昭和に栄えてたんだろうなという古いホテルです。口コミを見て覚悟をしていたつもりですが、私は2度と泊まらないと思います。まずホテル入ってすぐ匂いがきついです。煙草の臭いを掻き消すための香水のような香り。実際小さなロビーには喫煙ルームがありました。またお部屋の壁はシミだらけ、エアコンはカビがびっしりで臭すぎてつけられない、天井の換気扇なども黒カビがすごかったです。この状態で営業を続けていることに正直びっくりしました。さすがに食堂は古くても綺麗な状態でしたので、客室清掃もお願いしたいです。あとは安いので仕方ないですがベッドがかなり固いです。朝食も安くてつけてくれるのはありがたいですし内容も味も悪くないですが、なぜここまで評価が良いのかわかりませんでした。一方で接客はしっかりされていましたし、周辺の観光についても紹介紙を用意されていました。

来た時、昭和にタイムスリップしたのかと思った 受付は口コミ通りによかったが、外出時のルームキーや、駐車場に停めた車のキーを預けなければいけないシステムがとても嫌だった。 部屋はトリプルで、こちらも口コミ通りに激狭で何をするにもベッドの上でなければいけない。 そして、何よりエアコンが超汚く吹き出し口にも埃がびっしり。 つけたら部屋中に飛び散ること間違い無かったが、暑かったのでつけるしかなかった… この汚さなら、床も相当汚いと思うので、ペラッペラの履きづらいスリッパではあったがしっかりと履き続けた💧 謎に風呂場は綺麗でよかった 水圧も問題なくてホッとした 食事は可もなく不可もなく。 「わぁ〜、どれ食べよう❤️」 といったワクワクさがあるわけではないが、 淡々と朝食として空腹を満たすには問題ないです。 でも、この先に浦安で何かあっても、宿泊することは2度とないだろう

Great location for a short stay to catch train the next day. Room is small as expected, very quiet, good functional bathroom but the toilet tends to take ages to refill the tank after each flush. Hotel front door next to busy road, may be challenging to stop the car and move luggage to the hotel foyer. Staff very helpful. Need to pay when check in instead of during check out.

Nice and just simply perfect for a reasonable price. Recommended!

お値段がとてもお安い。千葉得旅キャンペーンを使ったのでさらに安くなりクーポンも貰えました。部屋全体古いですが水回りなど綺麗でした。隣の音が聞こえる事もなく過ごせました。難を言うならばシャワーの水圧がもっとあればと思いました。後、ホテル内の消毒の匂いが少し気になりました。 ディズニーランドに行く方で泊まる方が多いのかファミリーが多かったように思います。 朝食はビッフェ式でしたがとても美味しかったです。 この値段であれば何も問題ありません。また利用しようと思いました。

Stayed in the hotel a weekend. Me and my partner found it great. It's a good price for value and in a very welcoming area. There's a lot of typical Japanese restaurants around and the station is very near by. The staff was very attentive all the time and the breakfast was good! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone staying at Urayasu.

The hotel needs updating there is no question about it, this is a 2 star hotel at best, no laundry, no ice machines, and the fabric on the bed skirting are all broken in places exposing the springs. The buffet breakfast is OK if you want to a Japanese based breakfast, no cereal, no toaster, and breads do not get replenished during the service. The staff know the issues and puts on a brave face and deal with it the best they can. This hotel should not appear on Qantas FFQ rewards as it is far below average might as well just randomly pick any hotel.

nearby Urayasu station

Location was perfect. Close to Urayasu Station and about a ten minute taxi ride to Disney. Front desk was very helpful in finding restaurants and info about ways to get to Narita Airport. Had a 3bdrm which was snug but ok for me and two children.
