What should be a nice hotel, very young is the antithesis of what any hotel should be.... I took the suit, bare.... towels dirty, bathtub dirty, no water, even with a bucket in the room. The air conditioner operates on their own schedule so the room is mostly hot. My room was 316....

This hotel has a potential to become a 5* hotel, however there are alot of things that needs fixing. The outside looks beautiful. The shower 🚿 does not have pressure, including the washing hand basin. Toliet does not flush properly. Depending on the room, the bath water is stagnant. A relative kept helping me fix my ac in our room. There are residue/dirt on table, etc. Cleaners need to be re-trained or paid well to do their job. Some of the staff have the habit of not refunding balance to customers. A tall black guy at the reception does his job well without expectations. He helped us with the luggage, etc. I don't do Internet banking, the receptionist said her POS was down and so I asked my sister to make payment(online banking). Its strange the boss wanted payment on his personal account and so she had mistakenly paid a 100k, he did not bother to tell us there has been a huge over payment. We came back that day as we were staying for a days and the receptionist started to say its for other rooms that has been paid for already. We were furious and they said they would be sending us the balance, which they did. All the issues raised with the rooms are the same with my other relatives who booked in the same hotel for days. I even changed rooms at one point and it was the same. Plus side, the pool, did not go to the gym. Over all condition is fair, need room for improvement.

Have the best pepper chicken I have tasted so far, with a right price and size, just that their snooker board is not properly aligned, but the have a 9ft swimming pool with a diver there to teach you if you don't know how to.

Nice environs and overall look and feel is great. Nice place to relax, chill and have fun with friends.

This hotel is a serene environment in Umuahia. It has a good Events Center, a good bar and portable swimming pool

Serene environment. The prices for the room come in ranges. The rooms are spaciousness and the general feel of the hotel is aesthetic. There is a pool and bar. Although the swimming pool isn't so big. It also has bar games and an outside grill and food stand

A good place for luxury. Safe environment and very affordable.. I do enjoy my stay at AWW Hotels. Kudos to them

Nice place for hanging out. Ambient is okay. Serene environment/neighbourhood. Have lodged there before and it was great. Secure place too.

I stayed in the hotel for 1night and I was not impressed at all. No clean towel. No hot water. The staff do not respond to orders. I waited for hot water for over two and half hours. No TV in my room. The staff make too much noise on the corridor. The staff are not in their respective offices to answer their intercom calls at 10.25am. At 3am no light and the rooms were hot. I ordered for things both at night and in the morning and it never came.

Not even up to 2 star hotel. Have a very poor management. You can imagine a manager dating he's staff and the staff controlling or telling him what to do and what not to do,who to sack and who not to sack. The cashier coming to work at anytime keeping others waiting because she's dating the manager so she can do whatever she wants nobody questions her. Their dressing sense very poor,their uniform are not lovely. Their rooms not giving,their pool always dirty,their staffs involve in theft, selling of rooms and not recording them especially if is a guest who came to stay for some hours. No proper orientation there. The only thing nice there is the art work

I had a horrible experience with the staff, made me pay twice for one service and completely embarrassed me. From the beginning of my stay till I was held hostage at the premises until I parted with the second payment.
