Thank you to all the wonderful people who worked together diligently to help me find a wheelchair for my mom as her previous one needed a lot of work. Dee, Dawn and Tracy went above and beyond and Steve gave honest feedback about her former wheelchair. I put my mom in it and she said it felt great. We could tell staff really cared! Thank you!!!

Tim Otley has gone above and beyond in working with us to get insurance approval for an electric scooter for a 91 year old post polio, cardiac insufficient male, in need of mobility assistance. There are places that are headaches, this place is a cluster headache. Waiting to resolved issue from 8 months ago. We have over 30 calls in not including my sons pediatrician and their office. Supposed to ship out last week. Called today, "well we've had it 2 weeks." Me "can I ask why it hasn't been processed?" "It went to our fax 2 weeks ago and there's no one that looks at the faxes to process them. We wait for you to call." "I literally called last week" "Oh we'll get right on that." Rinse repeat. Fingers crossed this time works.

I worked with Jillian in the Rehab Service for many years now she is amazing. She is always so helpful matter what my issue and are always with to go the extra mile. Thank You Jillian

I’ve worked with Care Linc for a few years now and then yesterday closely with my handicap son. Jeff from Carelinc (Grandville MI) made the appt. run smoothly, efficiently, and worked with us on the fitting of my son’s new chair in a kind and caring way. I’ve been very happy and pleased with Carelinc and will work with them in the future also. Thank you Carelinc & Jeff for your thoughtfulness and help when life isn’t easy at times.

Very helpful, willing to answer any questions and explaining it in detail. I would definitely recommend getting sleep apnea machines here. The time I took to get a machine seemed very fast as well.
