This store needs to be redesigned totally. I am not going on a fantasy park trek, I just wanted a few items and had to trek almost 2 football fields to find them. It is NOT disabled-friendly. Total chaos! Checkout took almost an hour. I would never have gone there if not as a favour to someone. The staff are excellent though; very friendly and helpful.

I usually go to Tottenham but it's closing... However, the design of this one is a bit different and perhaps an improved version. It's very easy to get to on public transport and there is actually a pretty large car park with a great number of disabled spaces. This store was billed as the green as possible version and initially gave the impression that you couldn't park there, discouraging drivers. Perhaps on busy days that might be a problem for those without a badge. The cafe is very pleasant and the food, which has understandingly seen price rises (actually, everything in store costs more now) is still good and amazing value. So, even just for that, it's still a great meet up place. Listen out for the guy in the shower sound effects

A massive IKEA where everything is so well thought. The purchase experience was fantastic, with a huge restaurant, multiple toilets and quick checkouts to get in and out quick. The amount of stuff you can find here is astonishing. Amazing store

Amazing experience in Greenwich with plenty plenty of collections. The place was so clean and good smell. The customer service was top notch and also the food they served was average but at the exact price. The furnitures are on offer. Must must visit. It is just outside the bus stop. Easy to travel no hassle at all. Found it good! Menu is £5.99 per plate.

Had a fun day out at IKEA as usual. The food is very affordable and delicious. We got the classic meatballs, a cinnamon roll, Daim cake, and refillable sparkling juices. The layout of the store is fantastic and easy to navigate. We also got a lot of inspiration for redecorating out flat. Since it is spring, they also have quite a lot of live plants for good prices.

Absolutely loved shopping here. This one is a huge store (complete with a warehouse) and there are plenty of options. The staff is very helpful. The return process is also hassle free.

I always like IKEA and choose it like the best place to buy everything you need for accommodation and even more: the restaurant is wonderful, I found lots of products in the food section as wonderful option to buy. Happy to visit it again and again. By the way, the delivery service is amazing, we choose some shelves, table and the chair and these items were delivered by friendly and helpful driver 🌻

A great IKEA! Really tidy and organised and not super busy (went on a weekday evening). The pre-loved section also had some good stuff so I recommend checking it out! There was also a decent food section although I didn't have time to go in. It was pretty easy to get to from north Greenwich station, you can just take a bus from there and be there in a few stops, and the bus stops right outside the store.

What can I say... I love shopping here, I always end up buying a trolley full of pretty things I didn't know I needed...and still don't need. But it's fun, so many ideas, lots to touch and feel and little made up rooms for inspiration and ideas. Bought a large mirror, needed a degree in mathematics to measure up and make the holes in the wall. No screws supplied.

I like IKEA food. Also most of the furniture in my house is from IKEA. I don't like assembling them but I have no choice. This IKEA is pretty big. You can easily get lost inside. Sometimes I feel like it's a maze.

It's just really nice to shop in Ikea. The items are very affordable and are really good in quality. It's like everythinf you need is here and actually even the ones you don't need😅 It's fun as well to just see different room models as you can get a lot of inspiration in how you do your home. There is also a restaurant here which serves great food at a great price. They have a sale section at the end too

Very interesting retailer always with lots to catch the eye. Some of their products look cheap but many are good quality and very functional. The store not only has products to sell but also places to eat and drink, places to work and and relax and a dedicated facility for child minding while you shop.

My girlfriend & I went to IKEA for Valentine’s Day, she’s Swedish & wanted to get meatballs. The evening did not disappoint, there weren’t many other couples dining which was surprising as the value on offer here is next to none, highly recommend xox

Big carpark but even that is crowded on Sundays. If you go during the week it's almost empty. Big store with plenty of products, you'll find something for ypurself. Quality of the products is not the best but that's every ikea problem. Nice and helpfull staff work there. I enjoyed my visit

A regular visit to eat ikea food 🥘 and a scented tea candle refill. Free English breakfast & milk or coffee with Ikea family 💳 loyalty card. Less frequented times preferred.

By far, one of my favourite IKEAs in London - close second to Croydon. Very easily accessible by car or public transport. The staff are super welcoming & the store itself is very well designed. Lots of inspiration to pull from in the showrooms, and there are shortcuts to cut right through to the store, cafe or circular hub sections, if you’d prefer. Also love the spare parts cubbies at the entrance, by the returns & exchange till. That way you can pick these up and head back out if you’re in a hurry. (Visited the staff quarters as a member of the IKEA Live Lagom community).

A huge warehouse where customers can collect/purchase from a huge range of flat packed units and other items. There is also a large live plant section at good prices. A large restaurant is also present along with a Swedish food store. I personally found the signage a bit lacking, and the entry to the ground floor section a little bewildering due to multiple barriers. Easy enough to get to via a train to Greenwhich North on the jubilee line and then a bus to the branch from directly outside the station (132). Only 3 stops to Ikea and other stores such as B & Q. The millennium Park itself is still undergoing Major redevelopment so not exactly a feast for the eyes! If you are travelling by car, there is a huge carpark outside the store.

It's a great size. Everything and more plus food. Covid restrictions are still in place meaning you have to book a table to eat on your phone. Honestly not a big deal. I have a habit of picking up stuff I don't need, but that's on me.

Firstly, the Greenwich IKEA store is very convenient to get to via public transport: tube to North Greenwich then either 108, 335 or 480 buses from outside the station to literally in front of the store. However, once there it felt like they don't have much of the popular stuff on display - just seemed to be a lot of filler items. My recent experience was disappointing. For example, I went in to test out the Alefjall chair but there wasn't one on display. The Masterby Step Stool seems to have disappeared completely, and there were no Medium Fracta bags at all. The bags and the chair were available to order online. I took a chance and ordered the chair for home delivery, which took a reasonable couple of days to arrive. But upon assembling the chair I noticed that the 4 screw holes under the seat pad, which connect seat to frame, were misaligned (see attached pics). This resulted in the seat facing one side rather than straight ahead. Not sure how this passed quality control. Anyway, I phoned up and requested an exchange for this faulty item. I was told I had to wait 4 weeks for the replacement - 4 weeks! Chairs are available online so it wasn't a stock issue. I guess I'm no longer a valued customer after the initial sale. In short, there's poor quality control and poor after sales service. Something to think about if making a big purchase.

Had a nice trip to this IKEA. Attended when it opened and was very quiet. There was some areas being changed so was strange to walk in an area with barries and covers put up. Actually got what we needed. There was stock. Being quiet the tills where empty. Was actually a nice shop.

I loved the unique product displays here. They were all set up as actual rooms in a home and I believe customers could easily see themselves living there. The eatery on the first floor is amazing, good competitively priced food, power points, calming decor and excellent space for small and large groups.

Not massively happy as I tried to return an item but due to missing barcode wasn’t possible… That piece of plastic wrapper was thrown away and apparently not possible to issue a new one. Whatever. Company policy. Just a little bit annoying. Other returns also didn’t go well - they want to encourage you to buy more and then make problems with returning. EDIT: upon reflection. Even with the bar code, it would not be in a re-sellable condition, it would need to be wrapped. Can you sort out wrapping machine? Anyway: I have the pot, no complaints, will cook more 🍲

I ordered 1 bed set with 4 drawers below. With thecost of 50₫ for shipping. But by the date of delivery, there were only 2 cabinets delivered with bed, and had to wait more than 1 week for 2 others. But the product with a lot of damage. Looks like a second-time item.

Excellent layout and display of the wide, wide variety of home furniture and household collection that Ikea is famous for. Helpful staff and a well spread out plan makes for a great shopping experience.

Some staff are none too willing to help, one refused to help. It is the beginning of lunch time and there is no order. The kitchen staff are very lazy. There are currently at least 40 people in each queue with one person serving food on either side. The man serving has asked for help more than 3 times and nothing has happened. You have others from the kitchen walking around just having a chat. A customer accidentally dropped a glass and had to wait for the one person clearing up, who is walking around like she is on holiday. On a Saturday, you would at least think that you would have more people to look after customers but no. Absolutely appalling.
