Separation breakfast for customers - if book online you just get small rice soup with poor tea and coffee, if book at hotel reception - you get nice breakfast with normal food. And both customers eat at same room. Disgusting

I booked my room on Agoda, and it came out less than 400 baht a night. My four stars is bases on the quality of the hotel when a room is that cheap. A/c works great, the bathroom had good water pressure, it seemed clean. WiFi wasn't great, but 4g coverage is. Location is good, above the mall, and city central location. I've stayed here before, and will stay here again.

A good old style hotel with clean spacious room. The bed is OK but I find the pillow is rather high and quite stiff. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a bit lacking. The price is good value.

Rooms are huge, bathroom maybe too small because it has a bathtub 🛁. It would be great to have some soap to make foam for the bath. Hotel is a big shopping complex with Japanese restaurant and even computer shop. Rooms are old style. I have my own router in the room for wifi, big plus. When this place is finish (under construction first floor of the complex) can be interesting

A great place with comfortable rooms very clean good beds. A small refrigerator with beer in it and a great restaurant. I had salmon Wasabi priced well with very large portions. A lot of very attentive staff. My go to hotel for many years living in Thai. Oh and a Tops supermarket on street level part of the building.

Old but well kept hotel. Can be a bit of a walk to your room and 2 different elevators. Good breakfast selections

A very pleasant hotel, offering big sized rooms and very comfortable beds. The view of the city of Uttaradit is very nice, especially at sundown. The restaurants at hotel have good standard of quality. Only the staff seems not fit for the job. Though very friendly, the staff is more causing problems than solving problems. The inchecking was far from smooth and the service at the restaurant annoying. A multi-star deserves a better staf. Maybe it was not the best the. The hotel itself is very good.

Dirty rooms. Had 5-6 cockroaches in our room, mould in shower and hair from previous guests.

Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning is central air and cold. Shower has hot water. There is a small refrigerator in the room. There is only one outlet in the room which doesn't make it very digital nomad friendly. The wifi is ok... Drops pretty frequently. The breakfast is standard Thai breakfast - rice soup, toast, coffee, and water. Request a room away from the bar/live music if you want it quiet at night. Price is great for what is provided.

The rooms are clean, but dated and the bathrooms need to be updated. The tubs and faucets are old and there is a lot of mildew and staining of the grout. The worst thing is the wifi. You will have to continually reconnect even if you're in the room. The other negative for me is that no one speaks English so it's difficult to communicate.
