I
am
so
pleased
that
I
did
a
21
day
cleanse
with
YouJuice.
Not
only
has
it
made
me
feel
a
million
times
better
but
I
also
lost
7lbs
-
which
is
a
nice
bonus.
All
the
elements
of
the
cleanse
were
delicious
-
amazing
cold
pressed
juices,
immunity
shots,
raw
savoury
and
sweet
snacks
and
delicious
meal
jars
and
soups.
Lovely
Anita
was
so
helpful
planning
out
the
timings
and
contents
of
each
delivery.
The
process
was
so
varied
that
it
didn’t
feel
like
a
struggle
at
all,
even
on
the
juice
only
days.
I
need
have
a
bit
of
a
dip
in
energy,
motivation
and
mindset
around
day
8/9
but
those
feelings
were
soon
replaced
with
renewed
energy
and
positivity.
My
favourite
days
by
far
were
the
raw
and
green
days,
with
lots
of
lovely
green
juices,
smoothies
(the
No1
smoothie
is
my
favourite)
and
raw
food.
And
of
course
the
snacks
are
just
amazing,
especially
the
kale
chips
and
weekend
sweet
treats
of
Jacobs
cakes
and
raw
snickers.
Two
weeks
post
cleanse
and
I
am
pleased
to
say
that
I
am
still
eating
healthy
food.
I
have
continued
to
be
a
customer
of
Youjuice,
getting
the
weekly
medium
bag
delivery
and
I
intend
to
be
a
customer
for
a
long
time
to
come.
If
you
are
thinking
about
doing
a
cleanse
with
YouJuice,
definitely
go
for
it.
I
hope
to
continue
to
do
shorter
cleanses
on
a
regular
basis.
