We absolutely had a blast at this fantastic event. We have been looked after, the entrainment and as 10 out of 10 and the food was really good too. I absolutely recommend if you are looking for a fun afternoon!

Booked for my friends hen do and it was everything we wanted! The food is good, the venue is great, small and intimate but not cramped, and the acts were amazing! Hilarious, sexy, beautiful, talented, we loved our evening! Our only complaint is it ended too soon! The service from all the bar and floor staff was great too.

We went on Saturday night and when we arrived were booked in for the wrong date but it was quickly sorted out by lady who was showing everyone to their seats, big thank you to her. The food was delicious, and the show was fab! The compere had a stunning singing voice and was very funny! Dave the bear was a particular favourite. All the performers were hugely talented! For a fun night out where you don’t take things too serious we would highly recommend!

Gamestars was a great event with a fabulous host (Ophelia Payne), delicious food and fantastic entertainment. We went along for a friend's birthday and did not stop laughing. Highly recommend if you fancy a giggle, sing-a-long and fun! We will definitely be returning! 🤩

Had an absolutely brilliant night here for a birthday celebration. Veronica Blacklace who hosted had us in stitches and and also had a beautiful singing voice. All the acts were excellent but I loved Ophelia Payne and Dave the Bear who were fabulous! Highly recommend this for any fun celebration.

The 6 of us had such a great night for my special Birthday. The show acts were brilliant, the food portions were huge! - and very yummy and the room/ table set up was just brilliant.Would highly recommend- such good value for the money.

One the whole the evening was great, the singer/compare has an incredible voice and brilliant comic personality. Couple acts we wondered ‘what was the point!’ But the venue and food was of excellent quality and the drinks were a good price. I’d highly recommend for anyone, couple dates night, groups. Also end of night, the place turns into a club do you can dance the night away. HD a brilliant night. Thanks so much. Defo go back to Showlesque and The Walrus

A group of 6 (3 couples) attended Showlesque with one of our party celebrating a birthday. Throughout the whole process from our initial booking to turning up at the venue everything was smooth and easy. I emailed the venue prior to our arrival to ask them to mention the birthday girl and they said the they would. Email replies were always prompt and helpful. Upon arrival we found ourselves with probably the best seats in the house. The show was fabulous with a fantastic balance of naughtiness and professionalism with all the acts clearly putting their heart into their performances, which in turn lifted the crowd. The birthday girl got her love from the performers and one or two of us also got (dis)honourable mentions. The venue was full with a couple of hen parties also in and whilst it was full it still felt an intimate show with the performers both on stage and moving into the audience. The food was pre-ordered from a menu and came out throughout the early evening. Previous experience has suggested that expectations shouldn't be too high for food at such an event. However, Showlesque bucks the trend here with excellent hot food, served by keen staff in a timely manner. The waiting staff also made sure that we had drinks but never too pushy and promptly brought drinks when ordered. In terms of value for money, given the show, the food and the whole process I do not believe that you will find a better deal in Brighton. A first rate evening that I would wholly recommend and will probably return to in the future.

Fantastic night, went as part of a hen do and couldn’t have asked for a better night! So interactive and amazing talent. I haven’t laughed so hard in years! The food was amazing and all the staff were so friendly especially the lady at the door. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an entertaining evening

Showlesque was fab and all of the hen party had a great time! Rebecca was so lovely and all of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. It was our first time in Brighton and we will all definitely be back again!

We had the most amazing night at Showlesque!! Such a wonderful variety of acts and every one of them brought something sensational to the stage. Veronica Blacklace's vocals were incredible and her humour is brilliant! We didn't stop smiling, laughing and cheering all night!! I brought my sister and my mum to Gamestars and we had the best time ever! The food and service were great, the location is beautiful and super cosy. And the show was so much fun!!! We laughed, danced, sang along. The games were easy to understand and to play along. It's a unique experience that I really recommend 🙏💖

We went as a hen do party and I can genuinely say it exceeded all our expectations. All of the acts were phenomenal and the food portions were huge. If you’re looking for a drag brunch with amazing acts and the best atmosphere look no further! The food was really tasty (myself and my partner both had vegan options and we were really impressed) and the drinks constantly flowing. I went with friends but I can see it being lots of fun for special occasions like hen dos and birthdays. Would definitely go again myself and recommend to others!

Fantastic night! Been to a number of Showleque shows and we have always had a great night. Veronica Blacklace is the perfect host, had the audience in stitches and has the most beautiful singing voice. The acts were great too. Miss Coco Deville was a stunning performer! Food was a surprising level of quality and was delicious, the service was quick, efficient and attentive. FInally, I love the venue. Unlike other Brighton based cabarets, the room is intimate, brings you much closer to the acts and the artists can really engage with you. Its unfortunate, the England match was on (sorry some on our table were distracted by match on phone). It was handled with great humour and thank you for understanding. If you fancy being delightfully entertained, you like burlesque at its finest, you want to be fed well and have a dance to top the evening off (you get to stay and dance into the early hours)...then this is your perfect night out. Its also very reasonably priced! Thank you Showlesque... see you soon!

Our evening was fantastic!! We visited Saturday evening as part of a hen party. We had a varied group of different ages and there was something for everyone!! The food and entertainment was great, every single person in our group of 15 loved every aspect! Would highly recommend and would return again!! 5*!!

We had a hen party at the Gamestars bottomless brunch. Everything was fabulous, the acts, the service, the food. Was a wonderful afternoon filled with singing, dancing, laughter and Prosecco!

This was the best show I have ever been to. It was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was out of this world. Me and my friends wanted to do it all again the next night would definitely recommend this to everybody.

We had the best night! Such a great show! We were greated by Paige, who was lovely All the performers were amazing! Best cabaret we have ever been to - Veronica Blacklace has the most incredible singing voice and was really entertaining, engaging and incredibly funny. Chichi revolver's hoop act was breathtaking, I loved Alik and Allegra Rose performed a couple of beautiful burlesque acts. The show ended perfectly with boylesque act Jonny the Basqard, who had us all in stitches! Highly recommended for a great night out and the perfect venue for a hen party!

Great little venue! Firstly, we were the only male stag group at the venue. Mainly Hen parties, so this was a pleasant surprise and of course we were a great target for all the acts. Just what the stag needed🤣🤣. I don’t know why as we all had a cracking time, so would thoroughly recommend this is a good start point for the evening ahead. Unfortunately on the night, a hotel caught fire close to the venue restricting any other guests from entering after the show. I’m sure if this is not been the case. Good night club would’ve filled up considerably more. Show started around about 6.30 - 7 o’clock. Excellent acts and very professional performers. Food was very good and good value for money. 5* for type of venue. Don’t expect Michelin but do expect decent well presented tasty food. We all had the three course option. Drinks were extra.. Portions were ample for the average person and service was great throughout. Atmosphere was great fun, with banta performance. Don’t get your phones out during the show or the host will grab it and you will be sorry🤣. Stayed a while longer for dancing but due to fire we moved on. Totally great all round night and yes men should go!

What better way to spend a night than be entertained by funny, talented, sexy people while eating great food and enjoying (more than) a few drinks! Would absolutely recommend, and wish we lived nearer to return soon. Easily the highlight of our short break in Brighton.
