Three days prior to a trip to South America the little infection on my upper left arm had to be seen by a medical professional. I visited Arlington Urgent Care at Kingsdale Center. Waiting was reasonable, staff was very knowledgable and friendly. It turned out I had a small cyst. It got quickly opened, cleaned, and I received antibiotic ointments and band-aids to care for my small wound. I definitely will go back again if my family doctor won't be able to see me. Also, it was easy to register online, do the "paperwork" and reserve time a day before my visit. Still, the place also welcomes walk-ins Efficient and great urgent care facility.

Wow, if the rest of the medical industry ran like this office, we would probably see productivity gains across the board. Super clean waiting area and examination space. Extremely efficient check in procedure. Entered the office a few minutes after 9am, was back on the road at 935 am. I was in the exam room and being seen by the attendant right at my appointment time. That’s the way all doctors’ visits should be. They had even called in my prescription before I was out of the exam room. Suitably impressed and I can easily recommend this location for quick minor medical issues.

Was feeling unwell Easter morning, so I made an appointment online. I also called to make sure they were open. Their automated system said nothing about Holiday hours. I even got a reminder text 20 minutes before my appointment...and sure enough they were closed when I showed up. No signage in the window indicating Holiday closings either.

Took my son here when we couldn’t get in with his pediatrician right away. The staff here was great and the facilities were wonderful. I’ll definitely go back in the future if we need anything!

I brought in my two year old for severe mucus, sneezing, and fever. They deemed her sickness viral just by looking at her face. The doctor said “I’d bet my job on it”… They tested her for flu and Covid and she was negative. They looked in her ears and said they were not infected and that was another reason they did not give an antibiotic. I was disappointed that my daughter was not given any medication. I then took her to Ohio Health. They determined she had an eye infection and ear infection that this doctor missed. We were prescribed appropriate meds. The office was also run more professionally. Very glad I got a second opinion. My two year old was severely ill.

So, in my recent experience I was not actually seen at the clinic because they were so busy- but both the front desk receptionist and the X-ray tech (I think Alyssa and Mike were their names) saw that I needed more immediate care (I came in bc I needed stitches) and were kind enough to contact several clinics in the system to check for availability. As a result, I was able to walk in to a sister clinic and be seen right away. I very much appreciated their extra effort in helping me get the care I needed!

I will give you all a 10! The whole experience was very positive. The facility was spotless, the staff were informative, courteous and professional. When you are not feeling well all these factors are important. Arlington Urgent Care made my visit a very easy, and informative experience. Thank you.

Been here a few times over the years. Always prompt, courteous, and professional. Never have I had a long wait. It’s great.

Went to this Urgent Care facility because I got a “bruise” (petechia: bleeding under the skin) on my face, I have been getting it for the last two months, anyway we got there the receptionist didn’t even acknowledged us or our “good morning” just told me to sign up on their little iPad on the side, I did.. once I was done she asked why I was there and I explained to the receptionist what happened she asked if it was a skin rash and said they don’t offer dermatologist services, I told her is not a skin rash it’s broken blood vessels, she went in the back —mind you, I could hear the whole conversation from the front desk— I heard her talking tho whoever was going to take a look at me, the person said if it was a derma problem they couldn’t solve it, receptionist came back and told me what was said I assured her it WAS NOT a skin rash/derma related, it was a blood issue and while handing me a Dermatologist info said “she can see you but if its a skin rash she will give you this paper and you will get billed” I again said it wasn’t a skin rash and she kept on saying they would send me to a derma (WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME) and kept trying to give me the dermatologist’s info, me and my husband decided to go somewhere else where I was actually received, checked by the medical people at that other place and it was indeed a blood and bruising issue. Thank you Arlington Team for being horrible at your job and for turning your back on patients that need help. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

They were on time, and very friendly. My son has an ear infection and has never had to take antibiotics before and the doctor was SO kind and explained every possible side effect and even showed me a picture of the rash side effect to look out for just in case. I thought that was very responsible and thoughtful of her. She could’ve just told me to Google it and gone about her day but she made sure I was 100% knowledgeable and comfortable before leaving the room. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you so much!

I have been here twice for two different ear infections, and both times I was prescribed ear drops by the examiner. Both times the prescription did not work, and the infections got worse, forcing me to seek out a different clinic, and both times the second clinic fixed my issue with no problems. Would not recommend for ear infections

Would not recommend going to this location. I came in for an issue I’d had for two weeks. I was turned away at the reception desk without even seeing the doctor. The doctor had the receptionist tell me “there’s nothing I can do to help you”. She wouldn’t even talk to me herself. Extremely unprofessional and clearly not a good doctor. I was lucky enough to get a video appt with my PCP that afternoon who had the opposite reaction…she offered advice, otc medications to help, and drink/food suggestions to help. I’m appalled at how I was treated by this urgent care, do not take yourself or your loved ones here!

staff was great honestly. they were really friendly. they got me in quick and helped me in a timely manner. it is not far from my campus and they always treat me well. I love this location!

Forced me to pay hundreds of dollars for approved workers comp visits from 3 years ago because they can't figure out how to bill it properly. They do not respond to calls, voicemails, or emails, just send increasingly threatening texts. If I had known what a long stressful experience this would be, I would never have gone through the (also miserable) process of filling workers comp claims and would have just dishonestly billed my insurance instead, saving myself hundreds of dollars.

Everyone is always so friendly and efficient! They got me in and out which is great when you don't feel well. I highly recommend!

It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I went to the hospital first but it was going to be a 5 hour wait, a nurse that lives in the area recommended Arlington urgent care

The lady Doctor and X-ray doctor was extremely nice and helpful. But I give a three start because the young lady at the desk was not welcoming her energy was really off . Bad attitude and that makes bad business!

Went there for sore throat/headache and they told me I have an ear infection and put me on antibiotics? I later go somewhere else for a second opinion and they disagreed and told me to stop the antibiotics and told me it was Mono after a positive test. Normally have had good experiences here but probably won’t be returning

Scheduled an appointment online this afternoon and was seen, xrayed, and told my results/ treatment in about 30 minutes. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well!

Easily the best Urgent Care in town. I've never seen anyone else see patients as fast as they do, and on top of that, everyone who works there is so nice and empathetic. I have been to a few of the Urgent Cares around Columbus and this one takes the cake.

As expected, they were quite busy at this time of year. Being able to wait out in the car where it was more comfortable and warm, and have the receptionist call me when my appointment was ready, was very helpful. The office was clean, the staff was very kind and professional; they listened to my concerns. I felt well cared for.

Helpful and clean, however they said they were covered by my insurance and I would only be liable for a copay upon a visit. No testing was done for my visit yet I am still receiving a bill upwards of an additional $249 to pay out of pocket despite being told directly that it was a covered expense, in addition to a $75 copay at the time of my visit.

I think this urgent care is amazing! From being told upfront what to expect and best option being an appointment to online registration to what's most important, the care given! I felt like I was with people who truly cared about my wellbeing like I had been seeing them for years! Kudos because you are onto lots of success when you obviously care about each other and every patient that walks through the door!! We need more medical options like yours.

The staff at Arlington are top notch. It was very clean. The entire staff is very kind. Stephanie is an exceptional and knowledgeable provider. The wait was not very long. I do feel that was just my luck but they have a great way of keeping you up to date on wait time and what place you are in line, if you register online. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. It's the only urgent I will go to. I rarely ever get ill. The few times I have needed something other urgent cares completely dismissed me. Arlington Urgent Care over the years has always been hands down the best experience and service. Doesn't matter who or what staff I encounter they are always A+. I'd rather visit Arlington Urgent Care than my own pcp. Arlington is the example all urgent cares and doctor offices should strive to be more like.

I was very pleased with my experience at Arlington Urgent Care. The reason I started coming to AUC is because this is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. The staff is professional, friendly, and kind. I appreciate their follow-up and willingness to answer questions. A big thank you to all of them, esp Dr. Christine. She is amazing, calm, and never in a hurry to see other patients. She always treats her patients with tender love and care and satisfies patients' needs. The best part of the AUC is the weekend hours, when our regular doctors won’t talk to us or see us, unless we’re in the hospital, keep up the good work! I would just comment on the wait time in the waiting room. It sometimes takes longer than expected.

It was so wonderful to be able to just walk right in and get helped because my main doctor couldn't get me in until today and CVS couldn't get me in until today and I was all stressed about the allergic bee sting reaction from 2 bees. I'm feeling a little better today from the steroids so I think it's helping a lot! Thank you for the quick and professional nurses and practitioners. They were fabulous! I will definitely be back.

Th staff was very good. Quick, efficient, all the while making me feel as comfortable as possible. Facilities are clean, neat, and spacious. From the front desk to the medics staff, time and care were taken for the patient. I went to the Washington Court a house location and will definitely keep them in mind whenever I need some medical attention.
