BEWARE!
NO
MULTILINGUAL
COMMENTARY!
In
spite
of
what
the
website
says
there
were
no
multilingual
commentary
on
their
buses.
Since
majority
of
our
group
doesn't
speak
English
we
invested
in
good
headphones
in
preparation
for
two
hours
long
tour.
It
was
only
on
the
bus
when
we
realised
the
audio
was
off.
Our
driver
suggested
we
get
off
at
the
next
stop
and
wait
for
a
next
bus.
We
agreed
as
we
really
wanted
to
make
most
of
our
only
day
in
London.
Next
bus
came,
we
asked
the
driver,
he
said
"not
on
my
bus,
but
the
next
one
is
definitely
multilingual".
Imagine
our
frustration
when
we
discovered
that
the
next
bus
had
its
audio
off
too!
At
this
point
we
decided
to
stay
on
the
bus
until
we
see
a
stop
with
a
member
of
staff
on
it.
We
found
one
at
the
Tower
of
London
and
he
told
us
that
audio
is
off
on
all
buses
all
day
on
Friday,
Saturday
and
Sunday.
Why
wasn't
this
info
on
their
website?
But
more
importantly,
why
did
they
do
it?
What
is
a
point
of
this
strange
decision?
Anyway,
we
were
very
disappointed
by
both
the
unfair
marketing
and
the
incompetent
drivers
because
of
whom
we
lost
more
than
an
hour
of
our
precious
time
in
London
waiting
for
the
"right
bus".
UPD:
it
gets
even
stranger.
The
"owner
of
the
business"
replied
to
my
review
implying
that
the
problem
was
on
some
buses
and
some
stops.
We
tried
three
consecutive
buses
and
the
audio
was
off
on
ALL
buses
and
ALL
stops.
Moreover
a
staff
member
whom
we
found
at
The
Tower
of
London
stop
at
about
2pm
on
Friday
11th
of
September,
told
us
that
the
audio
is
off
on
all
buses
every
Friday,
Saturday
and
Sunday.
So
either
an
"owner"
is
less
informed
about
their
company
than
the
average
member
of
staff
or
the
company
is
even
more
shambolic
than
I
thought.
