We just came into the new Saisaki for a little preview as it isn’t quite open yet. Beautifully updated decor, including comfortable bar stools and banquettes. We tried a few of Chef Tiger’s sushi creations. Delicious, fresh, and lovely presentation.

Recently started going here. Delicious sushi, great lunch. Very excited to get a great new sushi spot close by Heron Bay!

Ordered two poke bowls when I went to pick up there was only i small amount of sauce asked for 1 more I was told no but I can give you a soy sauce. The dish was dry don’t give me the wasabi and ginger and put in two sauces.
