Staff are thief anything personal you keep in the room will vanish and the hotel manager will advise that All the personal things in the room at the customers risk .. during my stay, among others my phone was stolen from the room, on reporting.. manager even refused to bring the cleaner to question or made a police complain rather he brought a police man to extort money from me to "Track" the phone ...it seemed like he already knew the whereabouts of the phone ..never got my phone back!!

For this a excellent place to stay with its find and secured environment, I always prefer to stay there men don't miss this place when you go to Umuahia.

Beautiful structure but no parking space and the pool is at the extension, so you would have to leave the hotel and go over to the extension to use the pool

Evergreen Hotel is a great place to lodge when you are in the City of Umuahia for business or pleasure. It has great rooms and a wide range of room categories to cater for different classes of individuals. It has an event centre annexed with a swimming pool, bar, restaurant and other delights. They also have great music. It is located in a good part of town and other places of interest can be accessed from this hotel with great ease.

Great outdoor relaxation spot. Has different culinary options and light gaming activities.

Good hotel. The kitchen is the low point. The chef is poor. I couldn't eat the goat meat pepper soup I ordered. The meat was so tough. There's a serious need to upgrade the kitchen staff.

Interior and ambience not up to standard. The noise from the bar, disturbs guests indoors till late at night.

Didnt lodge because the room was fully booked. The surrounding environment was a hub of club and other noisy activities. Might be okay for someone who won't mind.

The place is nice, clean, and affordable, although there are options you can choose from N12,900 to N27,900. Definitely, the place can still improve a lot more better. I will recommend the place 👌. Also it comes with Poolside, Event Center, Gamez, and Bar.

Average. Old towels and no warm water baths. Noise from the outdoor event place keeps you from sleep. Interior needs upgrade.

They don't have water heater in their bathroom and no elevator but it's a cool hotel for a quick getaway from home or work stay. It's also a very busy fun place to be.

Great ambience! The staff were semi confused when we arrived, but somehow they got back on their groove. The hotel is situated in a good location and is easy to locate for first timers in the city. I loved that the rooms were spacious and my kids had play space. Unfortunately, the water heater was not functioning and we had to resort to boil water with the electric kettle that was provided in the room. I would recommend a deliberate renovation of the hotel room amenities and better coordination of the parking lot.

Evergreen hotel is a nice looking hotel situated in a good and locatable area of Umuahia. Rooms are spacious with water heater. I really enjoyed their pool just that it's situated at the extension of the hotel above all I enjoyed my stay there.

It's an amazing place to have fun

Evergreen hotel is a fledging input in the Hospitality industry of Abia State with branches in Aba and Umuahia. The brand's recent export will open soon in Port Harcourt Rivers State. Evergreen is known for fun, events and budget accommodation, 24/7 power and security...and they delivered again this time around! It's my place whenever I'm in Umuahia...and I have to book ahead because of high patronage.

Very poor customer service generally, receptionist has an attitude. White bedding in the room are tired and turning brown, glad I came with my bedsheets, I wouldn't have being able to sleep on the bed. Waiter does not receipt for drinks bought, found this practise quite strange. No heaters in the bathroom and there is a hole in the ceiling in my bathroom. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
