They have always been quick to do what they can to ensure that I have a good overall experience at big dog pawn. Everyone is friendly and they are really fair and reasonable when giving you a loan. They will even work with you past your due date to make sure you can get your belongings back if you want them!

Big Dog pawn is honestly the BEST in town!! I called and spoke with Scott at the State Street location and he was SO nice and worked with me, so I wouldn’t lose my items after having some financial hardship. The entire staff has been so friendly & understanding. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know! Thank you guys for being SO Awesome!! :)

MUST READ!!! I started coming to this store about 1 1/2 years ago. Needed some quick cash and their service and value of my items was outstanding. I am now currently in the middle of selling my house were some extra money was needed.They have continued to give me superb value on my many items I bring them, and also excellent service.They have made it so easy for me since the first time I walked through the door. Very rarely do I go to an establishment where I do not feel the need to compare or shop around other places. Bottom line these guys are great!

I was in the Murray location and the staff there Craig and Nick helped me with my pawn. They got me what I wanted for my pawn loan quickly, I was impressed and pleased for how quick and pleasant my experience was. I highly recommend Big Dog Pawn for when you need a pawn loan or when you was wanting to buy some good items at a great price. Being a new golfer I found Trevor, Jose, Nick Craig, and Sarah to be nothing short of amazing! They welcomed me in to their store and helped me with everything I needed. Today I went in to get a new laptop for my dad. This is my second time coming in and let me tell you the customer service EVERYTIME I come in is amazing! First Sara helped us pick out a laptop and trust me when I say WE TOOK OUR TIME. She was so sweet, helpful and very patient! We also met another friendly face that helped us named Jose! He was nice and helped us with one of the laptops, fangirled over guns together and even knocked down the price of our laptop! We left very happy and satisfied with our purchase! Craig and Danielle were amazing helpers. I got my brother a guitar and amp for Christmas, they were very helpful with explaining the return and pawn policy as well as what layaway was.
