Facilities are becoming worn. Be careful at the bathroom over slippery tiles.

A very nice not too over-the-top Hotel a place where the rich and the average can afford it also has a very beautiful sit out poolside where you can unwind and also have a nice on sit and drink date the environment very cool and quiet and safety the staffs are very nice also

You that water on the floor was the major turn off for my guests. They have poor services and lack proper environmental maintenance.

There is a need to improve in maintaining the facility and ensuring excellent service delivery. Staff were courteous throughout the stay.

Hotel is worth staying at. Rooms are spacious. Nice service too

Quiet place and classy. Wheelchair inaccessible. Service is good. Light supply isn't commendable about 18hours a day. No wifi. Rooms are tasteful and luxuriously furnished. Staff are cordial and helpful. Bathrooms are okay. Menu is somewhat limited. In all its a nice hotel for its class. You could feel at home.

Studio room, was my take, nice and enough, but the toilet wasn't good enough!

Harriet Suites in Umuahia was great, located in a safe, calm and serene environment. the staff are professional, friendly, checkin was seamless, check out was also. With swimming pool, bar, Hall, gym...haha I forgot the restaurant. Though, slow on few occasions due to crowd, but the food was exceptional and tasty, worth the wait. I love my room 201, was cosy, the bed wow...I loved the bed. I will surely recommend this hotel to anybody going to Umuahia.

Harriet Suites is place to be if you are looking for a place that is serene, a place you can rest or cool your head without any noise, there are spacious rooms there

Good atmosphere with serene environment. The room are spacious and we'll decorated. Always clean and feels like home. Though the staff needs orientation about what it takes to run a hospitality business. There is also good parking space with good security.
