Went to pay the Bill. The account staff had no answers for the bills produced and the breakup of the total amount. when asked to clarify they said "go talk to the doctor". Meeting the doctor.. Mr. Manoj had random clarification for some police certificate to be given where there was no police involved in the small accident of the related person. Even after clarification from the patients. The doctor finally reduced the bill by saying, if you come to me directly I would have given you the discount, but will not be able to give you the actual bills. Had to pay the amount in Cash without taking the bill ( (which is now converted to black money) because one cannot afford unnecessary more expense. Extremely rude and unknown staff. Further discussion with the doctor seems to be like listening to be threatened to increase the bill amount. Zero recommendation this hospital to anyone. Losing the trust from the medical facilities. Zero Transparency within the system and the whole system is being dumped under the black money.

Dr. Naggar is very professional and an excellent doctor. But once I got admitted for a span of 3 days, the facilities were not upto the mark. Extremely rude and ineffeient staff with lack of experience. No one is available to attend the patient, even once my bottle got emptied up and I kept shouting as intercom wasn't working. Then I had to walk with my bottle stand and call out the nurse as my blood started flowing back. Thumps up to the doctor but not a good management.

So cheap place. Management is not good. MO is so cheap and talking rudely. And every body are not good people.

The hospital service is good. Dr.Manoj Parmar excellent diagnosis & very cool personality.
