Got a bundle and only received one item from the bundle in my delivery. So I paid $100 for $12 meal.

Not worth it. I ordered different kinds of bao but every order was replaced with vegetable bao. Those were gross, and I had a poorly scribbled note that just said “out”. So if they’re out of every other flavor, why do they still take your money and give you stuff you didn’t order? And they don’t offer refunds either, they take zero responsibility for taking your money and not giving you what you order.

pound for pound the worst food ive ever had, first of all it looked like dog food. everything tasted / looked old... the chicken was like minced meat and the sauce was cold and congealed?! then the bao buns were just raw dough around more minced meat slop. NOTHING about it was good dont waste your time or money on this place

I’m sure the food is good but I just came back from Thailand where $7 would get me a dozen (or more) bao. Ahhh this country is a rip off 😵😂

Ordered from Doordash and the order kept getting dropped. Over an hour later I get a call from the last drive who was attempting to pick it up to be told that they no longer do that and turned away 5 dashers for my order. Why was the order confirmed? Thanks for nothing. I'm starving

Our first and last order unbelievable experience with food, the rice was so dry how come you served to humans we can’t chewy 2 the bao buns was molded

Have eaten in Chicago many times. Ordered from here through Door Dash. The bowls - which are a specialty of Wow Bao - was horrible. The rice was uncooked. The order was for $150.00 I’m so shocked with this food quality. We should get our money back and an APOLOGY!!!

Ordered at 5:40 PM through GrubHub. GrubHub called me at 7:30PM saying they had to cancel the order due to issues with the restaurant. Driver was unable to pickup food.

Definitely not worth the price, not delicious, would only consider having again if I was absolutely desperate for food
