The British would be happy with the quality and taste of the fish and chips. Every thing was great!

Food and drinks were delicious! Crab was Biscuits were warm, Salad was Crispy and Delicious. Crab legs were fresh and Service was Awesome!

Ordered a dessert to go. Was supposed to be 2 chocolate pieces of warm cake with ice cream and hot fudge. What I got was 2 pieces of cold cake no ice cream no fudge and no cutlery. When I call back to find out why I paid 20$ for cold cake Alyssa said they were about to close and offered me a scoop of ice cream. A scoop of ice cream for my cold pieces of cake. yeah thanks for the response do you even read the reviews?

Dinner was great, everything was tasty and service was great. This location staff was friendly and area clean. It was a great experience.

Itbwas just ok from the food to the service. Lets just say, if you want to feel like your in a freezer go here. You could hang meat in the place. We requested the air to be adjusted several times and it was but not by much. It made the food not as enjoyable and make it cool off faster. It also seemed that no matter how hot the food was the chill was just over bearing.

Went today with my husband to eat lunch and it was the worst We have ever experienced. We wanted crab legs and was told under no circumstances would there be any substitutions. When we got our food the baked potatoes were ice cold and my husband had no butter for his crab. Wasn’t happy !

We had such an awesome experience dining at Red Lobster. We met some friends and enjoyed the food, the service and hospitality they offered. Our server was so sweet! Definitely recommend! 😊

I usually don't leave reviews but I feel as though this restaurant needs it. I was eating my food, muscles, I had properly shelled the food and went to eat it. I bit into rock. This caused my tooth to crack and crumble in my mouth. I obviously asked for the manager who treated me as though I was lying, regardless of me holding the bits of my tooth in my hand. He left and a woman returned to get my information. Regardless of me having just started my meal and not finishing it due to my broken tooth I was charged full price. They offered nothing. The woman taking my name was extremely rude and condescending about the whole situation. I can say with confidence that I will not be returning to this restaurant. The only plus side of my meal was the waitress who was very nice and was the only one who showed genuine concerns. I was told that I would get a call from corporate within 3 daysto settle my case. When I never received that call I called customer service my self and was told there was no such report turned in.

The whole staff was wonderful. I've never had a sweeter waitress!!! I had the strip steak,it was so tender and delicious. My husband had the wonderful endless shrimp. Always a great place to eat

Consistently a quality place to eat seafood for the price. There were 2 issues this visit. Both were 2 items that were lacking in the great taste we were accustomed to, the biscuits and the shrimp linguine were both still edible but not up to the standards expected. They were slightly bland. Server was fantastic, he was pleasant and attentive without being a nuisance. Overall a good night out.

We got Sunday dinner for 5 delivered. Everything was pretty much OK except for the baked potatoes. Four of us got them and they were truly the worst I have ever seen at a restaurant. They were actually so overcooked that it hard to cut them open and once you did, there was very little edible potato inside. To say we were disappointed would be putting it lightly.

Good service but just average meal. Nothing bad but nothing other than a meal. Service was good though.

Had the shrimp and lobster tacos. Flavors were good but they were pretty skimpy on the filling. What there was was very good but just not enough. Cheese biscuits were awesome as usual but an extra 4.99 for a small side salad is not reasonable. My wait person was very pleasant and capable.

We were seated promptly. Waiter was right there to take our drink order. Ordered food and it came quickly. Everything was hot and tasted delicious. There were 3 of us. No one went hungry. Waiter attended to all of our needs. Can't wait to go back!!

Cookeville TN location. Kudos to Red Lobster for being open on Christmas eve. We decided to let someone else cook. They did a great job. Seated quickly. Served quickly. The only issue we had was the HVAC was blowing directly down on us. It was mainly cold but every so often would blow warm air. I'm sure it cooled off the food rather quickly. Overall a great experience on a holiday.

The waitress was friendly, we had four in our party one of us did not get our lemonade until after our food arrived and then we had to ask twice. We tried to be understanding knowing they were short staffed. The food was fresh and really good. The only other complaint we had was that some of us ordered all you can eat shrimp, and our waitress just put in orders for us and didn't even ask what we wanted. The food was not on the correct plates. One person got a baked potato instead of fries, and instead of bringing an order of fries out, he was told "well it's a potato "

My drink and appetizer were fantastic. My salmon on my entree was wonderful. Unfortunately, my Brussels were burnt, not just crispy.

My best friend and I went in for dinner on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t terribly busy because the weather was horrible. For the most part, the food was great. I think they have a new cook because the fried shrimp was over cooked. I ordered the endless shrimp and my bestie ordered the crab. Adding photos

Had dinner this evening for a special reason. Place was near empty of customers at 5:30PM on a Wednesday night. Service was OK. Food was mediocre, pitiful presentation. Small serving. Prices high. Won't be back.

My family and I went out here today 1/10/2022 we got there at 315 (not a busy time) we have an autistic toddler and a loud busy restaurant isn't something he tolerates, so this was the best time. Stephanie was our server, she was absolutely wonderful she was attentive, sweet, and did everything perfect. The food was delicious, hot, and we were all full when we left. Props to the cooks, and host as well. Wonderful experience and will be back.

My husband spent $77.32 on snow crab legs that literally were in pieces and rubbery and my salad was more brown than green with watery dressing that wasn't even what I ordered. So disappointed and I will not be back.

We had to wait longer than expected but the service and food was so good, the wait was worth it. Older gentlemen with glasses and a ponytail is a fabulous server!

Yet another Cookeville restaurant that exceeded my expectations! The staff was very polite and accommodating, the food was a never-ending cycle of shrimp (and they encouraged ordering more and more)... it's how it ought to be. Great job, Cookeville Red Lobster, for restoring my faith in the brand.

The food and service were good. The tables were sticky. Was told that the cause was the cleaning products they use react with the finish on the table. In any case it was unpleasant.

Very fresh , hot dinner. I had the Shrimp scampi delicious. It has been over a year since I had Red lobster. The biscuits were not the best but overall the dinner was great. Staff was on point always making sure we were ok and had what we needed. Great Red lobster Cookeville. TN

While this visit was for take out, the General Manager Butch has ran a tight ship for many years with only the most genuinely friendly and professional staff one can find. In all my time going there, never had a bad food experience in flavor, temperature, thoroughness cooked, or accuracy of order. When dining in, the wait staff are timely and professional in how quickly they get to their tables and check up on them while also making enough time to personable and not treat you are just a transaction. Never have to worry about those drinks getting empty either. There have been few times that I have not called a manager over when leaving to let them know how well of a job the staff have collectively done. If you're looking for somewhere in town to have sitdowns that you will each and every one of, this location is probably up your alley. Just remember as with nearly all quality experiences, it is probably gonna cost a little bit more than other options out there, but with everything else going on in the world right now sometimes having a quality escape from the world for just even a 30 min period that extra cost is more then likely worth it.

While they seemed to be a bit understaffed and very busy, once we placed our order we received our food very quickly. They stayed on top of our drinks and biscuits and everything was very delicious. Always love visiting this particular Red Lobster due to the quality of food and the friendliness of the staff.

Very very good food... Quick And our waiter, Huston was very sufficient, friendly, and overall very, very good. Big shout out to him.
