Absolutely brilliant gym. Enjoy working out there. Love the equipment. I am actively receiving advice and tips from the owner and other people that train there. Atmosphere is welcoming and there is plenty of room for weights and cardio even boxing. I have come on in leaps and bounds. 100% recommended.

No bells and whistles, just proper iron weights and solid machinery. Professional bodybuilder Nas (gym owner) is very welcoming and is happy to help and give advice wherever you need or he thinks you need assistance. Every member is a serious lifter and respects the rules set by Nas in the gym regards etiquette and hygiene. Will definitely recommend visiting this gym and signing up.
