Really not happy because after sending live chat messages no one has replied to me. My daughter had Butterfly locks done. After 2 days they began to slip and 2 had fallen out. Now after 2 weeks so many have fallen out, around 20. My daughter wants them out. My 14 Yr old daughter paid for the hair from her savings which cost £75 and her Dad and I shared the cost of the appointment which cost £173.65. Do not use this company. They do not respond if there is an issue with there service

The stylist I had was really unprofessional DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! The last time I had my hair done it was the most traumatic experience. She was two hours late and then ordered food midway through the appointment. There was an issue with the delivery of her food and she began shouting and arguing with the customer service of Uber eats. She was so loud I had to wait in my bathroom until she had calmed down. My hair was finished at 11pm and when I woke up the next day it was already coming out and my natural hair was sticking out of the Marley twist that The stylist had put in. My hair was uneven and the partings were also terrible. One week and a half in I had to take it out. I’ve made a complaint to MAHB and they haven’t responded. I also called and they said they don’t take complaints over the phone. Please don’t use their service getting your hair done is meant to be relaxing and this was quite the opposite. I even paid extra for a specific length on my Marley twist and the length was also incorrect. I will not be using their services again I am a very unhappy customer.

Do not use them!! Terrible service! Really unprofessional, rude and aggressive hairdresser came to my house. She came 40mins late and didn’t listen to anything then started insulting me in my own home!! She even complained about my house being far when I paid an additional £10 for the extra mileage. She acted like she was doing my hair for free. I then put a 1 star review on the website and explained why and they changed my review to 5 star and deleted my comment!! Fraud!! The woman I spoke to to make a complaint was equally rude and hung up the phone on me. She didn’t even let me explain the issues I had. Just said that the hairdresser knew what she was doing!? The actual hair style was meant to be Senegalese twist. She blow dried my hair about 4 times and my hair was so sticky and hard and stiff with so much gel It was ridiculous. It was sparse on my scalp but huge at the roots and really thin half way down the braid?! By the same evening most of it was unravelling. I’ve been doing this style for about 10 years and this was the worse experience. She had no clue what she was doing. It’s like she was doing box braid with twists at the ends! I could only wear it in a bun for work until I could take out the mess!!

I use MAHB to book my weave on extensions and hair styling and have been using them coming up a year. I’m always pleased with my weave on. The hairdressers I’ve used each time are top quality. I feel listened to and they accommodate my wishes and any changes, which means my weaves are always just as I want them. I now how my favourite hairdresser on MAHB and even when she has no dates on her calendar, I contact Admin on MAHB and they get her booked in for me. Admin are always quick to respond and polite. I’m happy I found MAHB. I have found them trustworthy and the hairdressers polite and professional. They respect my home and even tidy up after themselves. The biggest plus for me is that I don’t have to drive anywhere. They come to me. I am pleased to recommend MAHB and the various services they offer. Ann-Marie

I highly recommend MAHB. I’ve used them on a range of occasions from my wedding (make up and hair) to day to day hair do. Chi Chi is an expert at what she does and is so versatile - she’s being my beautician for over a decade. Her beauticians are also very professional and they go out of their way to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. You won’t regret using their services.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , this is the second time using one of the beauticians and feeling as though they do not know how to execute the hairstyle and unsatisfied with the end result. Prior to this appointment I booked one of the beauticians for a full head sew in with leave out and was not happy with the finish, but I decided to not feedback as maybe it was just a one off time. However, again today I'm not happy with the end result, ponytail is flakey and not sleek the beautician being the professional should have used the products that she knew wouldn't flake, not use what I gave her and then at end turn around and blame it on the product. I should also not have to advise the beautician on how to blend the leave out with the weave. If the weave is curly/wavy then it is common sense that you can't just straighten the leave out and not give it some sort of wave. I am very unhappy with the overall finish, the ponytail looks very messy and not sleek. This is not worth the money paid of £120, because I am now having to try and rectify myself. I am writing this to you in hopes that in the future you will make sure that beauticians on your website can actually do the hairstyles they advertise.

There's no afro salons in my area, so I've gone for this service for my 4yo daughter with 3c curls. It was easy to book, all stylists had reviews so I went for the best rated one within 10miles (over 10miles is a extra due to further travel), Florence :) I chose a picture of a hairstyle, we wanted and Florence recreated it perfectly. She was comfortable working with kids, patient, and really knew what she was doing. I got to ask her so many questions and she gave me a lot of valuable advice that i'd completely trust, as she really knew what she was talking about. I'd definitely recommend !

Used the service many times Only have had one mishap which was resolved quickly. Would be better if you could use an app instead of web. Help this business grow....
