We stayed at room 509 with our 20 months old. Our stay here is memorable. The apartment is so spacious with internal balcony that giving us a great view of the Thames river without getting cold and it is child friendly. We had a great kitchen and washer and dryer in the room which is great for us as a four people family. The appliances are high-end Siemens which took us some time to figure out. We had water clogged and heating issue for the first night as the heating control for the bedroom is installed in the living room. The hotel staff solved our issues professionally. The rest days of our stay were so perfect and we would like to come back again! The lounge on the 27th floor has a children playroom where my son had a great time there. The lounge also gives a paranormal view of the London city including the London eye and tower bridge! The location is great! Close to everything and there’s a tesco express next door where we buy groceries every day during our stay.

what an amazing hotel, the rooms was so well designed and you can find what ever you need in the kitchen, the bus stop is less than 1 minute walk and the tube station is 6 minutes walking. very close supermarket and mall with a lot of restaurants and shops also.

Ok for a short visit. The building creaks very loudly in the wind making it hard to sleep. We had a couple of bad experiences with cleaning/maintenance staff

We love staying at the cove. It’s a beautiful building and we love the apartments. They are very spacious, clean and better than any hotel room. Andreea made us feel so welcome, she Remembered us after not being there for a year. She went out of her way to get us a few things that we needed and it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the cove they make you feel very much at home.

The building is highly impressive from the outside, it's easy not to mistake this for upmarket offices. On entering, I was given a very warm welcome by the receptionist. He went to great lengths to explain that the building was new, that there was a gym, all the local shops, a restaurant recommendation and finished it with "We are really pleased you chose to stay with us." which I really appreciated. The rooms are very well designed. Mine had a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom was great with the fancy rainfall shower - better than the dribble that comes from mine! On leaving, I was asked if there was anything to improve. I made a glib comment about the clock on the oven being wrong and a guy came over and asked what room it was, he'd see to it right away. That's the kind of service you want. As a location, there is so much to explore just in Canary Wharf alone. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay for any length of time.

We were greeted by very kind staff, I believe the gentleman that served us' name is Rafael. The Cove had was a great place to stay, with a lounge to play snooker, fooseball and chill. It is a 10-15 minute walk from canary wharf station and a 1 minute walk away from a tesco express. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, peacful yet practical place to stay in Canary Wharf!

Thé room was very clean, modern, spacious , quiet and luxurious. It was also very quiet. I love that. It had a balcony from which I had a very nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was very affordable. It’s my new favourite place to stay.

One of the best service apartments in London. Cove Landmark Pinnacle has an excellent location, great apartment and is well connected through Elizabeth, Jubilee and DLR lines to rest of the city.

My partner and I stayed in apartment #814 from 19 Jan to 30 Jan. Ours was a large studio apartment. Canary Wharf is a business district around 20 mins tube ride from central London. We had some prior reservations about the area, but we found it very safe. There are people about even after office hours. Getting there: Without any luggage, it's around 10 mins walk from Canary Wharf. The main entrance is on Westferry Road. Reception: Check-in desk is rather small. Our passports weren't checked. Showed the booking on my phone, made payment. Then we were given our key cards and headed up. Reception is manned 24/7. Apartment: Spacious, well-lit and clean. We found the queen bed small for us. AC/Heating was controlled by a panel beside the bathroom. Strangely we had to keep the bathroom light switched on, to keep the heating going. Large wardrobe with a foldable clothes rack. Only one external window could be opened at a slight angle. Kitchenette came with a small fridge, oven, and induction cooker. This allowed us to heat up some food for meals. Plenty of cups and utensils. There is also a dishwasher, and electric kettle. Hot water is available at the sink tap. Bathroom had a heated towel rack (controlled by a switch in the washer cupboard). Shower controls were poorly designed. They were at the opposite end from the shower heads! Strong water pressure with plenty of hot water. The glass partition didn't enclose the shower stall completely, so water went everywhere when we showered. Ample countertop/cupboard space for our toiletries. Very useful washer/dryer. The drying cycle takes at least 2 hours. Be careful not to overload the dryer. Housekeeping only comes once a week to change the towels and bedlinen. We could request for other items via Whatsapp, and it would be sent up to our apartment. Prompt responses from the management. We took out the trash every night by placing it outside our door. We slept very well during our stay. The neighbourhood is super quiet at night. We will definitely stay at Cove again!

Stayed here for 4 nights in an apartment with separate bedroom and internal balcony and with a river view as I requested. The kitchen had everything you needed and bathroom was stylish and the whole place felt clean and luxury. Best thing were the lounges. The views were incredible and are great places to relax. Good transport links and shops nearby. There was always staff at the front desk to help you with what you need which was appreciated. Thank you Cove for a great stay 👍

Top draw hotel with stunning views from both lounges and gyms, free games and pool tables too. Very friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you’d need in the kitchen and bathroom. Good location, a short stroll from Canary Wharf tube station. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks team Cove!

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with my week-long stay at this hotel. It is truly deserving of recommendation! One of the standout features is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. Additionally, the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were impressive. Although they do not provide room service, they were always quick to assist with any requests I had. The value for money is excellent, and the parking facility located in the adjacent shopping mall was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly accommodation option. I am certain that you will have a pleasant and hassle-free experience, just like I did!

For context: I stayed here for 11 nights I would perhaps come here again but I hope they would take on the following items below to improve upon: 1. Replace the balcony windows with a better system. Current balcony windows are so cumbersome I would not stay in a room with a balcony again. 2. Install a microwave in the kitchen. Current set up has a stove and an oven. I would rather have a microwave to warm up food more conveniently. 3. Replace all the bedroom pillows and mattresses with new. The pillows offered no support and the mattresses are so stiff I end up tossing and turning because my arm would fall asleep. 4. Install better soundproofing for windy days. Canary Wharf can be very windy and the entire building will creak under the strong wind and make it near impossible to sleep at night. They provide ear plugs but honestly it would be nice if they could just also fix this problem so it doesn’t feel like a cheap place for the price your are paying per night. 5. Install a tv in the bedroom in addition to the living room. Current set up only had it in the living room. 6. Install better remote controls which allow easier access to change out the batteries. My remote in the hotel was very temperamental and sometimes just didn’t work at all. 7. Offer paper towels in the kitchen and more dishwasher tablets. My room did not come with kitchen paper towels nor did it come with dishwater tablets. I had to purchase these at my expense. For the cost of the room this is unacceptable. 8. Communicate with guests on when exactly to expect housecleaning (days and time window). I was never told when they would come. The only communication was on the tv menu screen that they only come once a week. Which is fine I love how sustainably oriented the hotel is. Just communicate your schedule and commit to it. 9. Offer hand lotion in the same way liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. 10. Offer hand soap in the kitchen (similar way the soap is in the bathroom) If the hotel makes these changes, it would bring up the value for the money they charge. Right now it’s tough to recommend them beyond 3 stars.

Great place for a long stay in London. We stayed in a studio apartment which was big enough for 2 people. The room was clean, quiet and fully equipped. Also the staff were all friendly and helpful (they are available 24-7!). Had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay in Canary Wharf. Rooms are clean and well designed, facilities are high spec, reception team are helpful and knowledgeable. Location is convenient and price is reasonable for the area. Much better than staying at a hotel.

Great place to stay, very modern building and very stylish rooms. Beds are very comfortable, room with interior balcony was a great choice for our family. Hotel is very close to Canary Wharf metro station and has convenient link to the center of London

I have stayed at cove for 2 months. The reception was super good. Room service was awesome. Gym was fantastic. A special five star to Therry Jay & Maia for their hospitality and solving issues real quick

Was seconded on business to London for several months and stayed in here. The rooms were very nicely furnished with what is needed to for this purpose. Amenities e.g Gym + conference room were also very welcome, although there may have been issues with the building electrics as elevators being out of service was not uncommon during my stay. Big thanks to the concierge staff esp Therryi & Maia for making my stay there as painless as possible.

We booked this stay very last minute as we had a terrible experience with staff from another apartment complex in Canary Wharf before we had even got there! However, deciding to stay was the best decision we made as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not fault the people or place in any way. The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully designed. The day time and night time staff were so friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, greeting us and having a laugh each time we walked in and out. Terry was a gem! I also forgot my sleeping mask in one of the bedrooms and happened to remember on the way home. I called reception to let them know I’m happy to pay for shipping if they find it - within 10 minutes I received a call back from the lady to say they found it and I’ll receive it in the post this week. AMAZING! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Thank you to the whole Cove team!

Really nice place to stay. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the front desk people are. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet for sleeping. Great amenities in the building and it’s close to the tube, DLR, and Elizabeth lines. If you’re planning on commuting in and out of central or just getting some work done in comfort, it’s excellent. The only downside for me (not at all related to the hotel itself) is Canary Warf. It’s not my cup of tea but I’m sure some people will love it. As the financial district, it’s really built up for working and commuting in—not really the most pedestrian-friendly place, nor is it a particularly charming area of London.

A superb experience. The room was beautifully presented and very clean, with good quality appliances and fixtures. The building is easy to get to from Canary Wharf, although the entrance wasn't on the side we expected. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially Raphael who initially checked us in.

Gorgeous property! Very spacious, clean, and modern suites. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The area around the property was safe clean and easy to navigate to central London. I traveled with my children and they loved the apartment. I will come back for another stay!

Corporate apartments which are in fact for the whole family. We went with our 2 kids (4 and 1) and it was very comfortable and conveniently located for transports and restaurants. It was all immaculate and extremely modern for all the services. The winter balcony offers wonderful views of the city. And the best part? It's very fairly priced!

  • 5/5 Karl H. 1 year ago on Google
The only reason this is a five-star rating is because I can't give six! In all my travels I don't think I've ever seen a friendlier more helpful staff. Everyone we spoke to was incredible. No task or request was too small, and every question was answered promptly and enthusiastically. We were scheduled to be there for two weeks visiting family. Mid way through our stay, we tested positive for COVID. As a result we had to extend our stay by a week. Staff arranged for us to keep our same room for the extra week. They also helped with meal and grocery deliveries. The space itself was great...one bedroom suite w/ enclosed balcony. The washer & dryer in the suite came in very handy with the extended stay. Wonderful views of the river and the city. Just a short walk from the tube and the river taxi. Also no shortage of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great from the moment I stepped into the reception. The staff were kind, friendly and chatty, I got to store my luggage 2 hours early as well and when I say it’s stunning, it is stunning!! From the lobby to the elevator to the apartments themselves. The furniture quality is A1 as well, I stayed on the 10th floor in a one bed apartment with a stunning view of the docks, big plus is you can see the view from your bedroom so you wake up to an amazing sunrise with that view. I can’t rave enough about this venue. I will definitely be back 😊 Spend your coins xx

We enjoyed a very nice two night stay last weekend. The welcome from the manager was exceptional. The apartment; no need to bring anything from home - it's all there! Very nice winter garden balcony to enjoy the stunning view of the river bend. Quiet, peaceful, small supermarket less than 5min walk. Walking to Canary Warf took 10mins. Very handy for the tube making central Lonon from the apt about 25mins inc walk. Great if you prefer more independence than a hotel can give you (chilling out/cooking etc) I highly recommend the 10th and highest floor. We will stay again!!!

This was a last minute stay as we wanted to extend our stay in Canary Wharf and they were so accommodating! Views from the room were amazing and windows very big so you get a full scope of the beautiful river view - location is great as it is minutes away from the Uber boat station and you have Tesco close by as well as restaurants! Would definitely go again! We had an amazing stay and the apartments are very spacious, perfect to have a a couple guests round aswell

Such a lovely stay, beautifully decorated rooms with everything you need in the kitchen. Our one bedroom apartment had the bonus of a great view too! Such a warm welcome from everyone that works there, plus they are super pet friendly! We have already booked to come back.
