Room wasn't clean, door mat was dirty, water in the bathroom was white in colour, trust me I did not expected this. I booked it after reading so many reviews but don't know was it by mistake or it was on regular basis. It was a big upset guys. Though hotel staff are polite. Rep: No Birthday req was asked. You are assuming me a different guest. Also start accepting critics when on wrong side. Kindly check below the beds for room 202. Your AC room costs only 1500/ and the only thing customer asks is a neat atmosphere. When you can't provide these basic facilities then what's the point in running hotel business.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my family at the time of check-in. They shouted at us and even went as far as to throw our luggage out of the room forcefully, all because my parents asked for an extra bed sheet to put under the blankets because they were smelling. This type of mistreatment is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They should be ashamed of their behavior and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know to warn them about the terrible service at this establishment.

Bad experience. The room was Not completely clean. Washroom was dirty in the corners, shower was spreading water everywhere like on wall, door and specially on your dry clothes which you are going to wear after shower. There is not hanger in washroom, you have to keep your clothes on door or outside the washroom. The door lock of the washroom was free, so we're unable to lock the washroom from inside. The water outlet of the AC was in the washroom, so the water was dropping down when your AC was on and it was irritating us while popping. One bolt of the Toilet seat was broken that's why we have suffered some discomfort. We stayed there for 1 night in 1600/- which was not worthy. This is my request to the owner of the hotel that you should fix these types of things before the check-in time. Guests From other states have more expectations from you guys. So please keep this in mind. Atleast decrease the charges of your room, if it's not well maintained. Anyways the location of the hotel is good, and the staff was kind they gave us extra one hour for check-out. Go for another hotel if you want to make your stay memorable. GOOD THINGS: Staff was kind, behaviour was good. Location is best. Entrance is good. WiFi. BAD THINGS: Cleanliness of washroom, blanket and bedsheet. Maintenance of washroom. Brand of the mineral water.

I will never recommend to Stay in this hotel. Such a pathetic and worst services i have ever seen and room was smelling bad. Room was not clean. No dustbin they will provide you No Drinking water they will provide you. They did told about 200 for early check in and due to bad smell we did not stay in room. All staff are very rude.

Overall experience was bad . No availability of towels soap. The bed sheets and blankets were of very poor quality . There is nothing complimentary in this hotel not even water every thing is paid . Washroom was really small and unkept . At last not a good place to stay here if you are visiting ujjain . And it's pretty expensive also without any good facilities. Do not visit in saawan months .

My stay was too bad. Chekout timing is 11am and owner asked me to checkout by 9pm.Owner ke baat ka koi maa behen nahi hain…Don’t know how they can cheat customer in holy places. Atleast be genuine..Infront of me he charged Rs 700 and Rs 1000 to customer. He asked me Rs 1600 for a room which was not at all clean. Sorry to say but one day you have to pay for this..Mark my words. Jai Mahakal!🙏🏻

Don't know some people, why they had given the negative reviews. I had enjoyed the hotel stay. And they had guided us very well. Positive energy is filled. Ji mahakal.

Haii.. this hotel vrindavan about.. facility is good not good not bad .. hospitality is more than good..hot water bed , air conditioning was vary good ,, leaveing room more than better ...the out side mahole was friendly ..for old persons around in hotel was vary friendly..helpfull ..Jay mahakal...ujjain is wonderful place ever

Room, bathroom was very small. Bathroom's door was very dirty and wash basin was also too small. Quality of blanket was very bad. Don't pay too much because room is worth 300-400 rupees only. Reception staff was well behaved and location of hotel is near to temple.

Owner is making money only, they don't bother about the service. Also behaviour of staff and owner is very bad with customer. Even regate about the behaviour they told not to visit again.

Rooms are very small, Staff is very greedy always ask for tip shamelessly, even in front of his manager he irritate me asking tip every time.

The rooms were two small and dirty, the bathroom does not have jet spray, and basic facilities were also not provided. Only good thing is location is near to mahakaleshwar temple.

As far as location is concerned, it is located at 2 minutes walking distance from Mahakaleshwar mandir. Rooms which were allocated to us were not upto the standard of even 3star but rates are slightly at higher side. There was Hot water problem. We can say"thik thak Hai".
