Was one hour late to picked me up. Also, the driver wasted time at stopping points, was refilling the water tank to frequently. Got to Umuhia, Abia at 9:10 pm left lagos at 8:30. It was my first experience with GIGM so therefore, they might be better than my review.

Transport company

Got to sleep at this terminal when our bus coming from lagos to uyo got faulty at night. The experience was not funny. Though not this terminal fault, but its an attribute to factors from the company. I give it to their calm customer service, despite the yelling and grievance poured on them by passengers who passed the night, they still kept their cool and were polite in their response. Neat environmental, well decorated ambience for the Christmas festive season.

My experience was very poor with gigm Umuahia branch, my bus was schedule for 7:45am Umuahia to Lagos which they later reschedule the bus for 8:30am without prior notice. 8:30am passed still no bus very poor service not time reliable

God is Good Motor Park in Umuahia, well located and staff attend to passengers very politely. It's not like a typical Nigeria park, it's more of a corporate environment with well dressed and mannered staff, good cars and buses driven by well behaved drivers

It is a nice transportation company. It plays almost everywhere in the country and beyond. I.e to other fellow West African countries. It has a good customer care services. Its buses are in good shape and sound. It also has qualified drivers well trained in good manners. It is a nice transportation company.

It was fine, we got there in the night and passengers going to uyo were given another bus to proceed.

Great place. The staffs were courteous as well. The logistics are fast although prices of waybill depends on the weight of item. Asides that, overall the place is organised. I recommend.

The workers are courteous. Boarded a mover jet to Iyana Ipaja, Lagos and the speed limit was moderate. However, the screens were not working, this made the journey really really boring. The pilot was showed empathy when passengers started complaining

Really bad service! The manager didn't communicate properly and let greed overshadow his vision. Still baffles me how they are regarded as one of the best transport companies in the country.

Convienent, secured and quality customer service

Passengers cramped with luggages on the bus. The boot space couldn't even accommodate more than 3 luggages. I thought GIGM came in to improve on where others failed and provide comfort? The driver was so rude and spoke back to passengers. He was a nuisance to other road users to the point some men of the Nigerian Army pulled the vehicle over like something from a blockbuster movie, causing traffic and punched the driver in the face 3times. We called GIGM to report the situation but like almost everything in Nigeria, once it's not money, nobody cares. It's only a matter of time. Smh

Another God is Good Moter terminal, one can get buses to various locations of the state.
