    I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Peugeot dealership, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that the staff lacked the enthusiasm and professionalism one would expect in such an establishment. I cannot recommend this dealership to others based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback constructively and make necessary improvements to create a more positive and welcoming environment for their customers.

    the customer service were not friendly nor helpful. we had to wait 3 months for an appointment where they could collect our car, and they could not provide a courtesy car whilst our car was with them. we found them all very unhelpful sorry. we had to get the work done as it was a "recall" job, but i will not use them again.

    I bought a nearly new car from them. Really helpful, friendly service. Sean was great arranging the test drive, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal. I'm very happy with the service.

    Worst customer service I have experienced. I was booked for a test drive for today. On arrival I spoke to a staff who seem to be least interested. I told him what I was there for and showed him confirmation of test drive. He said but we don’t have the car. I asked but I was booked and got calls and text to confirm which was complete waste of time. I asked if they had a 3008 for test drive and he said I quote ‘yes but will you buy it’ which was shocking. I explained I was there to buy a new car and not second hand and would mind going for a another option only for him to ask me 5 min later if I was going to buy new or second hand and making no effort until I decided to up and leave. All I can say is with this attitude and unprofessional behaviour you would be lucky ti have any customers. Respect people’s time and don’t judge.

    We decided to go main dealer route for our new (but used) car. Knowing this is more expensive but wanting the confidence that the car has been properly vetted and for after sales service. Booked an appointment online: Arrived and went in show room which was clean. It was apparent that despite no Customers they were not ready for us, unlike our experience yesterday in Watford. Unlike yesterday the gentleman did not offer his name and the car was not ready. Indeed when we went out to view the car which was filthy (clearly parked under a pine tree with birds roosting) covered in twigs and bird poo. We were told that the car was yet to go into their service centre and it became apparent after several minutes examination and conversation that a test drive was not going to be possible. We had driven for 90 minutes across London on one of the hottest days this year for nothing, despite having booked in advance. The salesman only offered begrudging apologies after we explained our dissatisfaction and at our behest he spent a short time checking, but didn’t have any other cars that met our requirements. O well another 90 minutes home in the blistering heat. Thankfully our current car a VW is tested, working and has AC

    I booked a van for 24th, as there was a opening. A few days later I received a message that there is no availability for that day and they moved me to 29th for 10a.m. for a recall (something that should take up to 30min). The van was ready for collection at 15:30. Except that the service was pretty good, I even got offered a cup of coffee while I was waiting.

    When being charged extortionate prices for simple work you expect exceptional service. Apparently my work price was reduced, but not what was nominated communicated to me when first quoted. From the price I was originally told, I think I got a £50 discount after waiting 3 months with no communication about when my work would be able to start. This is despite several attempts to initiate contact myself and have no one respond! I haven’t had the service I’ve paid for and suggesting that this is compensation is insult to injury. To arrive for the work to be done and told it was not even booked in? Really? I’m absolutely fuming. Absolutely not worth spending this much money and I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

    Went for an interview here, can honestly say it was a terrible experience and process. First when you walk in they look at you like your an Alien that’s just walked in . When I told him I was here for an interview he said the guy who was interviewing me was in a meeting! Then I had to wait 30 minutes for another guy to come out to interview me because obviously I was not being treated with dignity and respect. The 2 managers who interviewed me a service manager and the centre’s manager made me feel demonised. An awlful interview they put me through the worst after 2 weeks of looking forward to it and putting in so much effort Did they get back to me out of respect that I attended the interview for a decision!! Hell No!!! If you ever have the misfortune of getting an interview at Robin & Day I’d seriously reconsider. An absolute disgraceful company.

    On 05/05/22 I received a phone call from Robins & Day Peugeot in Croydon to book my mobility car into have an M.O.T for 25/06/22 & my appointment time I was given was 09.15am & on the day of my M.O.T I arrived at the above car dealer around 9am & when handing in my car keys as I was waiting with my car, I was seen by a white male member of staff but he didn’t introduce himself to me, so due to this I am unsure of his name. I was told that the mechanic who would be doing my M.O.T is currently working on someone’s else’s car at the moment , As I could see my car from where I was sitting it was still where I parked it at around 10.30ish so I went & asked does the male member of staff know when he will start my M.O.T & he said he will go & find out & I said oh don’t worry. I saw that a white male mechanic came to my car at 10.45am & moved it into the work shop ,. About 11.40am the white member of staff came to tell me that my car had failed its M.o.T as it needed some new light bulbs & that they will be fitted & that it will then pass the M.O.T. I did hear the member of staff telling customers that they close at 12pm on Saturdays, by this time it was getting closer to 12pm & I was very worried that I wasn’t going to get my car back before they closed. I went to the desk a few minutes to 12pm but there was no staff there at all. I could still see my car in the work shop, then a little after 12pm I saw through the windows my car being driven & I was walking back towards my car & the same white male member of staff told me to come out to my car & I asked for paperwork for my M.O.T & I was told I don’t get any paperwork & that it goes over to mobility. When I was handed back my car keys, my car was left unlocked by the staff & I asked did everyone have the same time & I was answered yes that is how it works on a Saturday & I said I didn’t know that as no one told me this when booking my M.O.T appointment, I was not happy at all with all of the above & I told this to the white male member of staff & I said I wouldn’t be coming back to this car dealership anymore. I have also contacted mobility with regards to all of the above & they are putting in a complaint on my behalf. Mobility customers shouldn’t be treated like this.

    Purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from Robins & Day last year, went up to Peterborough for a few day's early July this year (2022), returning home there was a terrible noise coming from the rear of the car fortunately this happened before we got on the M1 called the AA out, the AA engineer could not believe what he found both top bolts from the rear calipers were missing, both calipers had come away from the rear disc's, he asked if the rear disc pads had been change recently I explained that Robins & Day had replaced the Disc pads along with a service when I purchase the car, I had done less than 2700 miles since purchasing the car. it appears the bolt's had not been tightened properly. he secured the calipers, and we were able to return home. I would not like to think what would have happened if we had been on the M1 and had to brake with no rear brakes. Went to Robins & Day explained what had happened and that the bolts need to be High Tensile Steel Bolts they agreed to replace them free of charge, a female receptionist booked the car in to have the work carried out at a later date, on arriving on the agreed date, I was asked why I had brought my car in, as there was nothing on the job sheet, I explaining again what had to be done. Later I received a video explaining they had done a complimentary health check and replaced the caliper bolts, they also advised my front tyres needed replacing and that the front flexible exhaust pipe had come adrift (true), they advised that the tyres/front exhaust pipe/ catalytic converter needed replacing over a £1000 of work, the tyres are ok it has just passed its MOT, and there is nothing wrong with the catalytic converter, I have had it checked, I was promised I would receive a call waited 2 hours "No Call" I called service, again promised a call, I hour later still No Call, decided to go to Robins & Day spoke to the female receptionist, said I have come to pick my car up, she said she has not got the car keys she will go and get them, and storm off "obviously not very happy", came back a few minutes later dropped the keys on the desk never spoke No thankyou nothing, I I asked for a copy of the job sheet, she got up threw her pen across her desk when to a tray, came back said I have not got one and just sat down and ignored me. again I asked for a copy told one would be emailed to me "still have not received it. Robins & Day what away to treat a customer who was not rude and very polite. "Sales 5 STAR" unfortunately very badly let down by Service

    Previous experience has involved not fully transferring details of ownership properly leading to my partner receiving a speeding ticket for a car she no longer owned. Employ responsible for transaction tried to blame another colleague. Asked about contract details recently, one of the automated phone options doesn’t work (the one I needed) and the the employee I eventually got through to had no interest in helping me. Avoid like the plague.

    Great car I bought, but I was lied to by the sales representative Kieran; who had promised works to be done to my car, covered by the dealership. Four months and I’ve been ignored, despite numerous attempts to get this sorted. Frankly quite disgusting behaviour. Take your commission and hide after your promised lies are being chased. No shame. If you want a decent car but not fussed on customer care, then shop here!

    Never again. Booked minor service and had a recall on the car. Confidently told when booking that 2 hour wait sufficient. 5 and a half hours later I’m leaving without even the recall (simple timing belt) completed. Not a positive experience and won’t be using again. Last straw, they couldn’t be bothered to wipe the oily fingerprints off my car bonnet

    Good customer service but too pricy for a very little work done. Was not able to diagnose a simple problem and quoted me nearly 1000 pound for the diganostic. I literally got it diagosed for 30 pound in my local garage. Donot bring your car here for repairs, they will rip you off.

    Niro and Terry, have been brilliant. Very organised, professional and want to ensure the car is in excellent condition ready to be received.     Tracey was amazing from start to finish. She listened to me about what I was looking for in a car and she was able to find me a brand new car that I wanted so quickly without having to wait for it to be ordered. She was in constant contact with me regarding paper work and gave me updates on when I would be able to collect my car. I had an issue on my end and Tracey stayed at work late in order to make sure that everything was sorted for my collection day. She went above and beyond and I am delighted with my new purchase. I have recommend Tracey already to family and friends and will go back to her in a heartbeat when it is time to trade in. Thank you Tracey! You’re a star! Also, Sean was amazing and stayed at work late for me alongside Tracey in order to get all my paper work signed so that I was ready to collect my car. Thank you Sean! We left our car there more than 3 weeks ago... nobody is calling to give an update, we have been calling many times and every time we get through a different person and nobody is able to tell us what is the status of the fixes and what they are doing to our car... have even tried to raise a complaint and they defer us to do so in the website but no bodyhas yet given a response. Very poor customer service...

    I had a wonderful experience with Niro, the sales advisor in Croydon. He wasn't the typical pushy salesperson, which I really appreciated. During my early stages of just looking around, he approached me and provided all the information I needed without any pressure. However, one aspect they need to improve is their parking situation. I had a bit of trouble finding a parking spot and had to drive around the dealership until a helpful gentleman finally offered to assist me in parking my car. Overall, Niro's approach and knowledge made my visit enjoyable, but they should address the parking issue to enhance the customer experience.

    Appalling customer service at the Croydon Branch. Went in to discuss my motorbility options (i already knew which car i wanted). Staff walking around aimlessly, when i was finally approached i was handed over to somebody else. The gentleman ushered us to a desk, (no refreshments offered), asked what i wanted. I explained that my car was due to be replaced and that i was interested in a Peugeot. I excitedly toldhim the model which i was interested in to which he told me to calm down, relax, chill. He then promptly rambled a load of information off the computer sceen. (In a very disinterested manner) I asked about colours which he had to look again. The disinterested reaction that i got from the gentleman was very disappointing. It shouldnt matter i was getting a car through Motability, i felt like i was interrupting their chat time. I asked the man if i could test drive or at least sit in a new model and was told they only had an old model around 4/5 years old, to which i said not to worry as it would not be the same. I asked about availability to which i was told it wouldnt be before Christmas (i since found out that he could have looked up other stock in other branches). Feeling very disheartened i asked if i could at least have a print out of the different model specs - which he did. He then gave me them to me and said he was going to the toilet, however he did not come back. I spoke to one of his colleagues and told him we were going. Our treatment at this Branch was appalling- i would NOT recommend to anyone. They have a 'can't be bothered attitude' and made me feel like i was wasting their time. If you want a Peugeot go to the Wimbledon branch - they are the complete opposite. They ensured my experience was a great one!!

    We had a recall on our Peugeot 3008 and when we received our car back, there was a slight problem. Bili dealt with our case and he kept us informed every step of the way. Understandably, I was somewhat frustrated as Peugeot had our car for a little while. Brilliant Bili stepped up and offered to take over from one of his colleagues. He empathised and understood my frustration, put his customer service hat on and dealt with the issue in a timely manner. Bili had our case for 1 week. In that one week, he gave us consistent updates, he called and he emailed. HE WAS ON IT! I spoke to Bili about everything on Friday face to face and by the next Friday, we had our car back. I can't thank Bili enough for making our time with Peugeot a lot more comfortable. I also want to say a massive thank you to Stuart for everything he did for us during this time. He apologised for any inconvenience caused and was extremely transparent, albeit on his days off! Thank you Bili and Stuart for everything!

    Booked an on-line service for 10th September 2022 in Robins & Day Peugeot Croydon. When got to the front desk I was told there is no booking for this car. Please see following details Peugeot 3008 Booking Details Date: Saturday 10th September 2022 Time: 08:30 AM Dealer information Robins & Day Peugeot Croydon 15 - 21 Progress Way Croydon. I called Peugeot when I got home to confirm that I did get an email but they are busy and a message was left for a return call. This is disgusting customer service and a waste of my time. The girl at the front desk is not jobsworth as was rude and unhelpful. I will take me car to another place to be serviced.

    Customer service and online booking needs improving! Booked a service and MOT via the online booking system and received booking confirmation for my chosen date. 3 days later I received another boking confirmation for a different date and just for MOT. Called up and spoke to 'bookings' as I was not happy it had changed 1, and 2, totally confused as to what had now been booked. The adviser told me that I booked a 'preferred date' (not clear on website and got I got email confirmation!!!) and that it's always better to call and book. Well, what is the point of online booking an imaginary date only for one to be plucked out of the air for you?! I said I wanted to raise this as a concern and she proceeded to tell me it's not her department- no empathy, no apology. Needless to say I have taken my money elsewhere. What a waste of my time!

    Do not use this garage. I brought a car and the salesman Paul Drake showed me the service invoice for the service they had undertaken at 16,000 miles, he also told me that it had 2 other services. I was also reassured that it would be valeted, it was not. On getting the car home I realised that I had not received the service history, on contacting them, it took 10 emails, numerous phone calls and excuses - there was no service history! The car was returned. There main concern was that I give them a 5* google review!! This garage and the salesman in particular are your typical car salesman, you can't believe a word they say. Do not use.

    Booked in a service and at the end of the day was called to say the service couldn't be carried out. Was told parts needed to be ordered to fulfil service, and I would be booked in one month. A waste of my day. I called two weeks later for a status – as was told someone would get back to me – And the gentleman on the line said he'd investigate. Never heard back from him. I called again 3 weeks afterwards for a status. The same guy seemingly forgot and again said he'd get back to me. Got a call one month later from someone different, who told me I can't have my service for another month. Understandably annoyed, rather than accepting responsibility, the guy simply proceeded to talk over me.

    We've recently decided to upgrade our car and since we initially bought it from Robins and Day and only ever had positive feedback after coming in to service our car, we decided to go back to the location to purchase the new car. The customer service and assistance from Niro and TJ were great, they explained everything and suggested different options, and helped deliver the car we chose from a different location within a few days which was much appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

    On Saturday 26th August 2023, we visited the Croydon dealership, looking for a second hand car. We were welcomed by Tracey Murphy who showed us around the car we were interested in and took us out for a test drive. Her knowledge of the cars specification and available finance options was excellent. We found Tracey to be very friendly and approachable. We felt able to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. She really went the extra mile to provide a brilliant customer service! We would certainly look to the Stelliantis group for any future car needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
