Was here for a work trip, but found some time to train jiu-jitsu. I heard about this school through a fellow teammate, and emailed them. Even though I was only there for a fundamentals and open mat, I was impressed. The staff was really nice, the instruction was great, and the students took training seriously. I wish I had more time, but I’m sure I’ll be back again with my gi next time. Thanks again for welcoming me!

Have been a member at Fightzone for 5 years. The gym has gone from strength to strength in ensuring a wide range of classes are being delivered. The facilities are absolutely fantastic, with the management clearly making sure constant improvements are made. Most importantly, the welfare of members is a key priority as a true sense of community and belonging is instilled by the coaches from your very first day! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced martial artist or combat sport athlete..or just looking to start a new hobby, this gym is for you.

One of the worst customer service. They will reply your emails when you are interested in joining. When you are a member or you left, they will not reply your emails.

My friend recommended this gym to me several times and insisted that I try out Fight Zone and this style of training. I have never done any form combat sports before but I have so far tried Boxing with Marlon, Muay Thai with Artur, HIIT with Liam and MMA with Shaun. I am yet to try Brazilian Ju Jitsu, but I am hoping to next week with Nadine. From the first day at Fight Zone I felt like I was being welcomed into a community, both the people who attend the gym and the coaches are some of the loveliest people I have met. Every single coach wants you to succeed and they make sure to regularly examine and correct your form, always from a strategic point of view, pointing out the vulnerabilities in poor form and how in a fight this could lead to an injury or can leave you open to an attack. Whilst the sports themselves sound and are aggressive, as an adult, you feel like a child again, engaged in playing - the same way you might have played and fought with your siblings. This is a place I have fallen in love with during my first week and this is predominantly down to the friendliness and attentiveness of the coaches. On one occasion Artur convinced me after Muay Thai to try HIIT and immediately thereafter I ran into Marlon who encouraged me to join his Boxing class more practice - I left feeling overjoyed. This is a place where you can easily spend anything from 1 hour to even 3 hours, time literally flies here! I really love it and recommend you try it. 5* gym in my opinion.

I had a fantastic experience at Fightzone. This gym offers a highly professional environment with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Despite the initial intimidation that can come with a martial arts gym, the coaches and members are incredibly friendly, making newcomers feel right at home. The gym's culture is one of coolness and chill vibes, creating a relaxed training atmosphere. The added benefit of a student discount is a definite plus. The gym also provides clean and convenient shower facilities, ensuring you can freshen up after your workout. Furthermore, the secure bicycle storage is a nice touch, giving you peace of mind while you train. In terms of security, it seems like even a potential thief would think twice about trying anything in this gym! If you're considering it, I highly recommend signing up for Fightzone. It's an excellent place for martial arts training with a supportive and friendly community.

I was let down by the training approach at this facility. It appears that the emphasis is more on catering to established groups of friends rather than welcoming newcomers. Despite attending several sessions, I felt neglected as my technique, including posture, movements, and footwork, received no corrections from the trainers. It felt as though I would have been just as well off watching a training video.

Awesome atmosphere. I was concerned it would be a bit intimidating starting as a total beginner and not knowing anyone but everyone is really friendly and the coaches are amazing.

The best bjj gym anywhere. Can’t speak highly enough of Fightzone. I’ve trained all over the globe and nowhere comes close to the quality of coaching you get here. Also, everyone is really nice which is a bonus. Super friendly and supportive atmosphere. Proud to be a member. On a completely unrelated note I ate a very disappointing vegan curry in Dalston the other day.

If you are looking for a gym for your child to learn a Martial Art, or to just keep fit, then look no further. The coaches are highly skilled and are great with children. The atmosphere is supportive and very family orientated, which for me is crucial as it makes me comfortable as a parent. With so many choices to learn, train and have fun, even my husband and I have started training. Fightzone has officially become a second home not only for the kids, but for the whole family!

I can't over exaggerate how amazing this gym is! I've been to a few and Fight zone really is a family vibe. All classes I've been to were amazing and all coaches are top class and very patient and accommodating for new starters. Rafa, James , Nadine and Marco are top class and will make you feel comfortable, if you white belts and wanna get started. Marlon is a great boxing coach and makes each session fun! I love this place but have moved to south London and have not found anything as good as the Fight Zone Family! Josh and the rest of the guys are always there to help! get involved!! also hit up the Yoga with Vix after a hard session she is really good and helps loosen up those sore muscles!

Fightzone is the only place in London to be. It truly is a unique place not just as a gym but as a community. I have felt nothing but welcome from when I first joined. The coaching in all classes is of the highest quality. Best of all they've elected to make a gorilla the manager of the place, if that isn't enough to convince you to try this gym then I don't know what will. All in all you will not be disappointed as member here.

Overall, first impressions were good, A well established franchise 👏 with world-class quality across all their gyms. The class had over 40+ students for muay thai, and that waters down the time the instructor can go around and help and fix issues with the students. One man can only do so much. The quality of the thai pads and body shields was amazing,no one is left out. So there is a real investment in their equipment and facilities.

Great instructors who cater to all levels, very positive experience boxing here. If you're an experienced boxer there are better alternatives available, but if you're learning/beginner level then it's a great choice.

I'd probably have to write an entire essay on how good this gym is. I started training here back in 2018 August I believe, I was welcomed with open arms and straight away I was put under the wing of the Muay Thai coach Jose Varela. The amount of dedication this man has into teaching his students is insane, I can truly say that training at this gym has changed my life. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to get into martial arts of, extremely beginner friendly.

I went to a trial class for beginners boxing, I was really nervous before I started as I had never boxed before and didn’t know what to expect. I was so impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff who were really welcoming and made me feel instantly relaxed. I was trained by Bill who explained everything really clearly and was incredibly encouraging throughout the whole lesson. Overall it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I did a free trial class over 3 years ago.. Been with fightzonelondon ever since. The huge array of classes available for the price you pay is amazing to say the least. The facilities and staff always on point. Head coach for BJJ is Marco.. Whether its your 1st time on the mats or 3rd year.. He always makes you feel special even tho he has 100s of students. Whether it's your 1st day on the mats or have years of experience trying to be the world's best everyone gets the attention they need. Any issues you have The front of desk will sort it out immediately. Starting a new Art especially when it relates to martial arts and self defense can be very daunting but there are soo many beginners classes ull never be out of your depth.. And once you progress there is a huge array of mixed to advanced classes for all. If you haven't tried a class. What are you waiting for. P.s unlike other gyms where it is so hard to work out how much you have to pay.. (some other big clubs don't even advertise the price on their website) you can spend a very long time looking for section on cost, Fightzone upfront with NO hidden fees tells you how much you pay on the site in one click. This should tell you how they operate. Straight forward no nonsense. 2 price plans Simple.

What more could be said about Fightzone that hasn’t been said already. The coaches are incredibly friendly and approachable and all being high level competitors themselves, bring a wealth of knowledge to their classes. As a result, the atmosphere of the whole gym is one that takes training seriously but manages to remain welcoming and friendly no matter what your level of experience or training goals are. The facilities are fantastic and the mat space is vast. With 140 classes per week there are classes available at any time of day no matter what your schedule is. In short, a fantastic place to train.

Joined a bit over a year ago. Great place full of great people. The coaches are extremely supportive and push you to do your best. Great array of classes across different disciplines and levels. My attendance is sporadic due to work but the coaches treat me the same as the guys that attend everyday. The community is unlike any gym I’ve been part of before. The facilities are constantly updated and the amount of classes are mind blowing. Combined with the unarguable success the gym has across all disciplines it makes you wonder why you’d want to be anywhere else in London.

A great and fun place to learn mixed martial arts. Jose my Muay Thai instructor was great and taught me a lot about the art of Muay Thai. Staff here are friendly and helpful and there is a nice vibe. I would definitely recommend FZL as the go-to place for fitness. 👍

Some great trainers. like Jose for muay thai. Some people who have no business being in martial arts, like that carlotta who I saw laughing at some very young and scared kid on his first introductory bjj lesson. Some classes are ridiculously crowded, to the point that people were tripping on each other, like beginner muay thai. That class should have half the people to be effective.

Visited Fightzone London for a jiu jitsu seminar, and the gym is exceptional. World class facilities and was welcomed with open arms as a visitor to train. Head Coach Marco Canha is great guy and of course, a master of jiu jitsu!

Having been a member of other gyms in London, I can honestly say Fightzone is the best I've been to! The gym has a great atmosphere and has both lots of space (3 different rooms) and a huge amount of classes on. This gives no excuse not to go as there is always a class to fit busy schedules. I'm moving abroad, and really hope to find a similar gym in my new city as Fightzone has been a big part of my life for the past 4 years, especially the Muay Thai classes with Jose. Recommend to anyone looking for high-level training in a welcoming, modern, clean and friendly environment.

The best gym I’ve ever been to. Life changing and completely inspiring how much you can learn and get fit at the same time. Fightzone is more than a gym; it’s home! I’ve been in Fightzone for more than 7 years, and I've seen it grow into something greater than it already was, definitely making friends for life. Classes are amazing; the coaches are truly knowledgeable and able to create a fun, inviting, and relaxed environment while training. Training does not feel like an obligation or struggle; it’s genuinely enjoyable. It’s safe to say that I look forward each day to start or finish my day in Fightzone. I gravitate towards Muay Thai classes led by the exceptional instructors, Jose and Daniel. Occasionally, I also join HIIT and boxing sessions. The broad selection of classes offers flexible schedules, accommodating everyone's daily routines. Thank you for everything.

My partner and I have been going to FightZone for many years and we have loved it. The trainers and coaches are experts in their field guiding you every step of the way whilst understanding everyones different technical ability. The Club has also put in place all the necessary procedures during the pandemic. Maintaning social distancing, one way systems and extra cleaning etc. I would highly recommend this Club to anyone who wants to get stay active and learn a new martial art.

Fantastic gym catering to all levels, highly qualified coaches who give technical advice. Very clean with good hygiene and changing facilities. Also a wide range of classes available which meant I could train 3 times a week even with a very busy schedule. Hopefully will be back in the area soon and when I am I will sign back up immediately.

I started at Fightzone to practice Muay Thai and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The coaches are extremely good, and they can become your friends, with one single class having 4 coaches/staff members checking and correcting your movements. The support from the reception and the whole team is great and the school takes hygiene really seriously, with the mats being clean after every single class. The school offers great value for money and I couldn't recommend them enough! :)

I've started taking Muay Thai classes here - I'm currently doing a mix of introductory and beginner classes and it's the best thing ever! It's got a little bit of everything: great cardio, you learn a lot and also have enough time to apply the learnings. Everyone is super friendly, it doesn't matter if you've been coming for 2 years or 2 weeks, everyone gives you the attention needed and answers all your questions. Super clean, they also have a store in the gym that has everything you need and it's big enough for everyone to fit in. Big thanks to Jose & Arthur :)

Fight Zone is a fantastic place to grow mentally and physically. Whether you want to train as a pro or simply get back in your very best shape. The flexibility in terms of hours is very well organised. From very early classes to late evenings. It is worth every minutes, every penny, every sweat. The coaches will push you, test you, make you a better version of you. On top of that, you have a fantastic, clean, well looked after facility. What are you waiting for? Just sign up now.

I have been training at Fightzone for over a year & a half and I can’t recommend it highly enough! There’s huge variety of classes suitable for every level, the coaches are incredibly supportive & push you to get better every time. Fightzone is the friendliest & most welcoming place - I can’t imagine training anywhere else in London!

The best gym I've trained at, hands down. Miss it since moving from London. Trained by Marlon (boxing) and Jose (MT) - both were really welcoming, approachable coaches, with lots of fight experience. Great mix of casuals/ competitors and a friendly atmosphere. Lots of space and fresh air, and never felt overcrowded.

Brilliant gym with a range of classes. Their 7 day trial allows you to get to grips with the sport you plan in trying and to see if it’s something that is up your alley. The staff and members are all very welcoming. One thing I’d mention is that there is a concerning lack of water fountains, not big enough issue to drop a star though!

Started with the free 7 day trial but was hooked immediately, and have been going here for BJJ a few times a week for months now. Lots of choice with classes and the mats are always cleaned after every session. The coaches and staff are really friendly, helpful and the BJJ community there is awesome

Moved here a couple of months ago from another gym- best decision I made for my BJJ training. The coaches and staff have been incredibly kind and supportive- especially as moving from another academy at blue belt isn't always easy! The biggest testament to this, however, was the way in which an injury (part of the game sadly!) I had on the mats was dealt with the upmost professionalism, compassion and care by the two coaches leading the class that day. Being able to teach a complex sport like BJJ with the level of detail Fightzone does is one thing, but being able to support students to ensure they feel supported during both the highs and the lows is another. So, big thanks to all of you, highly recommend to everyone- wherever you're at with your training!

The level of coaching, facilities and organisation is outstanding. But it’s the culture around the place that’s even more impressive. Who would’ve thought that a place called Fightzone would be one of the most caring, collaborative and supportive environments you could find. Congratulations Marco, James and all the team, you have created something very special.

The team have done a great job to foster a welcoming environment for all. I particularly applaud the work done to make it a welcoming environment for women to come and train. Lots of mat space, great selection of classes.
