Attractive peaceful Asian restaurant where you can actually talk to your companion without having to shout across the table like in so many other places in Madrid. The service was helpful and friendly. Our prawn & chicken spring rolls were delicious and the second course rice dishes were excellent (and abundant!). Recommended by a freind and we will be back!

As an Asian I cannot say it is authentic Japanese food. I’m quite disappointed at Terriyaki chicken. I read good reviews I thought it would be really good. but the chicken was really not the right Japanese way to cook and almost bo sause which is super important for this dish. 😮‍💨 and there is no English Menu….

Nice ambience, good food, laughable service. The interior is very inviting: dimly lit, lots of wood, pretty lamps. It's a bit like an elegant version of a street food stand in Hong Kong or so. The menu offers a wide selection of classic Asian dishes, with a creative touch here and there. My partner and I shared three starters and one main. The wagame salad, shrimp gyozas and crispy duck bao were delicious. But the chashu ramen lacked flavor, particularly because the soup was too watery. For dessert, we had the fried rolls filled with banana and chocolate—a solid choice. Our biggest issue with Tsukuri Soba is the service. We had to wait 45 minutes for the starters to arrive. After we finished, no one bothered to take away our plates or ask whether we wanted dessert. One of the waiters was cleaning empty tables—even though the restaurant was about to close—instead of taking care of the remaining clients. Having waited for more than ten minutes, we decided to shout for them to come. The very same thing happened again when we wanted to ask for the check. The waiters are so bad it's almost funny. But if you're not in a hurry, you may want to give Tsukuri Soba a try.

Too expensive for the quality of the food. Yakisobas (13€)and ebi yakitori (8€) were flavor less and the gyozas (8€) seemed to be store bought (I swear I’ve the sames in my freezer). For a cheaper price would be a good option, but current offer is overpriced.

Authentic Japanese cuisine! Delicious food for an affordable price.

We got there at 745pm which is somewhat early and the place was empty. We ordered starters (edamame, wakame and gyozas) as well as main dishes that included ebi tempuras, duck noodles, vegetable vermicelli and pad thai. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was fast and cordial. Waiter was very helpful recommending that we look at their websites for pictures of the dishes. Overall a very pleasant experience and one we recommend heartily.
