Great rooms, great service. I was slightly annoyed that the side doors weren't working. Its a non smoking hotel so I had to walk around half the building when I wanted to smoke and if anyone wanted to use the pool the door had to proped open and my room was right next to the door, but overall not too big of a deal.

No service. Evening of 4/22 Nobody at front desk for way over 15 minutes; we found front desk clerk with his chum at the pool. He told us he had not left 10 minutes previously. Poor service is one thing. Hearing the clerk tell us lies is too much; we are comfortable elsewhere tonight. There are cameras. The truth is available to Comfort Inn management.

Wonderful place to stay. Have a full-on breakfast with omelets and French toast. Ki had to stay when my apartment complex caught on fire, and my caregiver took me. I was very stressed having panic attacks. They were so helpful that it really meant a lot to me. We didn't check in til 2am, and they gave use a late checkout at 12:30pm. Thank you, comfort Inn. You helped in a very stressful situation. The staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Will choose this if you need a place thats quit and nice.

Was in town for a job interview. Lovely rooms in excellent repair and helpful, friendly, good-natured employees. Free, easy parking. Definitely felt safe as a woman traveling alone, and had a quiet night’s rest here. Recommend for sure. Can’t comment on amenities but I was certainly happy with what I mentioned.

I stay here for work. Always a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and decent. Breakfast in the morning is available. Not a huge offering, but they had pumpkin spice waffles this morning, and that was AMAZING! It's really close to all sorts of things, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Panda Express, and Gamestop. The mountains around are beautiful.

The bed was divine and I slept so soundly. It was very quiet also. Very nice people working there and also staying there.

Had an awesome experience!! Rooms are amazing!! Very comfortable and the staff listened to all my complaining so if anything they deserve the 5 stars just for that thank you to all the employees that had to put up with me especially the morning shift

Super nice ladies behind the check in desk evening and morning. They get an A+. Felt very safe staying here as a female traveling solo. Nice, decent rooms, seemed well taken care of. $150 a night now without AAA or AARP discount for their lowest priced 2 queen bed room. Breakfast quality seems to be going down hill. I've eaten here many times over the years. Not good these days. Hot tea water tastes like chlorine. Cheap muffins, pastries and sausage patties. Just eat elsewhere in town or skip it. Maybe Applebee's across the street. Great location in Ukiah, mostly quiet. Very comfortable bed with many pillows and nice sheets and towels.

This was without question one of our better stays at a Choice property while on our month long motorcycle trip. The room and bedding were very nice but what made our stay even more pleasant was the young lady working the desk when we checked in. I regret that I do not remember her name but she was new to the position, yet did a remarkable job. She is a keeper for sure.

We stayed here a few years ago and came back because of the convenient location and the dog friendly rooms. We arrived relatively late and unfortunately found out that the WiFi didn't work. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about device connecting, but it was an issue with one of the nodes and it worked on the hallway but not in our room. It was eventually fixed after the staff called their IT staff, but it was 30 min of troubleshooting that I didn't want to deal with. Also, we loved being able to take our son in the pool, we just wish it had been a little cleaner. In summary, it's not great, but the staff are super nice, there's a fair amount of amenities, and it's a great deal, especially for families.

Hotel is very well kept. Shower pressure was amazing! Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast is pretty good and has bacon, omelets and biscuits and gravy!

The lady came in to change the sheets while I was hungover and still in them, pulled in and got up to mischief, was great ! stayed another few days, each day was the same, she used to do this thing with her lips, never forget it. Best hotel ever, short curvy Blondie. A+, breakfast was ok too

All the front desk personell was very nice. But, the morning front desk lady was very friendly. Myra, our housekeeping lady was very good at her job. Her outstanding personality is what stood out .

Front desk lady is on crack. She literally said they don’t service the rooms unless you ask for COVID policy. It’s October and there are no COVID policies in place. Pretty much saying they don’t service the rooms. Just saying.

Large, very clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extensive free breakfast served in the morning. Conveniently located 2 minutes off of route 101. Across the street from several restaurants and Walmart. My only complaint is that the wifi here is not very reliable.

Our stay was great until check out the following morning. The concierge person was profoundly rude. She seemed extremely bothered by even being approached at the desk, needing to break concentration from her phone. I had a simple question about our bill and was met with nothing but attitude. Wow. If you hate your job that much, make a change.
