Ordered 3 pairs of earrings , totally disappointed , would fit a baby , they got very shirty when I complained , said they get nothing but good reviews , well aren’t I happy I looked up the reviews & it seems I’m not alone after all ...and always the same answer , they are hurt & upset ....well not as much as people who brought them & disappointed & wasted their money ! I feel relieved it’s not just me & like I told them I won’t be using again or recommend to anyone!!!

Love my earrings finally got to wear them I couldn't get them in as the bars were to wide so went to a jewellers who put them in for me thought I would let you know thanks very much

The bracelet was in pieces when it arrived. It was replaced straight away. But definitely not worth the money. Very flimsy.

I ordered the angel with love bracelet for family members They all arrived within 6 day ( even with the Christmas post) One of the bracelet- I had a small issue with no fault of this company ( just one of them things) I emailed the customer service and had a response straight away, Helped with my query - I emailed them back as I had resolved the issue myself- This company send a replacement when they didn’t need to Amazing customer service and support will definitely be buying again

Cheap and nasty peacock feather necklace broke before I could put it on. Don't waste your money you could get better in a pound shop

Darby Pritchard's is a fabulous company, I have bought many sets of necklace and earrings from them and they are all fabulous. I often use the company for Christmas and birthday gifts and when I received a gift box that was damaged, it was very quickly replaced with a little gift for me, their customer service is excellent.

I bought 2 pairs of the gold Angel of Hope and 2 pairs of the silver Angel of Hope earrings. The customer service was excellent, received within 5 days of ordering. The earrings themselves are of excellent quality and very pretty. More than happy to give them as Christmas presents to fussy daughters.

I received a bracelet today advertised at full price 14.99 but reduced to £5.49. It’s absolutely disgusting cheap flimsy and nasty. Having emailed the company regarding this their reply was flippant and uncaring! I will not be ordering anything else
