Lovely local pet shop. Todd is very knowledgeable in his field. He was absolutely lovely to talk to about keeping fish etc. I will definitely be visiting again for Pet products. I can't recommend him and his pet shop highly enough.

I've seen quite a few pet shops over the years. Try this one out people, the owner and manager "Todd" brings a level of expertise and customer service that's rare to see. We had lots of fish that we could no longer look after as my parents were moving abroad and were looking for a caring home for them. Todd was exceptionally helpful in the rehoming process and came as soon as he could to pick them up. We had lots of fish, which Todd initially thought might need two trips on separate days to take them away but then decided quickly against it as he said they had bonded together and should be remain together! We are ever so grateful to looking after our fish as your own and to find them a new home!

Initially contacted Todd at Ace Pet Shop to offer re-homing of 13 pond fish and found him a very informative and helpful guy who was, rightly so, concerned about the size of the pond that they would be going into. He asked me to send him photos of their new home which I duly did. I found the shop well stocked with all the products you could possibly want for pets including a good range of pet care products. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Ace Pet Shop to everyone who needs advice or products for fish and pets.

We are new to fish keeping & didn’t want go to the expense of buying new, We spoke to Todd & he helped us find an appropriate tank for the fish we wanted. All in all a win win good for my pocket & good for the environment

Really friendly, experienced and accommodating guy. Kindly took care of my 4 year old fancy goldfish when I couldn’t keep it, asked the name and offered to keep me posted on how it gets on. I am reassured it will be rehomed safely and taken great care of. Highly recommend.

Overall really happy with the service, the guy is really friendly and professional! He definitely knows he's stuff! literally any questions I had about my fish he knew exactly what I was on about and directed me to the right product without being ripped off! After my late mothers passing i was in a position where i had to clear her home, which included her fish as i couldnt take them. Todd was incredibly understanding and a top guy who went out of his way to help within a limited amount of time after i explained the situation. Todd came prepared and in short notice, rescued the fish to be taken and nursed back to health. I Cant recommend AcePetShop enough and want to say thank you so much for your help and compassion during a tough time. 10/10

The owner is amazing so friendly, helpful and obviously an expert in his field. He guided through the correct selection of fish for my tank and general maintenance and also gave me lots of tips and advice. Family and friends have admired my fish tank. I highly recommend Acetrocpicalfish.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. The owner came to my home to rescue my poor goldfish. He was extremely polite, helpful and clearly a genuine animal lover. The fish were removed from the pond gently and without any fuss He refused all offers of payment although I felt he deserved it. If you’re struggling with your pond fish I would recommend the rehoming/rescue without reservation.

I bought some shampoo and conditioner for my Yorkshire terrier. It has a really nice smell and his coat his really soft
