Would have loved to have stayed here for more than one night as I personally enjoyed the room more than hit or miss Airbnb. Towels are changed every three days here and my room was cozy. I slept very well and everything felt clean. There is free water and coffee in the lobby and a nice area in the lobby to relax by a fireplace.

Literally from the best hotels I’ve been to! The staff are super friendly and welcoming! And the hotel interiors are fascinating. The hotel lobby and room had all interiors and modern style. The location too was great, the metro and busses are 2min walking and everything was accessible. A great value for money! The only thing that the room might be small than usual

DO NOT come here. We went off of the google reviews. This is NOT a hotel. It is a hostel. It is listed on google as a hotel, which is a complete lie. We haven’t even gone to sleep on our first night and this is what has gone on: We’ve been informed that towels (and sheets) only get changed every 3 days. We’re here for 3 days. We asked for a couple extra shower towels and they let us know it is 5€ for a clean towel. Tonight after dinner, we were changing in our room completely naked and another group unlocks our door and walks in. Reception told us they “messed up” and gave them the key to our room. How does that even happen? At this point we’re considering changing accommodations because this is beyond unprofessional and we just don’t feel secure here. There isn’t even a deadbolt lock on the door. I’m not sure what else to say. Please choose somewhere else this is a place for university students looking to party, not for adults on vacation. Unbelievably disappointed. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this takes the cake for the worst. I wish I could get a refund but I can’t. Update: it is our final night here and somehow our room smells like cigarettes. I reiterate - do not come here. It is horrible.

I hate when hotels don't use proper doors on bathrooms. If you're sharing the room, the other person has the pleasure of knowing everything you do on the toilet and being woken by the light. If it wasn't for the translucent, loose, glass sliding door to the toilet/shower our stay would have far more comfortable. It's so awkward when you really need to go but don't want to go, literally in front on someone. I'll never stay again... Such a pity because everything else was fine.

5/5! It was just an exceptional experience. The location is super convenient as the hotel it’s near the metro and the buses station. You can have free coffee or tea at the terrace of the hotel from 11:00 - 23:00 with breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious, and they also made fresh handmade baked cakes (yummy)! The staff is polite, friendly and they undoubtedly give you their best service during your stay. Very clean rooms, and very clean hotel in general. The measures for the COVID-19 prevention are impressive! The hotel it’s next to Museo Reina Sofia. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely come back! 🇪🇸

Excellent location that was just next to Estacion Del Arte (don't trust Google - don't alight at Atocha station). Love the staff friendliness and cleanliness. Room was perhaps small but was perfect for us. The sustainability efforts of the hotel was a plus. Overall, would stay here again for the great experience. Muy bien!

Really really enjoyed this hotel! Though it is a very small room, the amenities made up for it. The staff were super nice and check-in was very smooth. The bathroom is a bit dark and the door has a large gap so not the most private. There are many common areas to chill - the lobby has a large dining desk if you want to work, some couches and lounge chairs by the faux fireplace. The covered rooftop on the 7th floor is where you can have breakfast OR their free coffee/tea/pastries bar from 11AM-7PM. It was a great place to relax and rest during the day. Great location across the Atocha train station, right next to Reina Sofia museum and lots of bus stops right outside. Very walkable to many locations (El Retiro Park, Botanical garden, Prado musem), but definitely a bit far from Puerta del Sol if that is your destination. Note: if you want to leave your luggage, the lockers cost 1EUR.

Great place to stay! Very clean, nice staff! Easily accessible by train and public transport. Whole city 🌆 exploration by food is possible. Great extras and also environment friendly. Option to ‘donate’ 5€ to Ukraine by not having daily clean ups. Very good use of space in the rooms. Perfect breakfast on the rooftop. Would stay here again.

Phenomenal hotel experience. The location is superb, and the entire facility is unique, especially for an American such as myself. The room is neat, fitting all you need in a special style, and a great view. The facility is extremely clean. The staff say hello to you by name, a very pleasant surprise. The rooftop lounge has a wonderful view of Madrid, and free coffee all day long. I truly enjoyed my stay here! PS.. the lobby smells amazing ;)

It's close to Reina Sofia Museum and Prado Museum. 10 min walk to subway line 3 and Atocha station. Surrounded by various restaurants and bars, it was quite safe at nighttime. I have stayed for 4 nights here, and it was a very nice experience. All the staff were friendly and even provided welcome back snacks on the day of returning from Toledo. The room is clean and neat, not spacious, but enough for two people when considering the location. Quite spacious lounge area on the ground floor and free coffee during the daytime on the rooftop. I also enjoy the breakfast on the rooftop, which has a nice view. The bakery menu was especially delicious.

Friendly service, easy booking in and a lovely stay. I enjoyed my Bluetooth roof speaker, small things in life. Close to everything you would want to see. Easy to spot as well for those who struggle with directions. I would recommend 100%

Stayed for one night and received a very warm welcome. The room was small but had everything I needed for 1 night. The breakfast was located on the terrace with beautiful view and a great variation of delicious things, even churros with chocolate 🤤! The location was great, close to Atocha station as well as a 30 minute walk into the city centre. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located from a metro station as well as to several attractions. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars around. The staff are helpful and accommodating. The room is compact but it has an en-suite bathroom and the bed is comfortable.

Excellent hotel with 5 star services. The room is a bit small but for the price, location and services, i wouldn’t complain. The breakfast is awesome for the price.

This hotel is so cute and clean! They have a rooftop on the 7th floor, and most importantly they are so close to the city center and in a safe place if you are a solo traveler and specially if you are women! This place is so cool they have a speaker on the ceiling that you can connect your phone listen to your music 🎶

We had the most amazing stay at sleep n atocha, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind, everything was explained in clear detail and at no point was there any confusion. The Hotel itself was also brilliant, very clean and bright, the interior is very quirky and modern. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Excellent location! Friendly and attentive staff. The room was small but it had everything I needed. Great breakfast!

The location is great as you have instant access to the transit station and easy walkability to anywhere you would want to go nearby. Our room (a triple) was a bit unique with a sink in the hallway and the bathroom only containing the shower and toilet. It felt a little cramped due to the size and layout, lacking a closet (which we didn't need anyway). The shower felt amazing though. After a long day out in the heat or traveling it's great to come back to the hotel, have a relaxing shower and sleep on the comfy beds.

Very impressed with hotel. Clean, tidy. Excellent breakfast with good selection of food. Hotel is basic but would personally rate it as better than a 2 star rating. Would definitely return again.

Rooms are generally smaller but acceptable given the price. It is next to the metro station, making it convenient to travel around. Front desks speak good English and always try to help. One thing to take note of is that unlike other hotels, they charge 1euro for luggage storage. Also, you need to reserve your breakfast slot and you only have 30 minutes. It was fine for me but if you need long time to eat, then you may have to reconsider.

Excellent stay! This is a real Gem! Small but comfortable, clean and unique. Great Location, a few minutes from Atocha and restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The front desk staff is very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great stay.

Great location right next to atocha. The check in process was really easy. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was so pleasant and kind. The room was just what I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great as did the water heater and water pressure. I would stay here again!

If size matters to you then this is not your place. If, on the other hand you are looking for a place that offers fast check-in with a smile, 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea, quiet rooms and comfortable beds, great location, quick wifi, and clean clean clean... then this is your find. Bonus: the Metro and lots of excellent restaurants/bar are just outside the door. Also within a few blocks are several of the world's greatest museums. These are some of the smallest hotel rooms i've ever stayed in but all of the above is fact. I will return...

Hotel staff is amazing! Extremely helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Location is great and very convenient. Pretty much walking distance to main tourist attractions and just 5 mins away from Atocha train station. The only thing I did not like was that bathroom doors un the room are made off glass. You can see everything, even the person in the toilet. Other than that, everything was perfect 🙌

Nice hotel in a great location. Clean and comfortable with good amenities and really helpful friendly staff. Surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants and things to do - and the price is good - would 100% stay here again :)

Great hotel. Really good value for money. Rooms are small but comfortable. Little bit of a hostel vibe, but clean, nice tidy and very friendly staff. Breakfast was only 6 euros and also great value for money.

I booked directly on their website and for the price that includes a delicious morning breakfast with lots of freshly made items (carrot cake, pastries, orange juice, etc) and not to mention the super convenient location, it's amazing you could get such a quality yet affordable hotel stay in a European capital city! They take covid safety protocols really seriously which some people may not like, but I personally appreciated it. It is a no-frills hotel (no mini bar / drink making facilities in the room, etc), but it is still super comfortable and the price for overall convenience is definitely worth it. A metro stop is basically a minute away, and there are loads of eateries in the area. Also did my laundry during my stay for a very reasonable price, and took advantage of the rooftop seating area to work one of the evenings I was there (free coffee / tea all day after breakfast service). The staff were all really warm, friendly, and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay at SleepN!

Well designed hotel, has a very comfy vibe. Receptionists were very friendly and professional. Good bedrooms, well cleaned. Has a rooftop were you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee during the afternoon/evening (also good to work if you have a remote job). Great breakfast too.

A lovely little hotel close to the railway station. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast and free tea n coffee all day. Would like to give 5 stars but the dimensions and layout of the room prevented this.

Good value, perfect location, and outstanding staff make this place perfect for trips to Madrid. Staff member Andrea went far out of her way to fix some travel issues I had, and she was so polite and patient. I look forward to my next two visits already booked.

Best value so far in Madrid. Close to Atocha station where you can take train from terminal 4 directly for 3 euro. Breakfast includes. Room is big enough but not too small as in Paris old area. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Really a gem in Madrid for an discounted price.

  • 5/5 Neofytos P. 2 years ago on Google
I was a first timer there and I found it interesting as a hotel. It has an eco friendly attitude and modern essence to it. Close to the central of Madrid. I just loved it!! The rooftop breakfast is also a very nice addition to the place

hotel staff was super and location is really good, but I don't liked few things. 1. in the hotel room wasn't slipper 2. i was staying in 509 rom for 3 people which one was too small. 3. whan you closed bathroom doors in middle had a gap really big and you can see person other side. and there was many more. whan you book room make sure WC doors don't have gap.

Great little hotel at less than 5 min from the main train station, perfect location as we had to catch an early train. Room was small but very functional and spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great at the rooftop bar, with fresh pastries, homemade cake, savory stuff etc. There is also a small 24h shop for essentials. The hotel is making efforts to avoid waste and straining natural resources, which is a plus. Would definitely come again!

Perfect location close to Atocha train station (car rental, busses, etc). Across the street for the Botanical Garden and Park, and walking distance from other major landmarks. The rooms were clean and modern, but a bit small. It is fine for 1 or 2 nights, but I wouldn't stay more than that. Breakfast on the rooftop was a perfect start to our day of travel. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.
