was
made
with
low-fat
curd,
making
it
diluted
and
far
from
the
thick,
creamy
consistency
we
expected.
Overall,
my
experience
at
was
disappointing
and
I
wouldn't
recommend
it
to
anyone
looking
for
a
small
gathering
in
Ujjain.
