The experience was not particularly fantastic, met my room open on one occasion, cleaning staff took water from my room, their complimentary breakfast/buffet is nothing to write home about, my colleagues kept seeing roaches in their room. Though the hotel has a courteous manager, but some of these issues are beyond him.

The rooms need a lot of work. The bath didn't have running water all night and when it came on every tap was leaking. I wasn't happy with the service at all. They need to do a lot of renovation please.

Not a bad hotel but I did not lodge there so I can't talk about their services .

The hotel has good location, serene environment and good ambience. It is clean, has a poolside bar, a functional gym and a lounge. It also has good security. I stayed in a suite with my family and our room was very spacious with clean sheets and towels. All the amenities were modern and functional. The staff were courteous and friendly but I think they should smile more often. They attended to my needs promptly too. The food was also great and well prepared however, I would love to see more continental varieties on the menu. Overall, I highly recommend Confidence Hotel and would give it an 8.5/10.
