    I dropped my car off today with them and they were super professional and polite. No idea how the repair work will end up, but the first part of this somewhat stressful process was handled extremely well by the team today. Nice bit of humour along the way, which put me at ease, and they were very diligent in sorting me out a courtesy car when my insurance company was being a little annoying. Update - Got our car back, brilliant repair (probably helps when you replace two doors). Our car was nicely cleaned and polished too. Throughout the entire process we got weekly updates from Fleetline. Great customer service, highly recommend. Update - Went in for a tiny scratch and they were happy to buff it out for me in a few minutes, brilliant service.

    I had a positive experience with Fleetline's customer service; they were attentive and responsive. However, I must admit I was disappointed with the repair timeframe. Despite an estimated one-week repair, it took nearly five weeks to fix a relatively minor issue. Overall, I appreciate their service, but the lengthy repair time was a drawback.

    Firstly, 5 stars to Fleetline. I would like to thank Chance and his colleagues for a fantastic job well done with my front bumper, wing and headlight repair. The workmanship is so good the car looks better than when I bought it. Hight quality finish and received my car cleaner than my kids 😀 Due to how busy this company is, I had to wait a few weeks, but it was worth the wait. All of the staff are extremely helpful and polite. Very friendly on the phone and in their premises. Will definitely use again. Thank you once again.

    I had my front bumper on my vw transporter sorted out @ fleetline and they done an excellent job. When I dropped my vehicle off I was very impressed when I drove in there premises it is state of the art & it is by far the BEST car body workshop I have been in. Also all the staff I met from the front desk to the estimater were very professional and friendly including the staff I spoke to on the phone and emails which they replied to swiftly I will be recommending fleetline to family and friends 100%. And it is well worth the drive from East London as you get peace of mind that your vehicle is in professional hands so a big thank you to fleetline. Kind regards.

    An overdue review! I unfortunately had the misfortune of somebody damaging my brand new Cupra Ateca... I went straight to Fleetline as my chosen repairer who handled the non-fault claim impeccably. From start to finish, I was kept up to date at every step by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The final result was amazing! You would never had known the damage had even happened. I was provided an authenticity guarantee on the repair when collecting the car. I have recently returned with a brand new VW Caddy which had wheel alignment issues. Trying to get it dealt with by VW was seemingly impossible and they did not want to know or help. Fleetline dealt with it straight away and had it to how it should have been on a brand new vehicle in no time at all, providing me with a print out from the geometry machine showing the adjustments made. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 5☆ in every way.

    Fleetline fixed my car bodywork after someone drove into it while parked. They fixed everything within a couple of days, dropped off a courtesy car and picked my car up, and returned it spotlessly clean, washed and repaired to a high standard. Everyone I dealt with on the front desk and drop off/ pick up was really helpful. Great service from a great bunch of people.

    I came here because i wanted a proper job after someone drove into me and they didn't disappoint. Truck repaired to the highest possible standard. I will definitely use them again in future. Good service from the receptionist too!

    This is a fair update to my review below.. Fleetline called me after my review and were very apologetic after my review. They took my car back and did their best to put it right. I picked the car up today and I am pleased with the result as I am not a picky person, so I have upped my ratings and I would recommend Fleetline. Merry Christmas to all Fleetline staff. I took my company car to be repaired because it had a scuff on the bonnet and wing. I went to pickup the car after repair and found two scratches on the back bumper and as my car was inspected when I dropped it off with no scratches, they had scratched the car, the paint job was very milky so the colour looked completely different to the original colour and the front bumper was not fitted properly. I pointed out all faults and left the car. I went back a second time to pickup the car and the front bumper was still not fitted properly, the paintwork still looks milky and a different colour, the back window seal is damaged as well. I took the car back from them as I need my car for work and I am not going to argue with them because when I pointed out the milky paint job some guy was telling me the bonnet had been previously painted which is rubbish as I got this car brand new from the factory and the bonnet is one of the only panels that has not been painted. I give fleetline 1 out of 10 and I am sorry I cannot recommend them. My car still has the milky paint work, front bumper still not fitted correctly and a damaged window seal.
