We love the interior of the place. Well decorated featuring an industrial vibe. The cold brew was outstanding. The hot latte coffee was nice, but the aroma of the beans wasn't too strong as we'll like it to be. Iced chocolate was horrible though. Tasted like plastic. Honey Cheese pizza was underwhelming. Just honey and cheese on a tortilla wrap base. Squid was done to perfection, but the pasta a little bit overcooked. Overall a good dish. Tiramisu was so good. It melts in your mouth. One piece is not enough. Triple cheese formage cake had too much sponge cake in it. We would have liked more cream cheese with a stronger taste - it was quite mild.

Food and drinks prices overpriced. Drinks are over RM15. Seating: We had 8 people and they seated us around the low coffee table. Difficult to eat our lunch. Asked about the other normal height dining tables but they said those has no air conditioning so will be hot. So we had to eat bending down. Quite uncomfortable and difficult to eat. Food: Fries were cold. Sourdough bread too hard. Had to eat around the corners🙈 Won’t come again.

Ordered the Chocolate Banana Waffle. I like how the waffle is shaped as it is easy to cut for sharing. The taste of the waffle however was a little plain to me. The topping was good though. I like the ambiance of this place. Nice to chill and have a drink with friends.

Very nice ambience with excellent food and drinks! The truffle fries had a delicate salt and truffle balance. The salmon and seaweed wrap was divine, with bonus tempura bits for crunch. The tiramisu was really addictive. Iced earl grey was perfect down to the last sip, undiluted by the ice. Steady stream of customers on a Saturday afternoon but there was enough seating for everyone. 💯 recommend.

The coffee here is fantastic, I am very impressed with their cold brew latte, presented nicely and taste superb, best coffee I had in JB area. Order another fruits tea, very refreshing! This will be my new hang out place next time! Forgot to mention, the whole environment is very nice inside 👍🏻

Nice environment cafe located in a light industry area. Tried their Americano. Expecting a better coffee but we'll have nothing to complain about if you are not a coffee enthusiast. Food wise delicious. Need to try their signature cake on my next visit.

Known as one of the must try places in Mount Austin, we visited JWC for teabreak around 4pm on a Sunday. We were lucky to get seated within 10 minutes. We had the caramel and rose latte, signature tiramisu and matcha croon. The coffee and pastries were good especially the tiramisu! The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5-stars is due to the waiting time for the pastries and also, service could have been better. Total bill came up to about RM71.

Nice food with great ambience! Mains, sides and dessert were nice! However, air-conditioning seems to be lacking and the location was not the most convenient. Nonetheless, it was still a remarkable dining experience and would highly recommend y’all to try it!

Really love their food here!!! The taste was top notch. I thought I was stupid for ordering break and sausages.. but their sourdough was perfect with the amount of crunch on the crust, and chew on the bread! The chorizos were not too salty too!!

Cool place. Good aircon. Nice instaworthy design. Great desserts and drinks. Tiramisu(RM 18.50) - Must Have! Strong and boozy. Perfect. Triple Fromage(RM 15) - Cheesy light. Delicate. Black Magic(RM 18) - Latte, mild acidic, bitter. Milk to cofffee ratio just nice. Original Chocolate(Hot)(RM 14) - Comfy anytime.

Very aesthetic and has great atmosphere. However, the coffee is average (maybe bc i got a cold brew) and the food was quite bad. I ordered the croissant roll thing and a basilica pasta. Not my thing. Still a nice place to visit as price is not exorbitant!

Personally i don’t really fancy cafes cause i always think they serve normal overpriced food but i actually like this place! Nice vibes and the food and coffee is good and price is reasonable. I like the coffee teriyaki chicken chop. Something i never had anywhere else. The cold brew latte is also not bad though abit pricey. I came on a weekday and it was fairly crowded. I would think it should be really packed on a weekend. Generally a pleasant experience!

Building was under going partial renovation. Half of the interior was cordoned off. But it’s ok. Interior still look nice. Abit dark and music was a bit loud, but I suppose this is the vibe the owner is going for. Interior signage bulbs seems to be missing half of it. The menu paper looks really old and dirty. Maybe can print newer copies. Ordered coffee and ice tea. Can’t complain. It’s met expectations. Ordered truffle fries, croissant sandwich and their signature jwc chicken. Everything was alright. Met expectations. Service was good. Manually took our order instead of scanning QR code to order. Because need to input mobile number to order. And these apps that collect our numbers and data are always sold to scammers. Would I come back again? If I am in the area and would like to get some coffee, then yes I would come here.

Nice and chill ambience cafe. Food not fantastic but slightly above average. Price slightly pricey but acceptable for me. Will still come again if I am around the area.

Popped in JWC for quick coffee only. A spacious place with nice ambience. Only tried their coffee and snack, overall is all right. Like their coffee cup and saucer. Can’t park in their compound, there are parking space by the road sides.

Tried 3 coffees and 1 matcha - dirty latte, mocha cold brew latte, citrus black and aoarashi uji matcha. We loved the lattes, smooth and coffee was rich. The citrus black was a unique blend. The tangy orange hits the tongue first, then the black coffee and then comes the zesty and bittersweet aftertaste. Each sip was like a 'shock' to the senses! Had their coffee teriyaki chicken chop and beef curry rice. Chicken chop was tender, paired with a delicious coffee sauce. Beef curry was a tad salty. We also had a tiramisu, which was kind of frozen and not to my liking. Overall, the ambience was great, a good place to chill and hang out!

Served FROZEN Tiramisu, OLD STOCK! the hardest Tiramisu ever, I don't know eating cake or rock candy. Chicken chop tastes like Rm8 pasar malam chicken chop and is salty, here sells RM30, and food is overpriced. Only coffee is ok. Got a lot of flies (lalat) flying around inside the cafe. Came here on weekday.

Best cafe i ever tasted in Malaysia. You will find this place weirdly located in the warehouse area but its 100% legit place. Staff is so friendly. Coffee is super nice. Worth every cent. We tried most of the best coffee abd even purchase coffee beans. Highly recommended.

Very impressed when I stepped into the cafe. (5 stars) Coffee beans smelled good and prices of food are reasonable (+1). Cannot say the same for the prices of the coffee (-1). After waiting 15 minutes for a table (-1), was led upstairs to a pathetic corner, sat on a food court like round table, facing the clearing point (-1). Could have been a wonderful experience, but fall short in many small aspects. Ambience wise, it’s quite decent but can be even better with some light background music. All I can hear is the Aircon duct, and lots of clanking noise from the plates clearing (-1).

Wonderful Ambience for a comfortable breakfast! Location is abit out of the way but reasonable prices for most menus items. Matcha Latte was well crafted and was pleasantly surprised by the cronut and salted egg croissant, although the latter shald be shared as the taste can be overpowering aft a few bites. Do consider the scrambled egg add on, it's worthed it for the offered price

First time been here, love the place ❤️. The pizza is delicious. The waffle is nice. The coffee ☕️ taste good. The atmosphere excellence ✨️ It will be one of my favourite place when next time come to JB.

Worth a shot to visit for its interior, however, food and coffee was just alright only. To me it was decent, wouldn't drive all the way there for its food and coffee. However, as a hangout place, it's quite okay to chill.

Went there just for coffee. Nice bean mix, choices from Columbia and Ethiopia. Had a hand made coffee with Columbia beans, aroma, taste and after-taste was superb. You will be pampered if u are a coffee drinker. The burnt cheese cake was normal. Will try out the food next visit.

Nice ambience to chitchat Love their original chocolate series cold ($16). Thick chocolate without being too sweet. I give 8.5/10. Japanese mentaiko spaghetti ($30). Texture is good and the sauce is thick and flavorful. Will be better if the salmon cube are nicely grilled or seared with a smoky taste. The lemon slice really helps to alleviate the taste. Personally not my favorite sauce, but my friend loves it. 8/10 Coffee teriyaki chicken chop. Flavorful coffee taste, fries a bit cold, salad ok. Would give a 9/10 if I didn't taste the strong frozen chicken smell.. so can only give 8.5/10. For the price point, worth visiting

They are under renovations. That’s why they gave a gift card upon payment. There was no crowd and the place Austin is really out of the way from anywhere. We just bought drinks and a cake. It is a very expensive place. Oh and they put the air cooler under their sign which spoils the whole picture but it cannot be help because they only have one 3 pin point near the sign. Maybe if you are there, you can suggest them to create a new point away from their sign board since they are renovating 😃

First time here. Nice interior environment and no one will expect a roastery nested within an industrial area. The tiramisu cake is indeed fabulous and service from the staff is marvellous.

Food quality has improved a fair bit here since the last time I visited(pre covid times). We ordered Japanese chicken curry rice and carbonara as mains and both were really delicious. Carbonara has so much bacon and mushroom in it and the fried chicken was made to order, warm and fresh when served. Both portion were huge. Had their cold brew and sizzling brownies too, love their dessert, did not disappoint as well this round.

A roastery tucked inside industrial area, wouldn't know it existed if you just passed by. The food tasted amazing, so was the coffee. A must-try if you are someone who appreciates specialty coffee.

Ordered a tofu cheesecake, cold brew mocha and a flatwhite. Cheesecake taste great, just nice amount of sweetness. Cold brew mocha was good too! The chocolate favour was not too strong that allow you to taste more on the coffee. Sweetness is good too! Serving on a tray with a tiny glass with 1 ice cube which was cute! Flatwhite was normal, was expecting a latte art though..

We took a grab here as it was quite remote. Even the driver asked if we were in the right place. It might be easy to miss as it’s just a small entrance into the cafe. All you see from the outside is this giant logo on the roller shutters. When we got in, the staff asked if we wanted to sit at the bar stool area but we asked to be seated on top instead. Initially they squeeze everyone in only one half of the mezzanine but later on they had no choice and seat the other tables. They had huge coffee bags hanging from the ceiling which added a real industrial feel to the cafe. There’s huge factory equipment at the bottom behind glass walls too. We ordered food via their QR code and it took a while but it was worth it. The chicken was good. The coffee was good. The chocolate was surprisingly good. We didn’t have more stomach space so I took home some cold brew and a croissant. It was still good the next day!

The waiters / waitresses are so helpful and you can get them to recommend the foods if you’re first timer. We ordered teriyaki chicken chop + coffee sauce, honey cheese pizza & squid ink pizza (I can’t remember the names). Every menus are up to our standard & we love every bit of it.

  • 4/5 Rui C. 1 year ago on Google
Located at the industrial area, only accessible by car or grab. Came at around 2pm and was shown to a table immediately. Drinks were really good from the cold brew to the tea and chocolate. Desserts were also great and we highly recommend getting their tiramisu! Ambience and environment of the cafe is really good with nice decors. Different seating options were also available. However, food was alright only and were slightly on the pricier side.

First visit after the long covid break. Taste of the food is as good as we remembered from pre covid days. However, the portions have noticeably shrunk. Still it is sufficient for the average diner. Laksa spaghetti packs a spicy kick to the sensory , intense and flavorful. Crème Brûlée Danish was sweet with distinct flavor of the custard well matched with pineapple slices. Tiramisu - the signature dessert does not disappoint. Guaranteed to satisfy any dessert lover. Latte was well prepared with a hint of pleasant acidity . Cold brew - another signature drink. Though unfortunately both the drinks and desserts have been downsized . Definitely worth a visit. Note that upper floors is only opened on weekends n dinners due to lack of manpower.

Love the service here. Very detailed. I ordered Tiramisu, they serve with dessert fork in a cup of warm water. Fork will be warm for you to scope your tiramisu and it won't be sticky. Environment here kind of give me same feeling when I was at Beam cafe in KL. If you are ever in Mount Austin area and waiting for someone drop by here for a cuppa!

Great ambiance, almost feels like a brewery. Nice lighting and decor. Plus, the coffee is very nice. We got a cold brew and a siphon filter—both were very nice. The location is a little out of the way, but the place is worth it!

Good food and good atmosphere! The food were very flavorful and drinks were served beautifully. We ordered the rendang beef pasta, smoked salmon trio, iced fruit tea and rose cold brew.

Their dessert price is slightly on the higher side. Pretty normal cake and drinks where you can get from elsewhere. Service is good. However, location is a bit wulu.
