Good burgers with plenty of variety. Service is ok, not many English speakers though get the order done fine. Burgers are quite tasty.

Great service and good food. A bit on the higher end for the price range, but it was really good. Had the pulled pork sandwich and the original burger, I’d recommend them both. As for the service, the more people there are the slower it could be, but lunch hour was great.

I'm a big fan of burgers and I have that they are delivering very good burgers. Next time, I'm back in Madrid, I'll definitely come back there again. I ate their original burger and it was delicious, the meat is very tasty. The people there are nice.

After a long day of exploring Madrid I popped into SteakBurger Atocha for a quick dinner before heading home. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and efficient and the food was good. I enjoyed the La Brutal BBQ Burger and a Chocolate Ice Cream shake.

Great place. Burgers are special and come in 3 sizes. I ordered a cheese burger and was concerned when it was delivered without cheese. A man came from the kitchen with a small pan of lovely gooey hot melted cheese and poured it over the burger. (It was presented as an open burger with salad on one half and meat, caramelized onion.

We walked in by chance before catching a flight back home, from the moment we walked in it was just a great service. It was just our table and another table being used within 20 minutes it was full. The menu was fabulous and such a range to choose from. We're hoping to go back and will definitely be paying a visit. Keep up the great work.

Very Nice. We went two different times during our vacation and we loved both times. First time was super busy and the second time was not as busy. The waited was efforcent and kind. The food was very tasty and good. The beer 🍺 cold. I had the same burger 🍔each time as the meat was cooked just right. We also shared the sausage app with the chimichurri and that is not to be missed.

One of our best restaurant experiences in Madrid. Food was amazing, waiters worked hard and made you feel welcome. Service was quick enough, although the place was full. Wine was nice, too.

Very nice staff, delicious food, nice portion and the place is family friendly. They can speak English if you need and they serve you fast. Strongly recommended to everyone!

Amazing burgers, if you love burgers you should try.

We had a great experience. The host was very nice, great service and foor was delicious. We took a vegetarian hamburger and a beef hamburger. Both were perfect

Really good meat, and they offer you both siracha, mayo and salt so you can make your own chili mayo as a dip to the fries 😎

The burger is the best onethat you’ll ever find! Tender and juicy, with an amazing plate of fries with provided, mayo, ketchup.. Delicious!

Terrible service. The waiter lied. He brought me the wrong order. When I pointed it out he said they were out of what I had ordered - only for me to see other tables receiving that same food. Why lie?

Poor service and quality of food but nice decor. The waitresses were quite unfriendly and inattentive and did not know their menu. -The chicken wings «Alitas Bravas» and they were a little cold but the blue cheese sauce and rub made the wing taste better; -The chicken «Pechuga de pollo de corral» was REALLY NOT GOOD - the chicken breast was SUPER DRY and stiff and some of the baked potatoes were undercooked *also the chicken had small bone pieces which was unexpected and found a few tiny pieces of aluminium foil under the meat; -The ribs «GRAN COSTILLAR BARBACOA» were tender and melted in our mouth, but the BBQ sauce wasn’t the best (we would recommending ordering the sauce on the side in case you don’t like it). We most probably would not eat here again.

This place has a staff who can speak English, so I was able to order very easily. There were enough sauce to season, and the meat was very tasty. The amount was plentiful and overall was excellent.

Delicious BBQ gourmet burgers. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

If you like meat? Stake & burgers this is properly freshly cooked with flavour. Definitely one of the better places in Madrid. They also have alternatives slightly limited, but you won't regret visiting,

We arrived around 9pm and were able to get a table no problem, the restaurant was barely occupied. I get it, we're American tourists but we were being polite and trying to speak Spanish as best we could, but our server was definitely not in a good mood. She appeared to care very little about engaging and making us feel welcomed. When the food was brought to the table my wife's fries were cold, when she brought it to the server's attention she said it was because they did the fries first before the burger, I would have appreciated no excuses and just action, no argument. She reluctantly took them back and returned with hot fries. The entire experience could have been so much better. We should have gone somewhere else.

This restaurant is close to our hotel so we called in for dinner. A great range of burgers with a choice of regular or aged (at a higher price). We each had burger and fries - mine had goats cheese, rocket and fried onions - we had the burgers cooked to medium - but actually a little too pink for us - next time I would go well-done. So delicious and at a good price. Would definitely eat here again.

Great burgers and nice staff, definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Only about a 10-12 minute walk from El Prado.

Very nice burger. We have no reservations but only waited for 10 minutes for a table. Staff are friendly. Nachos and wings are great.

Music was a little loud and so customers were also loud but that’s just the type of place it is. Burger was absolutely delicious and service was fairly swift. Cookie dessert could have done with being a bit warmer but it was still delicious. Menu would have been better if it had pictures as it didn’t translate all that well.

Extremely fatty chuleton. This piece usually comes with fat but not to that extreme. Highlighted to folks in the restaurant but no one bother to address the issue. Plates were taken before I could get a photo afterwards but can see how much fat this piece has.

Waited 30 minutes for our appetizers to be served, other guests who had arrived long after us were served their food before (we didn’t mind too much about that we thought it took them longer to prepare ours) when it finally arrives food was cold as if it had been prepared an hour ago… The waitress was so rude and unprofessional, we asked for our receipt in order to pay and leave.. we had to ask TWICE because she kept walking around the restaurant as if we hadn’t asked, she finally brought the receipt, well not brought, tossed it at our table and left…we kept waiting for her to come charge us the amount but guess what? Also never did. We ended up going to the front desk and asking another waiter to charge us. We had been there before, it was such a pleasant experience we thought we would repeat, but after this second time (specially the attention received by the waitress) we can confidently say it was our last!

The place is very nice, but man, you guys need to improve the service, not friendly at all, the burger taste really good and the beef it's amazing, but ! The burger came incredibly cold, I mean straight from the fridge, really cold.

America style (US style) burger shop. If you need beef, you have to come to this place. You can order burger or also a good served ribs. I recomend this place.

For those who believe what makes or breaks a burger is the meat, this is the place for you. Amazing burgers with extras that don't take the spotlight of the meat. Starters are also amazing, especially the wings.

I had to consider twice if I wanted to brush my teeth after this meal (La Pampa burger + cheesecake dessert) ;-) The menu (online and in EN & ES) has a good selection but they could improve the options for drinks. Service is fast and friendly (but basic knowledge of Spanish is recommended). In that sense, if you are in Madrid make sure to stop by at SteakBurger (chain with multiple locations)!

Made the mistake of going in on a public holiday. The tables were far too close together, literally less than 30cms from the people next to us. In these times of social distancing to stop the spread of Covid I was appalled.
