The beautiful and proper organization is amazing. A double plus for the cheerful workers. Its a nice place to be.

Nice hotel

Hotel is average. It doesn't have modern amenities. You have to open the doors with keys, not keycards. There are no elevators either. They need to beef up their safety amenities too. There's no fire escape for instance. No smoke sensors in the rooms. As for hospitality, they don’t have WIFI, bring your own. You won't find basic things like tooth paste, body lotion or shampoo. Only a bar soap and towel. No complimentary drinking water in the rooms. So make sure you bring what you need. or pay for it when you get there. The hotel manager had anger management issues.

Rapha Hotel is a recreational and lodging facility situated in a serene environment. The hotel has a swimming pool, bar, luxury rooms, and suites for lodging, and enough parking space. Their customer service is lit. My experience when I lodged there was worthwhile.

Electricity availability is constant, water systems pressure and convenient room is not perfectly ok, tv network is zero, receptionist and management staff needs to go to school and study HMT, they lack the knowledge of the business.

I was greatly disappointed at Rapha hotels. There cleaning standard is low, am not sure the have maintenance department here cos the AC in my room was sounding like a desiel generator it was dirty and the wire of the AC was kept flying and remote of the TV in the room wasn’t work i called several times and the did nothing about it, you could visibly see cub-web by the bed and a dead wall gecko. By the window of my room there is a roof very close it, that became my alarm that woke me up cos it was raining and the sound coming from that window could wake a dead man from death. My overall stay experience in room 105 is bad

Cool place. Quiet environment. The rooms are spacious and with very neat and solid decors. I also appreciate the availability of multiple electrical sockets to enable you simultaneously charge your phones, laptops e.t.c. They have a steady light. The swimming pool is neat and the pool bar is really cool. Good place. They also make you sign an agreement to ensure "no smoking" in the rooms...this is good.

The hotel is strategically located by BCA road, with affordable rates.They are currently renovating some rooms and wing. The Hotel DO NOT encourage any form bridal shower, not even picture snapping....

Very poor management, a place where staff can insult customers and the management will defend them. In my presence security man spraying teargas on the face of a customer is the height of unprofessionalism

i will give this hotel a zero (0) star if i could. i have known this hotel for a long time now, and one thing i can say that is constant is their rude staff from the head to the bottom.. very poor customer service, they are not customer friendly at all. too many do's and don'ts and that is complete turn off in the hospitality business. i can keep saying more about my observations but let me just keep it brief.. please don't inconvenience yourself lodging here, they don't deserve your penny.

Everyone at the place were highly respectful with strong customer service quality.

On entrance you meet a clean surrounding and four pillars carrying the building with a small parking lot in the front, then on going forward in the same direction as you will meet a T junction; your front there you'll see a big parking lot and space where you can set tables or sit and have a nice time with whoever you are with or alone the to the left you'll first meet a moderate swimming pool 😉 and to the left of the swimming pool is a bar with sits and tables; there you can buy meat, drinks both alcoholic 🍻 and for kids(Yoghurts 🥛 etc), snail 🐌 (cooked) soup 🍲 and other things, back to the T junction; the left has has a bar too(but much more bigger than the other) there you can buy drinks and food too, live watch matches etc. It's a nice place you can go anytime both morning 🌄☺️ and night 🌉🐱.

Their maintenance standard is low. The supervisor is clueless on what to do when i call the font office to inform them that the remote in my room is not working cos it took them almost 2hrs and still he came to my room empty hand. The room looks neat but There were cockroach in my room and the AC makes an unpleasant noise

Physical structure is good but VERY POOR customer service. From receptionist to the bar. Very rude!! Imagine hissing at customers. Planned to spend a week, had to spend only a night
