Rude staff, Room with zero privacy, Good location - The hotel is U shape with a court in the middle and the rooms that look at the court have zero privacy and any one walking outside can see them - Staff are not helpful and they don’t have good manners. - Good location because it is near the mall and this is the only plus - value for money, I really don’t recommend staying here because lot more options available that provide better value for money

Its amazing. Simply amazing. Staff are extremely friendly which makes you feel like home.. literally, all of them, bachar, mohammad and the lady (which i forgot her name😅) they were all awesome. This was my 3rd stay at Radisson Blu Verdun this year. It has been excellent every time. Special thank you to Sawsan Kasty who supervises housekeeping. She catered to our very single need and her attention to detail was amazing. She made us feel at home by checking on us often in a very friendly yet professional way. She also personally welcomed us during each stay as repeated guests. Also, the staff at the reception are amazing. Nader is so welcoming and quick to assist ( extended my checkout time with a smile!). Chahane immediately changed my room when the air conditioning broke. Elissa, Tamara, and Kassem were also always helpful. Great hotel to stay in if you want to feel welcomed! Clean rooms and excellent location! Recommend it highly :)

It was a fantastic experience! My kid enjoyed a wonderful and rewarding vacation with me. The care and solicitude of the personnel was unparalleled, and we were both treated with remarkable sublimity. Throughout the vacation, everything was taken care of. I am eternally grateful!!!

This hotel is centrally and conveniently located across the street from one of Beirut’s main malls with easy access. Reasonably priced in comparison to other similar hotels and considering the room big size and available amenities. Friendly staff who are eager to help and most requests were met promptly. The bed was comfortable but it seems the AC needs some work to keep functioning properly all through the night. The toilet has no bidet, so be prepared if this is a concern.

The best service ever! I booked five nights and the staff where very professional. They followed up if i wanted to clean my room because i posted a do not disturb sign and they where very kind and brought me towels without me following up with them. Best service…

On saturdat 11/11 i did my wedding in radisson blue verdun, first of all i reserved the ballroom from february 2023 and when i came in the first of november they said that they have a big event before my wedding (this is the first bad impression ) second they let me pay the parking fees as they said the parking is not for them( i dont know why but in all hotels the parking is included with the room) , the manager and the general manager are not flexible with us at all and i didnt like them . But one good thing that the service inside the ballroom is good especially a person named amin .

Amazing location facing the best shopping mall In beirut . The breakfast is also very good and very good staff service . The hotel itself is in a center with some restaurants, spa , beauty center... staying in the hotel gives you access to a very nice gym and a nice indoor pool . I will definitely come back here.

Experience below expectation that you would naturally have from 5 stars hotel, although the people on the reception are nice and location is amazing but had the following notes: - Arrived to airport and did not find the car transport I ordered from the hotel - Found only one person at reception that was handling all enquiries from the guests - Was surprised to find the booking not including breakfast, which was not clear anywhere on the confirmation - Lobby area super small, feels like a 3 star hotel - Room is clean but furniture and matress feels old
