This
hotel
has
a
potential
to
become
a
5*
hotel,
however
there
are
alot
of
things
that
needs
fixing.
The
outside
looks
beautiful.
The
shower
🚿
does
not
have
pressure,
including
the
washing
hand
basin.
Toliet
does
not
flush
properly.
Depending
on
the
room,
the
bath
water
is
stagnant.
A
relative
kept
helping
me
fix
my
ac
in
our
room.
There
are
residue/dirt
on
table,
etc.
Cleaners
need
to
be
re-trained
or
paid
well
to
do
their
job.
Some
of
the
staff
have
the
habit
of
not
refunding
balance
to
customers.
A
tall
black
guy
at
the
reception
does
his
job
well
without
expectations.
He
helped
us
with
the
luggage,
etc.
I
don't
do
Internet
banking,
the
receptionist
said
her
POS
was
down
and
so
I
asked
my
sister
to
make
payment(online
banking).
Its
strange
the
boss
wanted
payment
on
his
personal
account
and
so
she
had
mistakenly
paid
a
100k,
he
did
not
bother
to
tell
us
there
has
been
a
huge
over
payment.
We
came
back
that
day
as
we
were
staying
for
a
days
and
the
receptionist
started
to
say
its
for
other
rooms
that
has
been
paid
for
already.
We
were
furious
and
they
said
they
would
be
sending
us
the
balance,
which
they
did.
All
the
issues
raised
with
the
rooms
are
the
same
with
my
other
relatives
who
booked
in
the
same
hotel
for
days.
I
even
changed
rooms
at
one
point
and
it
was
the
same.
Plus
side,
the
pool,
did
not
go
to
the
gym.
Over
all
condition
is
fair,
need
room
for
improvement.
