Went to collect chairs from their depot in purfleet, but they were missing seat pads which were at a different location. Was assured they would be couriered but not told when so wasn't in to take delivery. Awful communication from their administration staff, no apology for the error and certainly dont put customer first. Wont ever be using again.

I ordered a sample chair from Front Row a few weeks back and it arrived within a day! I have since place an order for a further 500 and these second hand chairs were actually in great condition... Very impressed and glad I stumbled across them on google

Ordered three of the 6ft tressel tables, and was astounded with the quality. Almost too good to put boxes of records on! Beautifully finished and really strong. You really couldn't make them cheaper if you did it yourself, and certainly not to this standard. Highly recommended.

SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE ITEMS!! I work for and made a large order on behalf of 'The Arts Centre Hounslow' we ordered with Front Row Furniture and items never arrived, customer service never respond to calls and has ignored this issue for 3 months always saying 'somebody will get back to me urgently'. We will be taking legal action against the company,

Avoid at all costs!! 0/5 stars. Worst customer service - constantly lied to by staff. Paid for goods that never ever arrived. Do not waste your time.

We needed a chair trolley urgently for our community hall, but nothing we liked was available in under 10 days. However, on live chat (Tuesday) with Frontrow Furniture they offered to contact their supplier and see if they could get one quicker. Within a couple of hours they emailed to confirm that they could get one delivered for Friday. I took up the offer and on Thursday was promised delivery between 8 and 9am. Delighted that the trolley was delivered on time on the Friday. Superb service that went the extra mile!

Avoid. Ordered 100 chairs in a "white limewash" finish and out of those only 32 were correct. You can see from the photo the others are different and no way you can use them all together. Company fobbed me off for ages and now just refuse to acknowledge their mistake. This wasn't spotted at the time of delivery as all of the chairs are wrapped in protective material (which I fully understand). I'm now left with only 32 of the chairs we wanted to use, or 68 of ones that we didn't want.

Considering how much I paid for 10 chairs which was not cheap mind you, I expected better finish on my chairs. The surface area was rough everywhere, pricky, not sanded down, even one chair, a piece of wood broke off. On inspection, it was using cheap hollow wood. I also had to ask for a tracking number as it was never emailed to me. For such a big order, this was a big deal to keep customer updated.

What fantastic customer service from Front Row Furniture! We purchased two cabinets from their eBay and arranged collection. Unfortunately, their warehouse was moving as we purchased so they had already moved to the new location. FRF contacted us immediatly to re-arrange. They couldnt have been more friendly, caring and helpful. Cabinates are really good too!

You might be able to ignore calls and emails. And say that your manager will get back to us. But there is only one manager who can truly get back to us, and that's the big man upstairs. No, I don't mean Fat Freddy who lives at 32b. I mean G-O-D. And trust me, God will judge you for your sins. You cannot ignore the almighty. May peace be upon him.

Terrible service they use Dx delivery and you will wait wait & wait told 2 different days my delivery would be here & still not arrived avoid this company they still use DX for delivery knowing they have such bad reviews
