Loads of variety to be found in this large store but it can be quite expensive compared to other stores of the same nature. The fruits and vegetables selection in the store is impressive as are the fresh breads and sweets that can be found at the back of the shop. Opening hours are good.

Have been a regular customer of Oncu. The recent experience has been really unpleasant. Their Mint was not fresh when enquired the cashier kept insisting that it is same as usual. And the worst part was getting cheated on a 150grams of karella sold at £7.99 per kg was billed as £3.96 the actual price should not be more than £1.2. Attached bills for reference.

Never ever buy coconut from this shop, even though it look fresh from exterior appearance; try ASDA Stores. Another time I brought pomegranate which look fresh also, but it was worst. Pakistani Mango was very good, which I brought few months ago. Overall, Good collection of products, Good Ambiance & Price is bit on higher side for most of the products, compared to big supermarkets. Frozen Fish, Chicken, Meat are worth from here.

The best place to buy exotic fruit

The store itself is decent, but the lady at the checkout is extremely rude and full of attitude. I have noticed her attitude and rude behaviour in the past, but haven’t complained about it until now. A customer came in and complained about being overcharged by her. Instead of apologising and fixing the issue calmly, she laughed at him and spoke to another colleague about him in another language. I was shocked by this. I left the store upset by this behaviour from the employees, and later saw the customer being lead out of the store by another employee. It seemed like he was still upset. This is not the way to treat your customers.

They've the finest Butcher in hornchurch, extremely good quality meat and very helpful butcher willing to help you to cut according to your chosen size, vegetable selection is excellent so do herbs and fresh olives which you won't get anywhere near by, I'll highly recommend though pricing is on higher side.

It's a great mini supermarket. There meat selection is second to none and you will find almost anything you need. And the vegetables selection is fantastic. They've always got what other supermarkets don't have. And to cap it all it's the only place I can get frozen whole leaf spinach. No other supermarket has it. Great place to do some serious light shopping.

Amazing shop for ingredients you cannot find at other supermarkets. Good butcher at the back with wide selection (including goat, lamb head, legs, etc, in addition to the usual fare) and many other spices, fruits, vegetables, herbs and delicacies.
