My favourite place to get coffee/hot chocolate. Usually do mobile order, more out of convenience. Most of the regular team know my boyfriend & I and it makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Big love for them

Were you the kind of kid that would spend hours staring at the wall? Then this Starbucks' drive-thru offers you a chance to test your waiting game! In case you want to get your morning coffee fix, please make sure to have plenty of time and patience as you may not get your hands on it till midday. And don't even think about ordering anything to eat as it may cause a collective meltdown inside the branch and can cause the order processing time to skyrocket by an eternity. In that case, you won't be receiving your order any time before the doomsday. I highly recommend driving to another coffee shop (even if it is in a nearby town) as it will be far less time consuming. The coffee here is okay at best, and often cold for obvious reasons.

The longest wait for a coffee. Every time. Whether you drive through or walk in, it’s the slowest most painful experience getting a coffee here. I have since purchased my own coffee machine, I would suggest you all do the same.

Not coming back here any time soon. Lady on the till was lovely, but the two girls actually making the coffee were quite rude. I was watching them make my coffees, and one girl turned to the other and started making a few comments which were clearly aimed towards me. They weren’t very quiet as I could hear them. It’s put me off coming back here again.

Why does making a coffee take longer than 5 mins? Its a drive thru. Pointless having a drive thru when its quicker to go inside and order it. Or go home and make it yourself. Once your in the queue your stuck. Staff need to realise its only a coffee and it aint hard to get orders out quickly. Sort it out starbucks!

Obviously popular, so maybe I'm the odd one out, though it's more than a struggle to see why anyone would enjoy being anywhere so noisy, uncomfortable, and expensive, with nothing decent to eat. While the staff are great; the environment certainly ain't my choice of place to, well, do anything.

Staff were amazing, and Anna was amazing, she made a fantastic London Fog drink. It’s a drink done in Starbucks in North America so I was surprised she knew. The place looks lovely and clean. I honestly don’t know what the complaints are about. I’m very happy with them.

The worst Starbucks I have been to. I asked for 2 iced chai lattes and they were making hot ones with different sizes. Then when they made the iced version, it was basically just milk with ice..... Never coming here again.

Great place workers are great and helpful, food is meh coffee is ace but holy cake and half crackers, the people that order are so crazy and way over line sometimes it's unbelievable and nasty too the workers, been coming there for 2 years. Keep up the great work.

It is unacceptable to not be able to have a cold coffee because of the heat. The second time, in less than two weeks, happens that they run out of ice due to hot weather and don't serve cold coffee. It wasn't a surprise the hot weather and since happened before why the manager wasn't prepared??? I wish I could rate 0 (zero) starts Less than a week and again no cold drinks.... 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I recently visited the coffee shop drive-thru and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to take my order and the coffee was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I will definitely be visiting this coffee shop again in the future.

Why is the branch has 4.0 stars? This should get more. I’ve always come here at least once a month! Staff are nice and their drinks!!!

Employee gave my stars away to someone who thrust their phone forward while I was at the till. Over charged for sizes of coffees. No sweetener. Had to ask for sauce with food. No cup sleeves available. Poor!!!

Lukewarm service at the time I visited. I ate inside the shop. People were standing around looking baffled as coffee after coffee had been made and left for collection. I was waiting a while and then realised I hadn't been called for my drink. When I went to the counter there were about 5/6 coffees waiting to be collected and clearly no-one had been called up for their drinks. By the time I had collected my drink it was lukewarm... Staff had just switched off for a moment...🤔🤔🤔

This Starbucks is my escape. Warm staff, excellent coffee, and a tranquil setting make it a haven. The spacious, clean environment, efficient air-conditioning, and free parking are a bonus. Despite changing faces, quality remains unwavering. Perfect for work or relaxation and it's a peaceful.

Don't use although they are always busy, Patrons always blocking the roads for shoppers to all the other retail shops in Gypsy lane. Very badly organised. I am not a customer why would I want to wait 20 mins in a queue to get a not nice coffee.

At night you won't be able to order anything if you're standing there on your own two feet. What a lack of imagination the management has, they just can’t feed a hungry person waiting for a train at night if he doesn’t have a car. a shame.

I’ve been waiting at drive thru and just installed my Starbucks app to start collecting points but the man serving was completely rude n rushed me, didn’t ask if I have a card or not, then after paying he said I can’t scan that now you should’ve showed me before you pay and gone away! No apology no nothing not even an alternative just gone away like that!! I mean.. who does the training there? What about the respect and be concerned about customers issues?? I was about to start my day and he just ruined it like that.. unbelievable

On a Christmas Day, the staff was behaving very unprofessional and didn’t serve properly. As I went in the afternoon around 13:30 pm, the staff served me at the till, and she took the order successfully. However, there was another staff named “KHUSHI” near the oven and she was not at all working properly as she didn’t at all prioritise the incoming orders that need to be going into the OVEN. She randomly kept the food to heat up and our cheese toastie which was supposed to be in the oven was not kept even after the order placed for about 10mins. In a mean while, the staff served our hot drinks which was eat in, but another staff decided to clean the tables and without approaching us she took back our drinks without even us touching the drinks. Such a POOR customer service and lack of communication. Furthermore, we had to keep asking twice the staff about our cheese toastie as KHUSHI decided to keep other customers order in the oven but not the cheese toastie. In this all mess, we had to request for the refund and the staff was NOT at all apologetic and continued to speak with us arrogantly and showcased a very wrong attitude. The staff ended up arguing as well, and was not ready to accept their own mistake.

Reviews are personal, mind this is very personal. I have visited many Starbucks where I can bring with me a dog, I have visited others where that's not allowed and that's OK too. This is the first time though, that I am told at Starbucks that my dog can't come in because others' guests religious beliefs, a dog! I am respectful of anyone's religious beliefs, using that as an argument, could potentially leave a lot of people out of Starbucks, not simply dogs. I hope Starbucks finds a global policy (either they are allowed like Pret or they are not, like Costa) so managers don't need to come up with intelligence-insulting excuses like this one

Went drive thru. The staff were super friendly the sun was shining and it was just a great interaction. My drink was ok but I got a free cup. It just wasn't very sweet so I had to go back.

Always good food and coffee, safe to say the large cup to have in is essentially a bucket of coffee. Staff were pleasant but the general atmosphere and cleanliness of the eat in area wasn't ideal. Definitely needs some tlc in the main seating area. I think they need to change the colours of the walls as well, it gives off a very negative vibe at the moment.

It was a ok experience overall. The staff were very nice but they took abut too long with the cappuccino. Never knew it took 10 minutes to get one. But it was warm and tasty so I'm still giving it a 4/5!

I have a dairy allergy, as I told them. I ordered a soya milk dark hot chocolate. Specified I don't want cream as I am allergic and the member of staff gave cream. I had an allergic reaction. I've been to this place before experience was great up until recently.

Very poor service... screwed up my order on 2 seperate days. Staff generally dont seem to care or communicate well. You feel like a nuisance to them. One woman who seemed to be in charge to care and effort. The rest...very poor. Overpriced ...generally one of the worst I have been in.
