    This is another branch of the many branches of Mat-Ice. It has a super feel and is also noted for it's space. For food, I won't give them all the marks but as for Ice cream, they are good. Their snacks are good too.

    Nice place, that offers basic and essential family takeout. Location superb, avoidable, and good meal. However, they should improve customers satisfaction, waiting time is always delayed, you spent hours in a queue to order a meal, This should be looked into. If this is been corrected, io can add more start.

    Nice, clean and cool. The cleaners however, should do their sweeping when the place is a bit less populated or be polite enough to say a simple 'excuse me' to customers while carrying out their duties. You don't sweep sand onto customers feet.

    It's nice and very spacious great food but not a fan of the poor customer service and don't even get me started on the files. Imagine eating with one hand and kill flies with the next. 🤮

    Nice place to grab lunch and dinner. However staff treatment from my observation is poor. Staffs standing for over 12hours on a regular is cruel. I suggest they get chairs for their workers expecially the cashiers

    Excellent Ambience, Spacious and cool. They serve delicious and tasty food as well. But I think they should work more on their staff. And few are rude and mess up with orders.
