Very slow service.came for the checkup from morning 9am but not finised till 5pm..

The time was appointed by the doctor. We arrive an hour before the appointment. This time we had to wait more than 4 hours for the sake of 5 minutes of doctor’s reception. The hospital is disorganized.

I became very ill while travelling on business to Tokyo in 2018. I thought I might have had pneumonia. My hotel sent me by taxi to this hospital where I was treated with great care, professionalism, and respect. I speak virtually no Japanese (and English was in short supply when I visited too!) but through a combination of gestures, smiles, bows, and complete medical professionalism, I was well-taken care of and found to just have a mild case of bronchitis. You learn a lot about people when you’re sick and alone in another country. My experiences that day left me with a profound respect and admiration for the kind and thoughtful people of Japan.

In terms of Time Management… all the hospitals in japan should be rated 1/10. Just for a normal check up, it usually takes around 9-12 hrs.. if ur lucky it may less time. Overall experience was very poor.☹️

Thank you to doctors nurses and staffs who treated my son. I am so touched and thankful with their help and they worked hard to make me and my son comfortable. They also worked hard to speak to me as I am not japanese and can speak only a little bit japanese. They are so helpful to me as a foreigner. When I want to make payments the staff accompanied me all the way from ward to counter and assist me to make payments. Thank you.

I was hospitalized here for 2 weeks. The nurses and staff were super nice and patient with me despite the language barrier. They definitely made my stay more comfortable. Also grateful for my doctor who did a successful operation on me.

The hospital is good but very little english speaking

Professional medical staff, who make an effort to use English (if it makes the transaction easier). The turnaround time in the Billings section leaves much to be desired though. For a facility dealing with people who are unwell, timing is of essence. All else was seamless and professional.

Nurses and Doctors are good and caring . But staff at the admission counter are rude .
