I loved it that the choice of interior accessories was totally in line with the name. The environment promotes African culture. I had their Anambra Uha soup with garri and it tasted really great and from the root . However, i think they should work on their air-conditioning for better customer service.

Surprisingly good food, actually very good Chinese food. Your choice for an appropriate meal in Umuahia. I ordered the spring rolls very good, then the Singapore noodles, wasn't disappointed and price was fair.

This is arguably the only decent restaurant in the town of umuahia. They had shortcomings that are negligible due to their location and peculiar challenges but overall, glad we experienced the place.

Very beautiful, Exquisite, Historical, Eco-friendly atmosphere. Their snacks is good too. I didn't give 5 star because I'm keeping the last one for when I buy my car lol but trust me this place is good. Prices are really affordable too. With nice waiters Definitely coming here again. I love going to roots whenever I’m in Umuahia to work from there and meet new people. I can say that their ambience is the best in Umuahia, no other restaurant comes close. Their meals are nice, affordable and in a good size. They have more space now and a live band. Their staff are really slow and this annoys me every time, some of them are rude too. Once I told one to help get extra serviette, she didn’t do this and returned an hour later with the bill. I told her to bring me water instead, so I can wash my hands and she repeated the same thing again. I just paid, and told her I felt disrespected because I saw her attending to others but obviously forgot my request twice.

The restaurant is good for high class who want to eat and satisfy, their service is okay in a good environment.

The food could be a bit for seasoned, not sure if it is the general blandness of food in state or just this hotel, noticed most foods aren't seasoned and spiced enough. Their spicy chicken was the only food I really enjoyed , the rice and breadfruit porridge wasn't spiced enough.

Food was not nice I had bitterleaf soup. But generally the price was very owk.
