The place is very accessible. I stayed at the apartment for 15 days and the apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff is very very cooperative and friendly. Specially Mustafa, the manager, is very friendly and takes care of every need. I enjoyed my stay alot and would recommend this place over any other.

Stayed here for 10 nights in one bhk. Apartments are spacious, neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and they provided excellent service. Building is bit old but you feel like home when you stay there.

The hotel is very old and outdated. The room furniture are ancient and there are cockroachs in the cabinets. The staff were very friendly and room cleaning was okay but they were very stingy with refill of room services (tea, coffee, toilet paper). The location of the hotel was good though.

The people are very kind and willing to assist in everything. The location is one of the best. Nearby Burjuman metro station, which has both red and green lines, Burjuman mall and great supermarket inside the mall.The one bedroom apartment is huge and has all the necessary facilities, even two toilets. We stayed 3 people, while one person slept on the sofa bed. In general, if you are looking for relatively inexpensive accommodation with al the amenities nearby, this is a place for you. the service did not satisfy what was expected, we agreed on one option for hotel accommodation, but in the end they deceived us into checking in one room and then only clarified the situation when it was too late. I don’t recommend it because of the lack of respect for regular guests.

Overall experience is very nice and wonderful. Complete Homely feeling. Apartment are clean and spacious with fully loaded equipments in kitchen. Recommended for family trips.

We stayed for a month in Rose Garden hotel apartments as a family of 4. We loved our stay. All staff members (specifically Samara and Kasim) are very polite and ready to help anytime. Always a smile of the face make you fell special. My kids were very happy and enjoyed the well maintained swimming pool. Overall an excellent place to relax in you Dubai trip. Highly recommended from My side for families.

All staff is very friendly, cooperative and always on toes to help, stayed for 8 days but did not feel that living in hotel, always felt as own home, Mr.Tabrez, Mr.Kasim and Mr. Mubarak are very good, keep It up, looking forward to come again very soon to stay.

This hotel apartment is ideally located. It’s close to the Burjuman Metro Station. Lots of shops and eateries. It’s ideal for families traveling. The best part is that the staff don’t hang around unnecessarily which gives you your space (privacy). The rooms are well maintained and the staff are helpful and friendly. We loved this place and hopefully if we go back to Dubai we will try and book this place again.

Excellent service, very very nice staff, the roof top pool was very clean and calm, good view of Burj Khalifa, the hotel is right next to the burjuman shopping mall, so food was never a problem, there is a lot of choice, the hotel itself had very good service and the staff do everything in their position to make sure you have a good stay. The hotel apartments are very spacious and clean, very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and supportive. They help you a lot. Mukbul was a very good staff member, and the man in charge of the swimming pool area was very very kind and friendly, there is sauna access and gym access and the swimming pool is very big with a jacuzzi too. Make sure to check this hotel out!!!!

Nice stay, close to the Burjuman Dubai metros. There's a breakfast buffet inthe reception, and breakfast is AMAZING! Only thing, there are only two beds(apart), so I'd you are planning to go there with a family of 3 or more, ask for an extra mattress. Staff are as helpful as they can be. Building and some things provided are a little old, but it makes me feel like home

Staff here are good. Abdul Salam, Jafar and amir all front office guys, Kashim, Makhbool Sarkar all good. Would like to visit again here. Apartment allows 4 adults and 2 children. Apartments are big, clean. And staff are extremely supporting and cooperative

Fantastic hospitality from all the team led by Mr Shamz Tabrez at the front desk who took care of everything as we had early check in and a late flight but he sorted everything out with ease, the whole team are a credit to the hotel.. Travelled with a large family and was made to feel at home and the accomodation and food was just brilliant. Excellent stay - abdul salam reception zafar siddiq and kasim all three were super helpful for the 7 days stay at rose garden. The room was neat clean and every electric appliance worked best. They have a smart TV which is rare around 1 bhk aparts. Customer service top level . Very near to burjuman mall... must stay specially for indian travellers. Recommended.
