The stay here was an excellent choice for the price. The hotel was simple, cozy, and clean, offering great value. They also had convenient vending machines that provide a variety of food, beverages, and even toiletries. The room, while lacking a cupboard for storing luggage, did have a few hangers for clothes. To be noted that the bathroom design might be a bit unusual due to a shared door design. They also provide with soap, shampoo and clean towels. While the staff was generally friendly, it's essential to mention that there was a slight incident where the cleaning staff entered the room without any notice, which was highly inappropriate. Despite this, the overall experience, including a smooth check-in and check-out process, was positive. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and bus services, which allowed us to explore nearby places on foot as well.

SAME...you twisted my wedding anniversary. My husband makes a reservation for Madrid Hotel 3 weekends ago. Since then, we have no got the confirmation on email. We have asked by email on their website with not lucky. Up to 3 times...no answer. So I start to think I lost my money, my time and the my confidence on this company. No one have the rights no hold an answer when they are not assessing a situation- complaint. ItĀ“s a key of customer care that obviously this company NO HAVE. I am totally frustrated with this situation because they have my money for over 3 weeks and I have nothing to confirmed my booking. What a same. No more words to describe my emotions on this matter.

Pretty good, cheap, on the metro line (5mins walk) but actually getting an Uber is cheaper into town than the metro. A good bar nearby is Arturos, eat at cafeteria Puerto Maior or if you want a safe bet VIPS is great for everyone (and veggies) The hotel itself is clean and modern. Itā€™s in a very quiet area so thereā€™s very little outside noise (none in fact.) Our shower door leaked so the bathroom floor was a pool of water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Vending machines for breakfast and snacks - which wouldnā€™t accept my (UK) card. Overall a good deal for a relatively central hotel in Madrid.

The hotel has a great location! It is not expensive, and it is near a lot of nice places. We went to a lot of museums by foot. There is not breackfast included in the reservation, but The hotel offers some options by a certain price, and there is a place right in the corner that has a great menu (breakfast, lunch), and it is really cheap.

The hotel is in a newer neighborhood of Madrid. It is close to the Atocha train station but even closer to the south central bus station. There are several city bus stops and is close to the Metro as well.

very disappointed The strangest hotel I've ever been to in my life. The rooms are small and the door to the bathroom is not sealed and there are no showers either so the door to the bathroom is shared with the shower and then there is no door to the bathroom. There is no breakfast, only drink machines and sandwiches at the lowest level available. Shabby lobby with high chairs like a bar, but uncomfortable chairs. The service in the lobby was fast and efficient.

Great value hotel at a convenient location. The rooms are relatively spacious. Overall the hotel is new and well maintained. Though a bit further out of the city centre, itā€™s easy to access the Metro and suburban trains. The toilet design is not the best with a shared door but itā€™s still clean and functional.

Small rooms, just for sleep and a shower as breaks between sightseeing or whatsoelse around Madrid. It is quite well located near Mendez Alvaro metro-bus-cercanias station (intercambiador), which makes things easier for a backpacker. Nice people, a very silent neighbouring. Do not hesitate if you want something cheap, clean, ready to leave for meeting the great Madrid.

Room are neat and tidy and the location is quite good. The only point I donā€™t like about is we have to pay extra cost to rent for the hair dryer.

I loved this place mainly because of the team working there, very classy and helpful people. Also the hotel located in a very safe area

9.9/10. The only complaint I have is that I found a hair on the shampoo bottle, which makes me question the cleanliness of the place. Other than that, it's absolutely immaculate. Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff, BEAUTIFUL room, has vending machines with both food/beverages and toiletries. PS I recommend for solo trips or to stay with someone you're extremely comfortable with...there is no door separating the room and the toilet area. I was a solo traveller for one night, no breakfast, so it was just about perfect

The location is perfect, close to the bus station and easily accessible by metro. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a one-night stop. The service is fast and efficient, the workers are very kind. I would not eat breakfast here though.

Very very basic hotel, no fridge/hair dryer/glass in the bathroom...etc. Dont expect its 10mins walking distance from Atocha. Good thing is having microwave and vending machines.

2 star review for a 1 star hotel. Beds are like rocks, AC is insuficient.

New Hotel, great staff, very helpful and friendly, but you have to understand that this is a boutique Hotel, there are no extras, nothing, it's very clear, great site lines, not sure it's ideal for a long stay. But great location, not too far from anything, but far enough.

Typical basic and minimum space but definitely good night stay. Paid parking garage next door up to 20 euros a day. Street parking (green) up front . Free coffee, thin wall, free water, microwave, and friendly staff. I recommended for the price

Easy to access from the airport and for me ideally situated for my planned day trip to el Escorial and right next to Madrid Sur bus station for my onward journey to Guadalupe. It was reasonably priced. The staff who attended my check in was nice. The rooms are poorly insulated and unfortunately the occupants of the room above had a kid who was running about in their room from midnight to around 5am, so it was a footsteps nightmare. Not much nightlife around the hotel so if you're a party animal, not really the place for you.

Rooms are clear but not so big. It's enough to meet what you need. The problem is the location. It's not so close to the center of Madrid and turistic places. Nevertheless it's close to the metro station, you can use to reach to the center instead of walking.
