The servers were really nice! Food was delicious! We got Hummus, Lamb Adana Kebab, Lamb Beyti, and Kunefe; thought we ordered it with ice cream but received with non, however, it was still good. Definitely coming back to try other food off the menu!

Delicious Mediterranean food! The house made bread is the perfect start to the meal. I got the traditional doner and it was healthy dose of well seasoned goodness. The chicken kebab was nice and juicy. Unfortunately I didn't get dessert because I foolishly got full, but it looked great.

We went to Philadelphia during the holidays 2021 to enjoy the Christmas markets and wanted to try another Turkish restaurant than the one we tried on a previous trip, and we’re so happy that we did! 😃 Paprica Grill restaurant is the best one so far 👍🏻 The taste is authentic Turkish indeed, and the coffee is just tasty without any bitterness (but I wish if they had served a piece of (lokum dessert) with the coffee though, maybe next time they will🤞🏻 If I’d wish for something else it’ll be for the portions to be increased a little because I think it will then be more suitable for the price. Overall it was great and we loved it and definitely will return & of course I recommend trying it you’ll not be disappointed 👍🏻🙂 Update: we had the chance to dine in Papricsa Grill restaurant again after a week from the first visit and it was great again 😀 and this time they served the (lokum) with the Turkish coffee which was perfect for my sweet tooth 😄, so it was a perfect repeated experience 👍🏻

Absolutely one the best restaurants I’ve been to! Customer service was excellent. The people were so friendly, polite and professional. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The food was outstanding! Everything was fresh, hot and tasty. You must try the Grilled Turkish Meat Balls and the Lamb Beyti. So delicious!

Food here was honestly amazing. The quality was there. Nice friendly attentive staff. Everything arrived quickly and was freshly made. The portions were very good for the price. The meats were beautifully cooked and seasoned. Literally this spot is probably the best in town for this style of cuisine. I will be excited to come back and try other items.

Paprica Grill is one of the top Turkish restaurant in Philadelphia. They serve always delicious and fresh food. The atmosphere is great and they just try to make you feel comfortable when you get in there. My friend and I had dinner there and we both ordered lentil soup which was just amazing. I stopped myself to order the second one because we wanted to try more dishes. We shared appetizer liver and grilled halloumi cheese, both of them were very tasty. Especially liver was unbelievable. Main course we had chicken shish kebab and lamb beyti which were both really good. Lastly, for the dessert we ordered rice pudding and it was very good too. Their homemade bread was outstanding and it came right from the oven. Their portions were very generous too. The restaurant was very clean. Their prices were moderate. The service was just great. Servers were very friendly. Highly recommend!

If you want authentic Turkish food this is the place to be! Loved everything it had to offer. A wee bit expensive but totally worth it. I would recommend a lil more meat in the Manti, that would make everything perfect!

This place was exceptional. Located very close to walnut street theater it’s by far the best Mediterranean food you’ll get in the city. The service is 5 star and the food is fresh and flavorful. The owner is often on site and you can tell he takes pride in every dish they put out. If you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out.

I loved my dinner at Paprica! I got the Chicken Adana which was sooooo good and my husband ordered the ground lamb kebabs (I don’t remember what they are called). The cucumber yogurt sauce was super good! You should definitely try dipping your meat into it of you like sauces. The bed of rice was also seasoned very well. We ordered the Baklava for dessert and it was insane. I wanted more and more. It was the best Baklava I’ve had while living in Philly. Last, we ordered Stuffed Grape Leaves as an appetizer and we weren’t sure what to expect because we have never tried them before. They weren’t for us but that’s nothing bad on the restaurant! We just aren’t a fan of the flavors so we probably won’t try them again, we were just curious. They did taste very fresh though so if you like Stuffed Grape Leaves I’m sure these would be really good!

I really appreciate what they are offering halal meals. Because finding a halal restaurant sometimes can be really hard in the U.S.A . Their dishes were really delicious, it's reminded me to my country. The plates were generous compare to their price, you can easily fill stomach with one plate. Also their restaurant was really clean and their restroom too, that's also one of the reasons why i gave them to 5 star. The restrooms can really be dirty in America. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone, if you didn't try Mediterranean foods before.I insist you to visit this nice restaurant.

Very welcome and friendly staff. Adana lamb was good, lentil Soup was different from the traditional one and I liked it, kunefa was kind of half sweet which was perfect. More 4.5 stars than 4.

Ok! Mediterranean restaurant with a modern twist. Healthy potion sizes, attentive wait staff, pleasant decor, really good good. The halloumi cheese was sliced thick and not over salted and pairs well with tomatoes, the chicken pirzola was grilled to a tender perfection adorned with veggies and rice. Check it out if you’re in the area!

Delicious meal, Wonderful people. My Girlfriend and I visited this restaurant twice on our trip. The servers are wonderful and recommended great dishes and pairings. The service from the waitresses and the amazing food made it an easy decision to go back for a second meal. The Baklava is to die for! It's even better with the Turkish tea, bitter and sweet. I will have to keep coming back because this is here favorite Baklava in America so far!

One of the best middle Halal Easter food I ever had! Every single dish was top notched. I ordered the mixed appetizer, mantos, mixed grill, lamb chops and whole fish. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for a good Halal dinning in the philly area. Its a bit expensive but its every penny worth it!

Friendly staff, great service, cozy ambiance, and excellent food. My gf and I start with mezze platter to try the different dips with bread. Then we split the manti dish, which is amazing with great seasoning. Then we order the doner platter as our main entree. The doner meat is delicious (half lamb, half beef), juicy, and sliced to perfection. At the end, we order kunefe as dessert. All in all, this is a classic and refined Turkish restaurant. Highly recommend for couples and groups. You won’t regret it!

Hello everyone, this is my favorite restaurant in Philly. Therefore, whenever I have friends over or out-of-town guests, I always take them here. I have a tradition of hosting Halloween dinners in my house however, this year since the group was really big, we went to this restaurant. First of all their service was amazing the preparation they prepared the tables before we came so there was enough seats for all of us. They were really friendly with us. The atmosphere, as always is amazing. If you are the kind of person who prefers a little cooler area, I would say just wear that are closed because the restaurant is usually pretty warm. The food was amazing. Everyone ordered something different and everyone liked. And for someone who’s looking for authentic Turkish restaurant this is one for you. They have Ayran they have cherry juice, Turkish coffee, and etc. Another idea is if you’re looking for a good first day to location. Their appetizers are very filling and you guys can get just couple drinks and appetizers. The place is very nice especially from woman to other woman if you are going on a first date and you want to feel safe. This is definitely a place for you since this is family owned place.

Pricey for what amounts to some very standard offerings. If you’re a fan of Greek food in general you’ll appreciate authenticity, but it’s a pass if you need high quality ingredients. - Tasty hummus but no focus on sustainable, seasonal, or flavor / ingredients. Was taken here by friends. It’s just ok.

I mean, the picture speaks for itself. I didn't feel like I was at a restaurant, rather I felt like I was eating a home made meal the moment I sipped the lentil soup. The lamb was tender and the bulgar rice was spiced to perfection. The staff were *superb* and attentive. I felt like I entered Turkey with their generous hospitality. The place itself was clean and the ambience made me feel like I was sitting in a restaurant in Istanbul. Ultimately you get an authentic feel coupled with authentic food and wonderful staff.

Fantastic halal Turkish restaurant! Must try their lentil soup and homemade bread with olive oil. Chicken Adana kebab or Chicken beyti is also fantastic. Top it off with tea and baklava! It’s a nice family owned cozy restaurant, enough space for small gatherings. Very friendly staff that walk around actually waiting on you.

Quick service! Everything on the menu is so yummy. The staff is very friendly and polite. The owner was present at the time I visited and I got to speak with him as well, a very respectful individual. The place is clean, and the bathrooms were clean as well. I’ve been here twice, once with my family and once on a date - and both times it was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend! Portion sizes are perfect and it has a nice atmosphere with upbeat Turkish music playing in the background. Would definitely come again!

Overall, a great experience at this restaurant. First time trying Turkish food and I gotta say, food is very good. Only complain is the beef kabab, it was is overcooked, quite chewy. Besides that, everything was fantastic. Elif was our waitress and she was super friendly. We also got Turkish tea at the end. It was on the house. Will definitely return if I ever crave Mediterranean food.

I recently dined at this Turkish restaurant, and it was a delightful experience! The ambiance was warm, the service attentive, and the food was an absolute treat for the taste buds. From the flavorful kebabs to the rich baklava, every dish showcased authentic Turkish flavors. I highly recommend trying their mixed grill—it's a carnivore's dream come true. Overall, a fantastic culinary journey that transported me to the heart of Turkey.

This Turkish restaurant was a really well organized, good service, waiter was warm and very knowledgeable about the menu. Food was very quickly served. And food was very delicious. We ordered lamb chops which was excellent and not well done. You can taste the juice of the meat! The fried liver was excellent. The onions with parkika gave it even more taste! It’s definitely for 2 people size dish! So the money feels like worth it! Lamb shank was truly soft and yumy with the kaboli type of yellow rice. Again two people size dish. Chicken Paluzo (unsure of the spelling) was very tasty. Right amount of heat was applied when cooking! Turkish tea was delightful and apple tea felt like apple juice just warmed. But tasted good! We were 3 people and still taking food home that is left over! Our waiter was Tuba and she was very warm and friendly! Thank you Tuba for your service!

Top service, very flavorful and well-cooked food. My family and I always come here and are never disappointed. The food tastes very authentic and the team and cook are from Turkey so you get a well-rounded experience of Turkish service and hospitality. Love it here! Thank you for the great dining experience!

Amazing Turkish food here, please come if you want to delight your taste buds. Everything is so well spiced but not over spiced, just enough onion for a delightful crunch in your meals. The flatbread tastes freshly chewy and toasted to a crunchy perfection. Love the meats, well seasoned, tender and juicy, but not fatty. Nothing is bland here, not even rice.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at my favorite Turkish restaurant. The generous food portions and inviting atmosphere always make it a top choice for me. Today, I treated myself to their incredible manti dumplings, and I must say, they were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious meal and a cozy ambiance.

I walked in because I thought the restaurant had a cute aesthetic so I didn’t have any expectations. I was a little worried because the restaurant was empty when I walked in, but the food was amazing, the staff were so sweet, and the decor is a vibe. I def recommend for anybody that likes middle eastern food.

I had the pleasure of dining at Paprica Grill with a dear friend who was visiting, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. This restaurant specializes in authentic Mediterranean and Turkish cuisine, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance, which perfectly set the stage for the incredible meal that was to follow. We started off with their Turkish tea which comes with a cookie. Our main courses consisted of the chicken shish kebab and lamb beyti. Both dishes were expertly prepared and full of exquisite flavors that made our taste buds dance. The chicken shish kebab was tender and well-seasoned, while the lamb beyti was succulent and rich in taste. For dessert we had kunefe, which was served with a generous scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. This heavenly combination of melted cheese, shredded pastry, and sweet syrup left us speechless and craving for more. Throughout our meal, the service was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of and enjoyed our dining experience to the fullest. In summary, Paprica Grill is an absolute gem for those seeking an unforgettable Mediterranean and Turkish dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance all deserve a well-earned 5/5 rating. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful gastronomic adventure, and I can't wait to return for another memorable meal.

Walked in for a quick lunch yesterday. Was surprised of how good the menu looked . Many options to choose from. So ordered the appetizer sampler burek mixed grill and a pide. I was shocked it was honestly better than many places I have dined at even in Istanbul. Salads are and seasoned to the T . Meats grilled to perfection and seasoned extremely well not overpowering. And the tea reminded me of this place in grand bazaar. I finished w a kunefeh that’s baked on-site crispy cheese warm and delicious. This place is outstanding. Wait the best lentil soup in the world period . The best most attentive service in the city . Meaning never received as good of a service in this city since before corona .

Although we came late (1 hour before closing time) to the restaurant, the staff was nice to serve us fully until we were done. They even offered tea after their closing time. This shows how much they care about each customer. Definitely would recommend it to others. The food is tasty (also halal) and delivered fast. We were satisfied

Food was extremely fresh and delicious! The owner was so welcoming and eager to ti feed us- it was refreshing. The girls were patient with me since I didn't know what I wanted at first and the restaurant itself is small and clean. 10/10 I would recommend.

Popular Turkish restaurant, with tasty and flavorful food, friendly and fast service, and a nice atmo. I had a Chicken Adana Kebab, which came with rice and vegetables. The portion was quite descent size and it took approx. 10 minutes to be prepared. The hostess and waitress were very attentive and kind. Definitely, a place that is worth trying.

Authentic Turkish food in a great area! Everything was so delicious - we ordered the lamb hummus, grilled halloumi, chicken shish kebab and lamb beyti. The staff was so welcoming and attentive and gave us traditional Turkish tea on the house to finish our meal. It’s also BYO, so remember to bring your favorite bottle!

The food was so delicious and the customer service was top notch as well. Everything that we ordered came on time and in the right order (appetizers, entree). The server was kind enough to ask if I would to have the tea now or later. They do have high chairs for kids. Very clean place. The meat is halal, juicy, fresh and very well cooked. Kunefe was also really good. It had the perfect balanced taste.

I had the Shish Kebab Yogurt and some Turkish coffee. Both were delicious! It seemed a bit pricey for the portions, but ultimately a small price to pay for high-quality, authentic food and great service. Definitely would like to return next time I’m in the area!
