I hope Google Translate will help you! ANYHOW: Svea Spa is VERY unprofessional! They never respond to your phone calls (why even have a Whatsapp)! Their emails are very unclear and basically just tell yoy to go to their website (clearly your website wasn't helpful enough for me to contact you). They don't understand the concept of customer service. I was going to spend a few hundred Euros each month, or every other month on my sister at that spa. I regret I spent any money at all into their business so far. I should have known better, there were signs. The moment they take your money they don't care about you anymore.

Ich war zur Mama-Auszeit hier. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett, zeitlicher Ablauf hat super gepasst. Allerdings fand ich es teilweise ein bisschen unprofessionell bzw. sollte man eher sagen, anders als ich es von anderen Behandlungen kenne. Beispielsweise war bei der Gesichtsbehandlung keine Reinigung dabei (nur eine Pflege nach der anderen) oder bei der Pediküre kein Nagellack am Ende. Aber das wurde auch nirgends versprochen - von dem her, alles in Ordnung. Jedoch für die Preise durchaus Luft nach oben, finde ich.

Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer - leider kann ich nichts gutes berichten. Entspannen und Wellness wie beworben - weit gefehlt. Ich hatte eine Gesichtsbehandlung, Dauer 90 Minuten gebucht. Die „Begrüßung" war schon keine, ich habe nicht erfahren wie die Dame heißt, die mich behandelt hat. Gehen Sie in Zimmer (Zahl) und ziehen Sie das Oberteil aus. Die Türe wurde hier nicht geschlossen. Es wurde kein Vorgespräch geführt, was genau gemacht wird, welche Wirkstoffe, ob ich gegen etwas allergisch bin .. nichts. Bei der Gesichtsreinigung habe ich erst einmal um ein Haarband gebeten, da meine Haare sich wild im Gesicht mit der Reinigung vereinten. Die Augen wurden beim Reinigen ausgelassen, so dass mir am Ende der Behandlung ein Panda im Spiegel entgegen schaute. Die Zeit wurde mit viel Einwirkzeit und Bedampfung (das Gerät hatte sich längst wieder ausgeschaltet, bis die Dame wieder rein kam) überbrückt. Das Handtuch auf der Liege war nicht frisch, da es schon sehr angepasst an der Liege war. Die Verabschiedung bestand aus einem Gruß, das war's. Nie wieder - absolut keine Empfehlung.

Ich hatte heute das Paket 1001 Nacht. Es war ok. Fand die Seifenbürstenmassage eher schmerzhaft als angenehm…. ich kenne das eigentlich anders. Die Massage war ganz nett, nichts besonderes. Bin da etwas verwöhnt, da ich regelmäßig zur Thaimassage gehe. Die ist dagegen wow. Die Gesichtsbehandlung war ohne Reinigung, obwohl es im Angebot steht. Das fand ich sehr schade. Habe dies auch angesprochen aber es hieß meine Haut sei doch super. Für 175€ najaaaa Vielleicht bin ich verwöhnt was Massagen angeht aber der Rest hätte schon passen müssen. daher nur 3 Sterne

I've had a coupon for this place for a while, but because Corona and having kids I wasn't able to use it. Finally got the chance and they tried to resist a little but finally allowed me to use said coupon. Up until then everything OK. The day of the spa treatment started good. The place is nice and clean. I was in a room with my mother in law and we were left there waiting (not long) for the masseuses. I noticed I got a robe but my MIL didn't and was about to go out at the same time one of the masseuses (mine) was wanting to come in. She made a comment I found to be somewhat rude along the lines to let them do their jobs. I thought it was unnecessary and that definitely made me think that we would start on the wrong foot. in terms of their skills and their care it was top service. They do know what they're doing and they do it well. I got a facial, a soap scrub, and a full body massage. All great. I chalked up her attitude to maybe a cultural difference, whatever, but I had the chance to interact with the other employees and they were very helpful and extra nice when I realized I forgot my coupon, whereas my masseuse was not caring and didn't seem amused by my mistake. The other masseuse was very helpful and offered options as to how I could get payment to them,so this cultural difference excuse was not it. This is a spa and the spa services are great, but maybe this lady should have a bit more tact with customers. In the end my husband brought the coupon and all worked out but I want to have the full customer service experience in addition to the great job they do as masseuses. That's the only reason I take 1 star away but everything else including the massages, facial, and the masseuse that was not even working on me were amazing.

Das Svea Spa ist ein Ort zum absoluten Wohlfühlen. Ich gehe regelmäßig dort hin und kann nur positives berichten. Mich überzeugen nicht nur die netten Mitarbeiter, sondern auch die Professionalität & das saubere und gepflegte Ambiente. Dicker Daumen hoch, macht weiter so :)

Absolut zu empfehlen! Sauber, pünktlich und sehr angenehme Behandlung. Die MA sind sehr freundlich.

War ein sehr schönes Erlebnis und die Massagen waren super angenehm. Bin zusammen mit meiner Mutter und meiner Schwester dort gewesen und sie sind ebenso begeistert gewesen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. 👍🏽

Ich hatte meine erste Lomi Lomi Massage und bin begeistert. Leider konnte ich die Sauna noch nicht ausprobieren. Das wird aber nachgeholt. Eine tolle Musik zu angenehmen Düften. Tolle Atmosphäre.
