Very central about a 15 walk to the parliament building. Very comfy bed and a nice size room. The staff were really helpful and I was able to extend my 12 day stay to 14 without having to change rooms. Several restaurants and fast food places to choose from. Breakfast was what I consider a typical Asian selection plus they had a chef to do eggs of your choosing.

No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city. What I loved the most about this hotel is that it is connected to a large mall with many stores and food outlets - so convenient for shopping and eating. Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!! Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park. Overall, I had a memorable stay here- would definitely recommend!

The hotel is quite comfortable, harmoniously decorated. The food at the restaurant on the 5th floor is quite suitable for me, and has a reasonable price. This hotel is located at a rather busy intersection, convenient for walking to many interesting places nearby.

I had an English service there with Cornerstone church and it was good. And I'd invite many people there too! Just be careful not to enter the hotel building with the shopping mall door! They're separate and not joined somewhere inside.

Great place to stay at. Very convenient to visit the other malls and walkable distance to Seoul Street for more shopping. We even walked to Genghis Khan Square as well.

It is a room with one bed, but two beds have been put together. And when I slept with a huge gap in the middle, I had a very big forehead.The people providing the service did not even say sorry. It was a bad experience.

The hotel was great, really well located and easy to get around from despite the crazy traffic in the city. The service and all the staff were on point with a special mention to Oji and Steve and the rest of the front of house staff who really go out of the way to help and make sure you get what you need. The edge bar/restaurant on the 17th floor was fantastic too, great food and drinks and really nice service. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall which is perfect too. Really enjoyed the stay and highly recommend it.

The room are small beside that it’s fine. But good things about them are good service and friendly stuffs

The korean restaurant was super good! It has been a while since I had such an excellent experience !

Clean and tidy hotel tower with all necessary amenities. Haven't checked the rooms, since I am a local tour guide and never stayed at this hotel.

The service was outstanding throughout. Except for the fact that my room is warm, I request that the temperature be adjusted for a cooler setting, and they deliver a floor fan into my room.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and good service. The rooms are fine. Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun. Overall a great experience.

Excellent place for couple activity. Not too much pricey. Neat place overall. Breakfast was lovely.

Okay hotel. Restaurant on the top floor is good. Nice view of the hills across the city, good prices and decent food. Went into the restaurant lower down but didn't stay...it looked like a staff canteen. Room was okay. Stayed in an executive room which was a good size but not well designed. There was a tiny gap at one side of the bed so you had to squeeze along to get into bed. Strange design as there was ample space at the other side...more than enough to move the bed across by a foot. Overall, ok but there are better hotels in the city which are similarly priced or cheaper.

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms. Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean. It was a bit warmer than I'm used to, and I couldn't figure out the climate controls for the room. And with the pollution in Ulaanbaatar, I found it difficult to open the window for long. The hotel provided a number of amenities that are more standard in western countries than in Mongolia, like shampoo, soap, house slippers, shower caps, etc. The bathroom smelled a little strange but with the fan exhaust on it was fine. The Hansang Restaurant that the hotel serves breakfast at was good. There's a reasonable amount of options both hot and cold, and it was a breakfast buffet. Finally, the majority of the hotel staff spoke English really well! So if you're traveling to Mongolia without knowing Mongolian it's very reassuring to know that you'll be able to communicate with this hotel staff.

Very good value at this hotel. International good standard, good beds and nice rooms. The breakfast is not good, but this is a common problem for hotels in UB.

This mall has most of the things you may need - cosmetics, pharmacy, coffee, fast food, restaurant, clothes, shoes, bags, underwear, hair and nail saloon, even massage and fitness. Underground floor has Nomin supermarket

Great facilities and service in a very convenient location. The terrace has beautiful views of Ulaanbaatar and is a very nice place for drinks, snacks, or dinner.

Great restaurant with amazing buvet breakfast - it has everything: bacon, eggs, fried rice, breads, cheese, fruits, etc. And friendly staff! Loved it!

Good service. Good location. Nearby had a lot of market and shops. The restaurant in 5th floor has simply and food was tasty
