Nice and clean rooms. Fair rates. Enough parking lots. Rooms are pretty quiet except the very lout doors, but that goes to the guests, one can close the door without any noise 😎. House keeping staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff is let’s say different, They don’t pay any attention to guests coming or leaving the house, very unusual for Thailand. But you get what you pay for so it’s still a great option.

A newly renovated hotel in the central area. Large room but the bathroom is a bit too small. Easy to access to any part of town. Some noise from the railway but not too noisy. The breakfast is ok but no european food. One of the best place in town.

Decent hotel come with a good mattress and pillows. Small fridge in the room, no ice. Nice and clean and good service.

Staff were pretty useless....two staff sitting on their asses as wristwatches me unpack bike and make my way to check in.....not great way to welcome new guests.

Stopped of here for a night on way to chaing mai. Hotel is fine with parking outside reception. No lift but ok as we were on 1st floor ( room 205). Only drawer back was evening meal is in town which means a short drive unless you really like walking. Overall cant complain for the 650 baht (plus refundable 200baht room key deposit). Room was actually bigger than many I've been in before at some hotels and equipped with usual tv/cable, mini fridge, hair dryer, hanging space and tea making bits. Breakfast is thai style but hardly a surprise when off the tourist path.

Clean and convenient located in the city of uttaradit. It is close of the river Nan and of local markets . Price is low for a good quality hotel .

It’s a budget hotel and that’s fine but maybe we were unlucky but it was very noisy. You could hear TVs, toilets flushing, doors slamming most of the night. The sign on the front door said Full but the car park wasn’t. The towels are a bit thin. The one pillow per person was much used. BUT for 650 bht per night it does meet a need.

Nice large room with a balcony. Hptelbis in a residential area. A great budget hotel includes breakfast. The rate now is 650Baht.
