Since the renovation, the owner has created a real chillout oasis. The ambience with the covered terrace, the many lights in the evening and the retractable windows, which ensure a very good supply of fresh air, is a blessing for such locations. It is really very cozy and spacious. We spent a good four hours here, didn't feel harassed and were always served in a friendly manner. The service is attentive, present and friendly even in stressful situations. The selection of drinks, cocktails and other offers is huge. The range and variety of tobacco types for shisha is large and there is something for every taste. The hygiene is top and we really felt like we were on vacation. I recommend LIVANA with a clear conscience...

Chic atmosphere, but too expensive I recently visited the Shisha Bar and was impressed by the elegant atmosphere. The ambience is undoubtedly a highlight of this location. The furnishings are stylish and modern, and the lighting creates a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the staff was a bit understaffed. Unfortunately, I have to say that the prices here are significantly above average. I paid far more for drinks than I'm used to in other shisha bars. This was disappointing, especially because the quality of the shisha didn't really stand out. She was good, but not exceptional. Overall I think this shisha bar has great potential but the prices need to be reconsidered. That is a criterion for me not to come there again in the future.

Very friendly staff and helpful with the choice of tobacco. The list of drinks is plentiful and the taste is very good.

It's okay to wait a long time until you get to the smoking area.

Two stars for the ambience, but I have to say that I can't understand why they stop selling hot drinks after 8 p.m. Especially when the cold season begins. Huge loss of sales and customers. Hygiene in the toilets leaves a lot to be desired!

Not even worth a star after we sat for 20 minutes and weren't noticed, we got up and left. Only when we left were we told something wrong, that you weren't allowed to smoke inside, very few staff and unfriendly 1 waitress for the bar. Very bad. 👎🏻

Ipanema ordered water with lemon. Shisha is just terrible. No smoke at all. Even after informing the waiter, there was no improvement. Gaming table went off in the middle of the game. Then they said there's nothing you can do, that's just the way it is. I can't judge anything that was eaten.

Really rubbish 80 cent cola just costs €4 and is really overpriced

Livana Shisha Lounge is by far the best lounge in Ulm. Service simply top cocktails simply bomb really a friends to always be there. Highly recommended
