    I booked a package all-inclusive holiday for four between 6th August – 15th August through Thomas Cook 2 adults and 2 children) which was supposed to be a 4-star hotel. First 3 days of a one-week holiday turned out to be nightmare and as were kept in horrendous Conditions. Issues - mould, exposed wires, compact rooms, burst pipes in shower, door off hinge, moved room three times. Thomas Cook have tried to compensate £150 considering I paid £2520, I'm rather insulted. The compensation of £150 is a standard offer no matter your complain I've come to realize doing my due diligence. I booked with Thomas Cook due to it's reputation, placing my confidence to get the service I paid for turned out to be a nightmare. Since rejecting offer and asked to escalate and I've had no reply or contact to date. I need someone to make contact to get this resolved. Thanks

    Absolutely outrageous - need important info on booked travel but can't get through to them. Waited 20 minutes on line and no one answered.

    Company about to go into liquidation and refuse to refund me. Disgusting behaviour from staff at there outlets aswel. Give our money back.

    Before setting a foot in America, you must know about the candy death pills. They are very attractive to kids. Currently these candy death pills are killing as many people as 3 times the September 11th attacks EVERY MONTH! Children are not safe in USA. In the last 10 years overdoses in America killed more than all U.S. combat deaths in the entire history of USA. Hundreds of thousands of kids have already died from candy death pills in America Keep your kids away from USA, if you don't have to visit America for important reasons stay away yourself as these candy death pills could get in your drinks and food at any time. These numbers are REAL.

    The worst customer service. Avoid it. Don't trust the website. Read their terms and conditions before you book because they don't refund money in case of any cancellation.

    Had a terrible experience with holiday booking took me while to find a perfect holiday, after purchase I have received holiday confirmation without flight confirmation and money has been taken from my bank. Two days later I have bean informed that flight prices gone up and additional payment of just under £80 is required. at this point I have accepted the price rise but the next day I have received another email with price rise this time by nearly £400. During the conversation through chat because its impossible speak with Thomas Cook over the phone and bean told "team that takes care of these in departure date order. The urgent bookings take priority and are taken care of first" You don't have to be a travel agent to know that flight prices will likely change 3 days later. On the end I cancelled my order and I will never use Thomas Cook again
